07/05/2025: Came here twice on my short trip, the food was DELICIOUS. So nice to see a family owned restaurant and the older couple making the food in the kitchen. Truly a local gem with great food and service. I hope to come back!

06/05/2025: Pasta and tiramisu were nothing special. The pizza was burnt on the edge, but the dough tasted quite good. The service clearly needs improvement. The menu was thrown onto the table in passing without a word. After that it took a relatively long time for someone to take the order. The wine bottle was also carelessly placed on the table without at least pouring a glass or even checking whether it was good. The 2 tiramisu glasses were brought on a large plate. We had to take it from the plate ourselves. Nothing dramatic, but just not good service. In general, things seem to be rather chaotic. Maybe it was also because it was well attended. The boss himself seems to be more service-oriented, but unfortunately we weren't served by him.

26/05/2025: We found this place near our Hotel and I have to say it was amazing!!! The food was absolutely delicious. I was so full but had to eat every last bite. The waiter was so sweet, courteous and attentive. I will be going back again before leaving Rome! Highly recommend.

That means it's good!! 1st was last 25th & 28th April for lunch We also ordered some Olive all'Ascolana and Fiorri di Zucca, 3 different pasta forgot to take pics Patricia is from Melbourne who is the part owner of this restaurant they are very friendly and accommodating.

23/05/2025: Don't call it gourmet pizza, it's a pizza that includes refined and studied ingredients that enhance the flavors of what you order. The supplì are amazing, they make you wonder how it's possible that they have that flavor. There are no industrial ingredients in the dishes and the drinks are all artisanal, except for some bitters. The service is friendly and attentive. The place is not very big, I suggest booking. If you have small 4-legged friends who love them more than you, the owner makes and packages biscuits for them. The prices, rightly above average, can only be discussed after having had an experience in this place. I recommend it and will definitely go back.

18/05/2025: Troppo lenti. Per un antipasto 30 minuti..anzi. forse di più . Assurdo. Qualcosa non va. Non ci torno. Vediamo quanto cu mettono per le due pizze... È a prima volta... Ma no ci piace aspettare cosi tanto.

16/05/2025: Yesterday was the first time in this restaurant well what can I say... beautiful environment the service equally positive and compliments for the cuisine I will definitely return even later when they open the external part which I find very beautiful I recommend it

30/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato una sera di maggio in questa pizzeria niente di che devo dire che il servizio è stato molto celere, ma la Pizza mi ha un po’ delusa. Mi dispiace perché il personale comunque è stato molto gentile e disponibile..

18/05/2025: For a good pizza, always here! No need to book, but for sure on Saturday night you have to wait a bit for a table! It's normal and doesn't cause us any problems; the welcoming environment and the staff are always fast and courteous.

30/04/2025: Very nice, welcoming place, I couldn't find any faults, the food was excellent (the fried foods were excellent) as was the drink (I finally found a place that charges the right amount for a bottle of wine without exaggerating) and a fair bill. I will return and highly recommend it

20/04/2025: Review of an Easter lunch. A disastrous experience. The Easter lunch was organized in an approximate and completely disrespectful way towards customers. The menu promised several courses, but many simply disappeared: only one first course (pasta with meat sauce) was served instead of the two expected, and only a few appetizers arrived at the table. Some people didn't even get a full course. Repeated requests to make up the missing dishes were completely ignored. To get a simple glass of water for the dog, it was necessary to ask four different waiters, only the last one deigned to bring it. Lunch started at 1pm and ended around 4pm, with unacceptable waiting times and chaotic organisation. An experience to forget, which completely ruined the spirit of the day.

30/05/2025: A hole that you wouldn't give two cents to and instead it is perhaps the best pizza al taglio I have ever eaten. Don't expect gourmet pizzas, they make simple things but done very well

11/05/2025: Pizzeria Quattro Stagioni – or, for those who know it well, “da Salvatore” – is undoubtedly one of the best sliced ​​pizzerias in Rome, especially for those who love the classic margherita, here really tasty and well balanced. The place is very simple and small in size: a few tables outside allow you to eat on site, but the layout remains mainly takeaway. Pay attention to the times: it is often necessary to wait a long time, especially in the evening, when the pizza is almost always all booked in advance. The quality of the pizza remains very high - 9 out of 10 - even if, compared to a few years ago, there is a slight decline. The fact that Salvatore, for reasons of age, is now present less frequently has probably had an impact. However, it remains an unmissable stop for those looking for a real Roman pizza by the slice, made with experience and passion.

Ho preso un hamburger, non ho fatto foto perché ci siamo divorati tutto nel giro di pochi minuti. mio marito ha preso una pizza altrettanto super buonissima. Locale molto carino e personale gentilissimo…tutto topppp👍👍👍

11/05/2025: Small but nice environment, terrible service, we arrived at 1.30 pm several adults with two small girls and an 18 month old, we asked the courtesy of bringing the pasta to the girls as soon as possible, after more than half an hour nothing has arrived yet..... The food may be good but at this point I think it goes into the background, courtesy is the first thing in my opinion. Local although too full.

05/05/2025: Buon locale fuori Paliano. Servizio attento e dinamico, buone le pietanze di pesce ben cucinato, non prende pieni voti solo per gusto personale, un pizzico di sale in più avrebbe aiutato. Il locale merita un ritorno.
