29/08/2025: Excellent pizza and very friendly staff. I've only had takeout since the place is a bit small. One Sunday, I ordered on the spot, expecting a long wait, but in 10 minutes, even though we hadn't ordered in advance, the pizzas were ready. Ordering takeout through their website is very convenient; they even texted me when the pizzas were ready since I was running late. The prices are perfect, not excessive at all, on the contrary. I absolutely recommend them!! I'll definitely be back :)

01/11/2025: Roman calzone, with egg, ham, and exceptional mozzarella, is not something you find so easily. Fried foods are very good, especially the supplì, thin-crust pizza with excellent toppings. Recommended.

30/10/2025: Chef Evo is fantastico! The pizze are great as is all the food on the menu! We ate there several nights on our vacation to Rome where we stayed in the Quarto Miglio where this restaurant is located. A special shout out to our server Dache who took care or us especially with ice!!

We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.

Desserts, like the tiramisu, are homemade and truly refreshing. The prices are fair for the quality of the dishes and portions. Perfect for those seeking home-style cooking, prepared with passion and without frills.

26/11/2025: Small, well-run and, above all, well-maintained restaurant. It offers a limited selection of dishes, but they're all good quality. A good selection of wines, for all budgets, is certainly a plus. Prices are slightly (but slightly) high, but still acceptable. The only flaw: a large wait staff, and used plates that remain on the table for 10-15 minutes.

11/09/2025: Beautiful bar and very friendly and professional staff. Very good coffee, from a special Austrian roaster that I can only find here. Very good yogurt spread; I have to come back for the croissants and sandwiches! Now my go-to bar in the area!!!

23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.
