29/12/2025: I've been to this simple pizzeria, but with good ingredients and excellent service. After all, for just €34, you get two specialty pizzas, a portion of fries, a glass of wine, and a 0.4 pint beer. Obviously, they have an electric oven, but they were delicious nonetheless. Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: Pity we only discovered this restaurant on our last night at l'Aquila. We shared a lovely starter, then had the most exquisite pizza and pinsa ever! A gem of a restaurant offering an extensive menu, not just pizza. Other dishes seemed delicious too! And all at very affordable prices. Very friendly staff and efficient service. Complimenti Nonna Cristina!!

25/01/2026: We entered a little pre-emptively, but we left very satisfied. The wait times were proportionate to the freshness of the dishes. We tried three different starters, each better than the last. But a top score definitely goes to the pecorino carpaccio, which I ordered as a main course, but could easily have been a standalone dish due to the generous portion. Kudos to the entire staff.

13/03/2026: Last night I was invited to Pizzeria California for the first time and was really pleased with the pizza I ordered: it was soft, very light even with plenty of toppings, I digested it in a flash and it was truly delicious! I also want to say a word about the staff, who were kind, fast, and knowledgeable. The pizza chef, of course, is superb! I recommend this pizzeria to everyone, but reservations are recommended!

03/03/2026: They serve cold and, more often than not, disgusting dishes. Dishes are ready from the morning, if not the day before, just like their beloved polenta, which always arrives different from the one tasted freshly cooked by the MASTER. COOKING is a serious matter!!

15/03/2026: We went for lunch on a Sunday in March. The food was good and plentiful. Unfortunately, the service was slow. For our specific needs, the restroom was very important: in this regard, the place is lacking, with only one service, a long line, and spotless cleanliness. We paid what we deserved.

13/03/2026: Discovered by chance on social media, I traveled 100km + 100km to get there and it was worth it... a place with a top-notch atmosphere, a vast selection of beers and top-quality meats cooked by expert grillers... attentive and courteous staff. I recommend it.

03/03/2026: After a couple of years, I returned to this place with two friends and I must say, as always, it didn't disappoint. We had appetizers, arrosticini, focaccia, and tripe (the evening special), finishing with desserts (delicious). The only flaw was the service: courteous and professional but slow. They need more staff. The owner is very kind and attentive to her customers' needs. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

07/01/2026: We went last night and were truly disappointed. The pizzas pictured on the digital menu were completely different from what we received. Even the price when we went to pay was different. (Higher) Old, smelly ingredients. The only person who was happy was a friend of ours, who had a Margherita. Everything else was served with old ingredients, definitely defrosted directly on the pizza in the oven. In fact, we were sick all night. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

21/12/2025: Spectacular welcome!! The owner, Nicola, is a wonderful "Southern" person... as are the staff who cooked and catered to our needs. I ordered the pizza by the meter, which was devoured, accompanied by a draft beer.

The rooms are very spacious and well-heated in winter and cool in summer. Great attention is paid to cleanliness. Breakfast satisfies both sweet and savory palates. Parking is available. Two meeting rooms are available. Centrally located, less than 100 meters from the beautiful Montesilvano beach. I recommend this establishment for both business and leisure. It feels like family.

The cuisine is tasty and varied, featuring local products expertly cooked by the chef and served with elegance. If you're passing through Pacentro, stop by, and if you don't, make time to go.

14/10/2025: Parco dei Mulini has been a trusted favorite for several years now. I've been here often, even on different occasions (in the summer, the kiosk is open, you can eat outside in the heavenly temperatures, and the live music evenings are fantastic!). In the winter, they host indoor evenings, and the menus change based on events (the pizzas, in particular, are updated frequently!). Top quality in everything, from beers to main courses, all the way to dessert (made by the fantastic staff), and the pizzas are unparalleled: the best pizzas in the Ortona area and the surrounding area, even though we're in Crecchio. Generous portions and affordable prices. The owner is super. The place is beautiful, surrounded by the greenery of a charming former mill, and it's not uncommon to spot a few animals!

24/09/2025: Always happy to book. Relaxing place, even if it's always busy. The food, both meat and pizza, is always excellent. The beers are also good, with a wide selection. Good value for money.
