The family-run structure is very welcoming. The rooms are nice and warm and also quite clean. We were welcomed by a young, kind and helpful girl who showed us the rooms and also told us that we could use the spa for €15 per person. In the evening we had dinner at the restaurant, the service was quite fast and the food was good! Nothing to say about the restaurant. However, at the time of payment (in which we also paid for the spa) we found a lady at the cash register who made us pay €20.00 for the spa per person and not €15.00. We thought there had been a mistake and then we thought that in reality we had paid €5 more for the spa kit, but the girl at reception who had told us the costs of the spa had not been clear. However, the spa is small but private, I liked the fact that they made us sanitize our slippers before entering, with a tool placed at the entrance. The only flaw was that the water in the hot tub was lukewarm for me, I prefer it hotter but this is subjective! Since breakfast was not included in the overnight stay, we inquired the night before about having breakfast the next day and the same lady at the cash register told us that "it works like at the bar, you pay for what you get". The next day we went for breakfast and found a table with some buffet food. Since there was no one to inform us, we had breakfast wondering how they could make us pay for a piece of cheese for example. In the end, at the time of payment, he told us that it was €7 each, in the meantime there were those who only consumed a cappuccino and those who ate more. Apart from these small misunderstandings, which could have been avoided with greater attention, we had a good time. I only gave three stars because for me clarity is essential!

Ristorante molto accogliente, cibo ottimo e personale gentile. Rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo... Un posto dove gustarsi piatti tipici piemontesi e godersi una cena in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata. Ottimo cibo, dall'antipasto al primo buonissimi, secondi favolosi e dessert fatti in casa... Tutto ottimo!!! Consigliatissimo!!!
