Excellent pizzas, with original and unconventional toppings. They also have classic pizzas. Thursday evenings are a pizza tour. The place is a bit cramped. Too bad.

I visited Acqua e Farina in Biella for the third time this evening – and it was absolutely worth it again. The quality is consistently very high: the pizzas are excellent, perfectly balanced in flavor, and topped with high-quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that real skill and passion go into making them. No wonder the pizzaiolo has won multiple awards – you can taste it in every bite. The service is also consistently impressive: friendly, attentive, and warm. Add to that a pleasant, family-like atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. I especially appreciate that vegetarians have a very good selection on the menu and are definitely not left out. For me, it's a clear 5 stars – I'll definitely be back!

Excellent pizza An incredible selection of pizzas, both red and white, all delicious. The place is simple but quaint and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Delicious pizzas, professionalism, friendliness, small and welcoming atmosphere

I went to this little pizzeria in Biella and I left really happy. The pizza was very good (usually, if the dough isn't very good, I notice it right away because I have a hard time digesting it. Instead, when everything is great, it's great). The service was good, and the place, despite being small, was welcoming. I'd say it was an excellent experience, and I'll be back.

Long wait times, average pizzas, no desserts on offer on Saturday evenings, and coffee in paper cups.
