Excellent structure and honest prices

We stayed at this mountain hotel and had a truly positive experience. The property is in an excellent location, close to the center and the ski lifts, in a picturesque area below the river: the sound of the water is a wonderful sensation... And with everything within easy reach. We felt at ease right away, starting with the friendly and professional welcome over the phone... The hospitality continued throughout our stay. The rooms are truly beautiful, tastefully furnished in perfect mountain style, and the small spa is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. The breakfasts are also excellent, generous and high-quality. Across the street from the hotel is a beautiful traditional restaurant, very convenient and highly recommended.

Excellent value, central location close to the ski lifts, restaurant with a wide selection of first and second courses (all delicious!), the best: gnocchi and Spätzle!!! The spa is basic, but very clean and pleasant after a day out! The credit goes to the people who run the facility: the owners, Simona, and the head waiter, in particular! See you soon!

Smells disgusting in the lobby and hotel corridors

We spent 5 days over New Year's Eve 2026. The location is excellent, with a stunning view just steps from the gondola lift that takes you to the slopes. The hotel is beautiful, but there were two things that I'd never experienced before that turned me up. The first was that after paying the (substantial) deposit at the time of booking, about two weeks before departure, I was asked for everything else. The second was finding out at dinner that the appetizer (always the same one) was paid separately. One last note: the spa could be improved.
