We spent a wonderful evening at Zam Tachji restaurant and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. For our appetizer, a beetroot panna cotta...delicious! For our main course, we chose tagliatelle with donkey sauce. The pasta was fresh, homemade, with the perfect consistency to hold the rich, flavorful sauce. The donkey ragù was slow-cooked, with tender meat that melted in your mouth. The flavor was deep, robust, and authentic, a true delight. The simple yet thoughtful presentation, with a sprig of fresh parsley and a swirl of the sauce on the plate, completed the visual experience. Ploy rolls filled with mascarpone and chickpeas...amazing! In conclusion, Zam Tachji is a restaurant definitely worth a visit if you're looking for authentic, high-quality cuisine. The dishes are prepared with care and passion, and the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommended!

Arriving from a walk we asked for a table and they seated us immediately, the cutting board was excellent, the staff were very knowledgeable in explaining the origins of the raw materials and subsequently very tender beef entrecote on a bed of baked potatoes, also super hazelnut cake with zabaglione cream prices at normal prices

I dined at Zam Tachji in Alagna and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is well-maintained, welcoming, and immediately puts you at ease, with a pleasant atmosphere that continues throughout the evening. The dishes, in addition to being carefully presented, were prepared with quality ingredients and truly delicious. The Sesia River, which flows next to the restaurant, makes the setting even more evocative, adding a touch of immersion in nature. The service was also attentive and courteous throughout the evening. The only small point that could be improved was the wait times, which were a bit long, but that didn't affect the final rating. Overall, it's a restaurant I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for good food in a pleasant and characteristic setting. I would definitely return.

I had the pleasure of having lunch in this charming location on the Sesia River, just a few steps from the center of Alagna across a small bridge. It's an old renovated Walser house, very friendly staff, and excellent, refined dishes! I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.

I dined there last night for the first time and was very satisfied. The location is beautiful and offers a captivating view, and the food is truly delicious. Definitely among the top 3 restaurants in Alagna Valsesia. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone planning to go there to make a reservation.
