09/08/2025: I buy the pinza from Turin with the pre-made dough, which is like a brick, but these are very thin and the quality is evident. I was on vacation for 4 days, and for one day I only ate their pinza, which was delicious. (I asked for Fanta and they said, 'True, you want a Coke,' so the waiters were very playful and made the evening more fun.)

15/06/2025: We went out for a chat with a friend, we wanted pizza, and he recommended this place to us. It was a Saturday night so the place was very crowded, but we didn't wait long, the staff was very helpful and kind. The garden outside is very large and beautiful, wood oven and very good pizzas. I recommend it! The menu is varied and in addition to pizzas it offers a lot of choice between first and second courses! Light dough and well-filled. Quality ingredients

14/06/2025: I went to eat this evening for the first time in this restaurant. I really liked it!!! Very good food, lovely atmosphere (the tables were outside and the garden is very pleasant). The waiters were very kind and helpful and all smiling!! I will definitely go back!!!🙏🏻

13/08/2025: The restaurant's location isn't the most desirable, but the food is excellent, featuring quality ingredients and simple yet delicious cuisine. The portions are generous, and the service is efficient, fast, and friendly. Excellent value.

02/08/2025: Tuesday evening, the restaurant wasn't full. We arrived at 8:15 PM, and our three-year-old daughter's first child arrived at 9:50 PM! Unfortunately, compared to previous years, since we're regular customers, albeit seasonal ones, we've noticed a decline in service and food.

26/07/2025: Partendo dal fatto che appena si entra si viene accolti con un clima di calorosa ed al contempo composta accoglienza, ci si imbatte in una esperienza a tutto tondo tra sapori e qualità sia in termini di materie prime, sia nella sapienza di come trattarle. Piatti veramente gustosi ed anche belli a verdersi a cui si aggiunge il panorama del borgo su cui si affaccia che è veramente bello e rilassante. Il pasto poi è anche accompagnato dalla partecipazione del proprietario che ti fa vivere il luogo esponendo con passione le peculiarità del posto, facendoti sentire il benvenuto come a nome dell'intero borgo. Veramente consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente

20/07/2025: Confessiamo il ns peccato: quando trascorriamo il weekend in Tuscia decidiamo sempre di dormire a Ronciglione per un solo motivo: la corte dei prefetti! Si mangia STREPITOSAMENTE BENE! tutti i piatti sono ghiotti all’inverosimile, dall’antipasto al dolce senza trascurare il pane! Tempi di attesa tra le portate lunghi ma l’attesa è struggente mai irritante. In sintesi se ami mangiare bene…sarai nel posto giusto!!!

23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.

29/05/2025: Top pizza. Today I had the Nutella calzoncini which I am obsessed with, they are so good they are scary. The staff is VERY KIND, very helpful and always with a smile on their face. The environment, although small, is very welcoming. If you are around Viale Libia and want to have a quick snack or have an easy lunch/dinner, it is excellent

25/02/2025: The man was super friendly, their mushroom and meat pizza and the rice balls especially were beautiful. Will definitely come again! He even gave us a small discount
