12/09/2025: The two of us spontaneously arrived around 7:00 PM. A table was available, even outside. The service was the best we've experienced in the last six days: courteous, friendly, and welcoming. We had pizza, salata mista, and tiramisu. All three courses were delicious. We booked again right away!

Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro. Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco. Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo. Prezzi onesti per la qualità. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ottimo sconto con The Fork. Noi torniamo spesso.

The pizzas left me in tears, and watching Gianni in action simply makes your arms tremble with the grace of holding a single person upright. If the food is 11/10, his spirit is a life lesson.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, returning from a trip, and I never imagined I'd find such authentic and flavorful pizza outside my native Naples. Dermot was a real surprise. The dough is light and easy to digest, the crust is high and soft, and the toppings are generous and high-quality. All thanks to master pizza chef Fabrizio, whom I had the pleasure of watching expertly at work in the open-air pizzeria. Every bite was an explosion of flavors I'll never forget and hope to repeat as soon as I'm in the area again. But not just the pizza, the sliced meat (my wife ordered) was also exceptional. Cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, it melted in your mouth. The arrosticini were a true delight. And what about the plating? Every course was meticulously crafted and expertly presented... because, as we all know, the eye counts. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a dinner with friends or a romantic evening. And I can't help but mention the owner, Raffaella. She's a delightful person, always available and attentive to her guests' needs. Her professionalism and friendliness make everyone feel at home. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to the rest of the staff. In conclusion, Dermot is a restaurant I highly recommend to all lovers of good food. If you're looking for a high-quality experience at extremely reasonable prices, you can't miss this hidden gem in Abruzzo. Five stars, absolutely deserved.

04/09/2025: Every time we travel from Milan to Cavallino Treporti, we always stop at Ristorante Vanin. Excellent food, a spotlessly clean space, and Antonio's work is impeccable. A special mention also goes to the very dear Monica Vanin, always smiling and friendly. A unique staff that will make our evening special. Thanks guys, and see you soon!!!
