Located in the picturesque mountain town of Alagna Valsesia, Edelweiss restaurant lives up to the expectations providing authentic, quality and great value food. We have been here twice for dinner and breakfast and we were never disappointed! Excellent service and food with an outdoor seating area allowing to experience the breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding.

The restaurant is excellent. The service is fantastic. The hosts are extremely welcoming. We have been staying this week and it’s just been such a good level of service. Attentive care and great reccomendations!

Excellent dinner with snails, Walser soup, and bonet. Friendly staff and quick service. The soup in particular is the solution to world hunger because it's delicious and fills an army. I'm glad I got there early because it got noisy when it filled up.

We had dinner here on a Sunday evening in February. The place is charming, and the service is friendly and quick. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, filei with hare ragù, Fassona beef fillet, trout with potatoes, bunet (a kind of breaded bread), and a warm-hearted tart. Everything was excellent. The price was reasonable.

18/05/2026: We chose this venue to celebrate our daughter's eighteenth birthday, and it was a truly perfect evening. My daughter and all her friends had a wonderful time! Mauro and his staff were very helpful and professional, taking great care of every detail. They prepared an excellent aperitif, abundant and above all high-quality, accompanied by truly exquisite cocktails. Not to mention the delicious cake... The table settings were also wonderful, done with great care and taste: balloons, flowers, and beautiful decorations made the atmosphere even more special and elegant. We were truly satisfied with everything: impeccable organization, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended!!

It was a wonderful and engaging experience, with every lesson carefully crafted. They managed to convey not only techniques and skills, but above all, a genuine LOVE for the art of pastry making. A special thanks to Mattia and Uliana, always ready to guide us with attention and kindness❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone who wants to explore the world of pastry making!
