It was a pleasant discovery, the food was excellent. I recommend the cannelloni and meatballs, amazing! The staff were kind and attentive.

I live in the area, I've always known Casale, and the improvement over the years is impressive. The dishes have all been updated and improved, the atmosphere is always very welcoming, as is the staff. The veal baked in the oven is highly recommended. It remains a must-try for lunches, dinners, and special occasions.

We made a reservation at Casale for four people. Parking was confusing. We ordered two tonnarelli cacio e pepe, one rigatoni alla gricia, one veal, two turnip tops, one supplī, one potato croquette, one fried porchetta, one decaf coffee. Two waters, half a liter of wine. Total cost: €81.

Exceptional. A simple, rustic atmosphere, traditional Roman cuisine. Service is prompt and the waiters are skilled, friendly without being intrusive, and always smiling. The menu offers only traditional Roman dishes, few but exceptional. Everything melts in your mouth, from the Roman-style artichokes to the braised beef. Truly, congratulations. And the prices are fair.

30/05/2026: The pizza was really good, made with care and passion. The marinara was amazing. The pizza with ciauscolo and caramelized onions was also very good. The staff was very friendly.
02/05/2026: This pizza is amazing! This is a small space, but there are a few outside tables and some inside areas to eat. The pizza is so fresh and delicious....the crust is light and airy and is so much like the pizza my italian mother in law made from scratch. The proprietor is kind and helpful when you ask questions. We had three different types....all exceptional, but the Ragu was my favorite! It is sold by the "slice" but you can choose your slice size and then you pay by the weight. After it was heated up, they sliced each "slice" into smaller pieces. This allows you to try different types. The cost was very reasonable....we spent less than 20 euros, but for that pizza I would happily pay more! Do not miss this little gem in Rome!

01/05/2026: A pizzeria where, in addition to excellent pizza, I enjoyed excellent meat. On a Saturday night, when the place was packed, they managed to maintain the quality of the food and service, both at the table and for takeout. For the record, the fried food is spectacular. Highly recommended.
26/04/2026: They deserve all our compliments, thin and delicious Roman pizza. Comfortable place and pleasant atmosphere.
