Whether you're in the area or, like us, often visit Carole, don't waste your money on places in the historic center. They've all changed management. For years now, they've been run by unprofessional staff, with poor quality, catering to Nordic tourists, and, alas, inexperienced...unfortunately. Take a trip to Eden; the excellent quality, professional, friendly service make this historic place the best in the area. Try it, and like us, you'll definitely return. A special thanks to the young waitress, who is much more than just a waitress; her knowledge and courtesy have become rare. I speak as a staff manager. Well done 👍 💪

18/01/2026: Very nice trattoria, located along the road. Good food and excellent prices. Reservations are recommended as it gets very busy. Generous portions, friendly waiters, and a warm atmosphere (in winter) are always welcome! We'll be back!

31/10/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas. It was a terrible experience: the pizza was made with poor quality ingredients and was overpriced. And then there was a dog in the pizzeria.
