23/09/2025: Excellent pizza and excellent panuozzo. Always packed, but the owners don't push you away, and the very kind staff work hard to fit you in between reservations. Very fast service considering the large takeout crowd. Fried food is also good 👍🏽

31/08/2025: Friends had told me about it, and I went there tonight for the first time, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Since it was a Saturday night, I didn't expect them to seat us right away, but we were seated right away. The food was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the best part was the prices, which were truly reasonable. Excellent value! We'll definitely be back!

08/11/2025: Really Good Pizza... I'm adding a star to the other 5 (this is the review I wrote 5 years ago). This evening, I'm so disappointed that I have to update it. I've been a customer of Palazzo Vialdo for many years and have always eaten well, so much so that I've always recommended it to friends and acquaintances. This evening, however, the disappointment was enormous and ruined my evening. When I got to the restaurant, I asked the waitress if it was possible to have a sausage and broccoli pizza. The waitress told us there were no problems, so we ordered a sausage and broccoli and a primavera pizza. Shortly after, the waitress came to the table and said it wasn't possible to have the sausage and broccoli pizza (I couldn't figure out why), so I had to change my order and order a Bufalina pizza. The pizzas were, as always, good and of excellent quality. After paying, we left, but once we got home, I looked at the receipt and saw that a €5 surcharge had been added for a cartwheel pizza. This really threw me for a loop. I'm Neapolitan and a huge pizza eater who eats everywhere, and I've NEVER EVER had to pay a surcharge. I should add that the waitress didn't tell me about the surcharge, and if there was a surcharge, I should have been able to order the sausage and broccoli rabe. Ruined evening. I will no longer be your customer. Have a good evening. I'm attaching the receipt for clarity.

03/11/2025: Yesterday, November 3, I had lunch with my family. I have to say that Palazzo Vialdo is top notch. Maximum professionalism and courtesy. Top-quality products.

21/07/2025: Regarding the negative reviews I just saw, I'd like to share my wonderful experience at Bloomà! I celebrated my wedding there, where everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail and the food was sublime! The staff was particularly professional and courteous with our guests, taking care of every single request they had. Based on this experience, my mother and her colleague decided to celebrate their retirement party outside. What can I say? Everything was beautiful, always taken care of down to the smallest detail, and above all, the atmosphere was totally family-friendly! In conclusion, I would highly recommend the venue. Unfortunately, I can't give more than 5 stars, but I believe my words speak louder than those!

20/11/2025: Excellent stay, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, all amenities available. Very helpful staff. The location is also magnificent, with beautiful views from the rooms and the veranda (breakfast).

18/08/2025: We were at the beach, looking for a simple place for a quick lunch. Panuozzo and saltimbocca. Friendly and helpful. Rustic and authentic panuozzo, soft and crunchy saltimbocca.

17/07/2025: We ate here around lunch time. We ate some amazing pasta homemade by the chef. It was amazing! They were super friendly. Would defenitly recommend to come here!

10/09/2025: We stayed this summer. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The hotel is located right in the center, very close to the sea, the port, and amenities. Downstairs, there's also a gelateria, restaurant, and rotisserie/pizzeria. I'd say everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

05/09/2025: Hotel in the center of Ischia Porto, very close to everything (everywhere within walking distance). The staff is incredibly friendly, and a special compliment goes to Lisa, whose smile made us (your Sicilian friend) and all our guests feel right at home every morning. Breakfast is spectacular, with homemade pastries, Ischian croissants, tarts, brioches, pastries, cakes, and more, all homemade, with a different selection every morning. There's also a savory selection. If we return to Ischia, we'll definitely stay here again.

31/10/2025: An experience I'd like to repeat. I've been there three times already and I'll definitely be back. The dishes are tasty and created with passion, everything is exquisite, and the staff is always very professional and courteous. Giusy is excellent and always available to help customers. 21/10/2025: We went here for dinner. My partner had the lamp and it was super dry & overcooked while at the same time cold. This has definitely been precooked in the morning and wasn’t fresh. After letting the staff know they have taken it back to bring us the same piece of meat, extremely hot, even more dry and cooked to death. I had a risotto which was ok but still not great either. Overall the staff was lovely but the food isn’t recommended

24/09/2025: A real insider tip you'll almost want to keep to yourself! The food is fantastic – the menu includes both fish and meat dishes, all freshly prepared. The service is warm, attentive, and thoroughly pleasant. What's especially nice is that it's a family business, and you can tell that right away. A place to feel good, enjoy, and come back. Absolutely recommended!
