27/01/2026: Super delicious! The pizza is delicious, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff are talented, knowledgeable, and fast, and know how to work. I will definitely recommend it to all my celiac friends, because they have an oven and a dedicated station for cooking and creating all the celiac-friendly pizzas.
11/12/2025: Excellent pizzas, both for takeout and dine-in, with over a hundred delicious variations. They also have a separate oven for gluten-free pizza. Excellent value for money.
The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, and the staff is young, dynamic, professional, and courteous.
The only downside is the 9:00 PM closing time.
But no one's perfect. 🤣
Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: Wonderful experience!! We ate wonderfully!! The arrosticini were delicious, the pizzas were large, rich in toppings and cooked to perfection, and the dough was leavened and soft.
We also enjoyed some delicious desserts, the torta della nonna was the best!
The owner and the staff were impeccable!! What can I say... 10 out of 10!!!

22/04/2026: The first time I wanted to give up. There were a lot of pizzas on the counter that looked cold and dry. But the lady took one out of the oven that I bought. It was good. The prices are low.

04/05/2026: Found it by chance at the last minute on Google, and it was a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and incredibly kind, and the welcome was excellent. We started with the arrosticini, delicious and perfectly cooked! The highlight was the 3-flavor pizza (a wheel), thin and very light, even though it was well-filled! Even the kids loved it ☺️
We'll definitely be back!

Personal tastes aside, what really deserves a mention is the quality of the ingredients used, especially the toppings: truffle, saffron, and other sophisticated ingredients are evident throughout. The generous portions are also noteworthy, which is far from a given. Overall, a positive experience. The only downside is the wait time.

The tiramisu was also tasty, though it could have been a bit moister.
The value for money is definitely very good.
From the outside, the restaurant looks rather unassuming, but inside you'll find a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.
Overall, definitely recommended.

Prices are very low for the area, and the owner offers a fixed menu as well as an open-air menu. The restaurant accepts meal vouchers and can be paid for directly with a company badge.

03/05/2026: Il Ghiottone in Francavilla deserves all its stars! Delicious food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A great place for dinner with friends. We had a very pleasant evening with excellent, artistic appetizers and dessert. The price was also very reasonable. The staff was kind and friendly! We'll be back.
