18/04/2026: This review is for the restaurant I've been frequenting for several years, not the hotel. It's a historic establishment established in 1875 along an ancient equestrian trail used by Milanese nobility to reach the area on horseback. Its origins are linked to the "Pista Sant'Uberto," a private road/trail used for horseback riding: hence the name, which preserves the memory of the area and its ancient customs. The menu combines revisited classic dishes with more creative options, with the wood-fired oven as the central element of the dining experience. The pizza selection is truly extensive, including gourmet pizzas and seafood dishes; so it's a place suitable for both a full dinner and a more informal evening. There are several rooms, plus a covered veranda, and overall seating is quite large. The main dining room boasts a remarkable selection of wines; the tables are well-spaced, the restaurant offers fast service, and is very clean. Its proximity to the airport adds value to those planning to stay nearby. Recommended!

06/04/2026: Business lunch for €15, Michelin-starred food with authentic ingredients (black truffle risotto with delicious real truffle). All this topped off with an authentic Indian atmosphere, with the ever-present smiles. Kudos to the staff and those who organized it. PS: Even though we arrived at closing time, we ate slowly and with a homely atmosphere.

25/03/2026: The food is quite good, but the prices are too high, the tasting menu has gone from €30 to €48, and the quantity of food is not enough for the price you pay.

06/04/2026: The people at this restaurant were so kind to our family when we hosted a large family event here last night. The food was scrumptious, the service was amazing and the ambience was 10/10. In total they catered for 48 people, including eight children with special/fussy dietary needs. All with a smile on their face. Highly recommend. The personal of this ristorante is gentilissimo with the new family when it was organized and a grande event that ieri sera. The cibo era was perfect, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was perfect. In total Hanno prepared a banchetto for 48 people, including otto children with significant food particolari. Everything is sad. Lo consigliamo vivamente. The staff at this restaurant were so kind to our family last night when we held a large family celebration here. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the ambiance simply perfect (10/10). A total of 48 people were served, including eight children with special dietary needs. Everyone was consistently friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

01/04/2026: We went without a reservation and still managed to get a table for four. The service was very friendly and quick. The pizzas and schnitzel were very good, and the price-performance ratio was also right. The only downside was that the large, somewhat plain, and cold dining room wasn't very comfortable. However, we would definitely come again. Thank you!

16/04/2026: We went against our own rule. If a restaurant has guys outside pulling people in, it’s probably touristy and not that good. Carpaccio was decent. The Oxtail Rigatoni had good meat and sauce but the pasta was hard. Not al dente, but straight up undercooked. The Caprese di bufala. was below average. The bread it came with was dense and not that tasty. I was also annoyed to see that if you pay credit card on the machine, they point out American style % tip selections starting at 10%! I didn’t see an option to opt out. Also, they already charge “Servicio” per person. So tipping should be optional but the guy said that I have to choose one of the preset buttons. 👎 Over €66 for lunch! Not worth it.

16/03/2026: After a long time, we decided to go back with friends for pizza on Saturday evening. The manager gave us a warm welcome, but we had to wait 2 hours for 4 pizzas. No way! Then the wrong pizza arrived, with no proper apology! Definitely avoid.

16/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, unparalleled value for money. Very good food, friendly, and fast service. The only downside is that parking is difficult to find.
