16/05/2025: Enzo is always a guarantee. His pizzas are excellent even in the electric oven and his dishes at Enzo...top!!!

03/05/2025: It is a lovely trattoria, located in the historic center of Vasto, in a quiet alley. It has tables both inside and outside. These are large and are set with white cloth tablecloths, which highlight their cleanliness. The staff is friendly and efficient. The dishes are good, well presented and plentiful. In particular, the steak was served to me on a wooden cutting board and was quite tender, of generous proportions, including plenty of rocket, cherry tomatoes and flakes of parmesan. I found the gifts we received upon our arrival pleasant: a non-alcoholic drink and a crouton with pieces of tomatoes and other fresh vegetables. At the end of the dinner we were offered a small chocolate filled with a chocolate liqueur. The cost seemed average to me and we were so satisfied that we booked for the following evening. The only negative inconvenience, for the tables inside, is the sound of the bell with which the manager calls the waiters, which rings repeatedly, also creating stress for the customers.

13/05/2025: It's not the first time I've been to Configuratori Pompetti and, as always, returning is a real pleasure. Consistencies of margherita, it remains one of the best ever: simple but perfect, as it should be. This time I was in company and we tried different types of pizza: each found their favorite, but they were all more than good. The dough, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking: everything was impeccable. A special mention for the bombolone. The service is fast, professional and attentive. The pizza is particularly good, period. There is not much else to add except that, every time, you leave wanting to return.

09/05/2025: Very good pizza and easy to digest. Wide choice of pizzas, fried foods and more. It's easy to find parking near the venue. Friendly owner and helpful and friendly staff. Advance booking is recommended, otherwise you risk not finding a place.

20/05/2025: Discovered by chance and it was a nice surprise. Great price. Large, modern, very clean rooms, quiet and very close to the sea. Thanks to all the staff always available and with a smile. In particular the owner Federico who immediately makes you feel at ease as if you were a long-time customer. Well done!

26/05/2025: A delightful place in the heart of Sulmona's historic center. Italo suggested cacio e pepe with a basket of parmesan cheese, and it didn't disappoint. It was exquisite. The arrosticini were the same (we couldn't get a photo). I ordered tiramisu for dessert, but for my taste, it was too creamy and not very rich. It lacked consistency. The pizzas are good, but not as good as the food. Italo's service and kindness are unparalleled.

04/05/2025: Locale recentemente ristrutturato con ambiente davvero incantevole! Pet friendly. Ci e’ stata addirittura fornita la ciotola per il nostro cane. Ottimi i ravioli di stracotto al Montepulciano. Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile Consiglio vivamente per una visita a Sulmona!

08/03/2025: Absolutely unacceptable service. After waiting a good 1 hour and 15 minutes, the food finally arrived, but by then the appetite had already been ruined (inedible pizzas, very low quality and burnt ingredients). The staff were rude and unprofessional, without even a word of apology for the exorbitant delay. It is evident that time management and customer focus are not a priority for this place. A frustrating experience that I would never do again. I wouldn't recommend this service even to my worst enemy!

The dough is ultra light, barely a feather, the flavors are the real ones: the tomato is tasty and sweet, the mozzarella is a lady's mozzarella, in short, consider 2 or 3 pizzas each: I ate 2, I was thinking about the third, I won't hide it from you. Final touch, the environment: in the end we found ourselves, as if at a dinner with friends, where we all talk together about this and that and even have a few laughs.
