03/09/2025: The restaurant is a bit hidden, but overall it's truly welcoming; one of the very few places in the area where you can get good pizza and excellently prepared seafood. Prices are slightly above average for the area, but the quality is good and the service is decent. Definitely worth exploring further in the future.

27/07/2025: The food is reasonably priced, very good and nice to look at, the atmosphere is not bad at all while the service is insufficient because on a Saturday evening there were only 2 waitresses and we waited a long time to order.

24/08/2025: We went last night as a couple. Excellent pizza. Delicious fried food. The pizza is thin-crust, but both the classic and maxi versions are nice and large and well-topped. Fair prices. A bit of a wait for the food. In this context, I recommend it.

01/08/2025: A small restaurant near the Vatican serving truly delicious traditional Roman cuisine. One aspect I truly found to be an added bonus was that, although traditional recipes like carbonara, amatriciana, and so on are accompanied by grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, the cheese is brought separately to be added at the customer's discretion. Of course, the egg in the carbonara was mixed with the cheese, but the amount didn't overpower the flavor. A pleasant discovery, definitely worth trying.

17/08/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria. This evening we had a fish dinner: mussels, gnocchi with clams, and grilled sea bream. Everything was delicious and very fresh. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

24/05/2025: So... I order the pizza for home delivery, it arrives burnt, so much so that when I cut it the black part crumbles on the good part. Leaving aside the fact that it was cold (which, well, it's thin, that's okay) I call the pizzeria mortified and apologizing they offer to send me another one. I thank them and think "damn, how cute!". And if the story ended here, everything would be fine. I receive another pizza. This time not burnt but really poor in terms of ingredients. I attach photos of the first pizza and then the second. The first was not generous, but at least there were whole slices of salami. The second had two or three slices of "shredded" salami lying around. I don't know, I was really disappointed :( Very good Ascolane olives though, and good quality of ingredients too... the few that were there.

08/08/2025: We went last night for our first time at Glum. I have to say we had a great time. The staff was excellent, the food was excellent. The owner was kind and very friendly. I will definitely be back several times, my family and I.

17/08/2025: Excellent food, great lakefront location. I came with a friend and we had a caratello seafood appetizer for two, a roasted whitefish with wild fennel, two excellent sautéed chicory, one bottle of water, half a liter of house white wine, two coffees, €55.

16/08/2025: A very good time spent this lunchtime with family (10 people). Super friendly service, the waitresses very kind and efficient. Super good dishes, we enjoyed ourselves. An extraordinary view!!! We recommend 200%!

15/08/2025: I ordered the gluten-free focaccia, and it was terrible. It tasted like old, cheap pita bread from Ali Baba’s shawarma place. Cutting it felt like I needed a chainsaw made for the thickest trees on earth. They claim it’s gluten-free, but my stomach is already feeling strange. Eating this was not enjoyable —it was a punishment.

20/07/2025: Terrible service. We were treated with superiority and sarcasm because we didn't understand the language well. They charged us tips that weren't included, which I thought were excessive. We arrived first with a group led by a tour guide. They took our order first and served us last. They forgot about our food and then the bill never arrived. The waitress was very rude and the food was nothing special. I wouldn't go back. They ruined my day because I wasted my free time on the trip because of their delays.
