19/04/2025: Traditional Roman restaurant that isn't crowded with foreigners

17/04/2025: The pizza remains the best in the area, but the service disappointed me due to the lack of availability. I have been a regular customer for years and I had to leave a table of 4 just because there were three of us and the fourth person would be a little late. With great disappointment and in the end I felt kicked out of my (former) favorite pizzeria. At the Da Remo pizzeria they welcomed us with a lot of kindness and a smile on their faces (something they don't have in Nuovo Mondo). Evidently they don't care about customer care since they always have the queue outside. Prices are increasing but it is generalized. Despite the presence of several tourists, including foreign ones, the pizza is still of high quality. Never take the cod fillet which is very salty and inedible. If I have a visitor from out of town once upon a time I would definitely bring them here, now I evaluate other alternatives. Sin.

31/03/2025: The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect is the lack of availability of lactose-free mozzarella, which by 2025 should now be easily available everywhere. A tip for pizza with chips and frankfurters: it would be better to add the chips after cooking the pizza in the oven, serving them fried and placing them on top instead of cooking them frozen in the oven. For the rest, everything is ok!

31/03/2025: The restaurant is excellent but the pizzeria neglected from the menu to the service... Although, yes, there were people but nothing chaotic or exorbitant, we waited an hour after the starter to see the pizza arrive: really unthinkable times in my opinion... different menu from what you see online (it will have changed, and reduced, over time) but it could happen, God forbid. Gluten-free pizza is available, unfortunately the base they make is frozen and personally it makes a lot of difference especially adding that it doesn't grow well and remains almost "industrial" in flavor (in recent years flours and yeasts have improved a lot so perhaps the dough should be revised a bit). Sin.

23/03/2025: I went to this restaurant a few days ago together with some friends of mine, the place is very nice and we were welcomed very warmly by the staff and the owner. We had various appetizers with pizzas (excellent!), fillet with green pepper and buffalo meat, all really good and very careful in the plating. A special applause to Mr. Fabio, very kind and discreet. We will return

15/04/2025: Despite the previous review not being completely positive, the response was kind and respectful and for this reason I wanted to try again. Pizza clearly improved...good cooking, tasty, always top supplì, courgette flowers now large and good... on time...ok now I recommend it...

23/02/2025: Family and absolutely non-formal environment. The rooms are very well kept and clean, as are the toilets, which were always in order despite the presence of many people. The pizza is good, which from my point of view is really too thin, but the grilled meat is also very well remembered!!! Since the place is a bit hidden, the road signs could be improved a lot! Excellent quality/price ratio. Advised.

Il menù offre una selezione di piatti raffinati, preparati con ingredienti di altissima qualità e presentati con cura. Ogni boccone è un'esplosione di sapori, dall'antipasto al dolce. Parlando del cibo tutto ottimo abbiamo preso entrambi i primi mantecati in forma (consigliati assolutamente) per secondo abbiamo assaggiato la loro carne una bistecca e una grigliata mista di carne. La bistecca al sangue cotta da manuale. Temperatura perfetta e vale lo stesso per la grigliata mista. È anche i dolci spettacolari tutto fatto in casa. Siamo stati benissimo torneremo sicuramente
