The ingredients were of the highest quality and the wine paired perfectly. We were speechless. It's been a long time since we've enjoyed a restaurant this much. Clean, well-maintained, and pampering. We'll definitely be back because professionalism is the order of the day.
17/04/2026: What an amazing experience one hundred percent recommend more on the expensive side but for all the right reasons.
The food was incredible and the service out of this world. The location is intimate and relaxing, they were incredibly accommodating and kept open longer just for us not to feel rushed. The food itself was an experience and the service exceptional with incredible knowledge. Amazing experience will be going again for a special occasion as soon as I can defenetly to try and enjoy if the opportunity presents itself.

Good value.

16/03/2026: I came back last Saturday for two takeout pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. Well, what can I say? The latter was out of this world. It's not easy to make a good pizza with that kind of dough. This time, you outdid yourself. Flavorful, soft, fluffy, elastic dough, and abundant, fresh toppings. Well done! 👏🏻
16/03/2026: After dining here at least 7 or 8 times with friends, I can say that, obviously, my personal taste isn't entirely satisfying. Unfortunately, I don't like pizzas with a "tirone" crust; I've never managed to finish a pizza even once. :( There are pizzerias where I'd even order two pizzas. This one is good, of course, but not the way I like it. Try it and believe it; I think everyone has different palates and tastes. ;)

04/04/2026: I visited Acqua e Farina in Biella for the third time this evening – and it was absolutely worth it again.
The quality is consistently very high: the pizzas are excellent, perfectly balanced in flavor, and topped with high-quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that real skill and passion go into making them. No wonder the pizzaiolo has won multiple awards – you can taste it in every bite.
The service is also consistently impressive: friendly, attentive, and warm. Add to that a pleasant, family-like atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease.
I especially appreciate that vegetarians have a very good selection on the menu and are definitely not left out.
For me, it's a clear 5 stars – I'll definitely be back!

02/02/2026: Giuliano's seafood cuisine is delicious and carefully crafted, with well-balanced dishes and fresh ingredients. The recently renovated restaurant is welcoming, and the attentive and generous service makes you feel cared for without being intrusive.
Among the dishes you must try are the tagliolini with lobster, spaghetti with clams, and the mixed fried fish, all light and tasty. The selection of wines and desserts completes the experience.
A place that offers distinct flavors and enjoyable moments, with a few small details to discover and appreciate.
01/02/2026: Elegant and refined atmosphere. I went for dinner on Saturday evening. I wasn't very hungry, so I had mixed fried fish, white wine, water, dessert, coffee, and liqueur.
Impeccable service, a well-attended place. I'll definitely be back.

06/04/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant! We had pizza, pasta, and risotto, and everything was excellent, very fresh, and full of flavor.
The dessert was also incredible: an Easter Dove. It was light, indulgent, and a superb way to end the meal.
Impeccable service, a pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food. A place not to be missed!
28/12/2025: My husband and I are regular customers of Timone (under new management). The value is excellent, the food is good quality (I especially love the yeast-free pizza, which is delicious and super digestible!), and the service is attentive and friendly. We recommend it for a good meal in a quiet, welcoming location where you'll always feel welcomed with a smile. Another plus: there's parking nearby!
