06/01/2025: They only do takeaway food. The dishes are excellent but the wait is endless, the time is never respected. It's always been like this, in fact it's even gotten worse lately. In my opinion they are poorly organised, by only doing takeaway they should be faster. Lately they've also added sushi which has probably slowed them down further.

The accessible prices and the raw materials used in the preparation of the foods offered certainly make it a strong point since the beginning of its opening. The staff is courteous and kind, and sometimes they make you feel like you are at home. It is necessary to point out the presence, for vegetarian customers, of products without the use of animal meat or derived from them.

21/12/2024: Sono stata qualche giorno fa in questo bar carino in piazza per fare un aperitivo tranquillo con una mia amica. Il personale è stato molto cordiale, ci ha servite subito e l'aperitivo era molto carino e vario, nonchè economico. Sono rimasta molto contenta.

23/03/2025: Posto fuori dal mondo, un silenzio e una pace davvero assoluta. Personale simpatico e accogliente, peccato c'era brutto tempo. Le camere semplici ma curate. Molto bello il ristorante con una parete di vetro che guarda sulla stalla, così pranzi e ceni con gli animali che ti guyardano. Unica pecca la colazione hc efa perdere punti a tutto. Fette Biscottate e Yogurt con una caraffa di aranciata confezionata.......

17/02/2025: read the news, two dear friends of mine risked their lives here due to the lack of maintenance of the boilers here that experienced a carbon monoxide infiltration that from the boiler occupied the room of these friends of mine. I was also told that the staff was unable to help in any way, apart from opening the gates for help, even calling people who had already passed out "Drunk".

15/09/2024: The best ice cream shop in Borgosesia! We are regular customers and have always had a great time! Every month there is a "flavor of the month" to try! Genuine and excellent quality products!

03/04/2025: Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo ordinato 4 pizze e 4 frittatine. 6 prodotti, 6 prodotti arrivati sbagliati o con errori di cottura. Le pizze erano dure ed ognuna aveva sopra ingredienti non richiesti e riportati sul menù, ingredienti i quali il sottoscritto è allergico e non è stato possibile cambiare l’alimento… pertanto si richiede una revisione dei prodotti di pessima qualità e del personale altamente non addetto alle mansioni da svolgere.

20/03/2025: Pessimo sporco mal gestito… Poi tralasciamo il discorso pizzaiolo…dovrebbe farlo qualcuno che lo fa di mestiere e non altro…

16/02/2025: We arrive at 7.15pm, if you want to close at 7.45pm say so immediately so one can choose. Instead they make us sit down, they rush us to order, the bathroom cannot be used because it has already been washed, they sweep and mop the floor around you! Even the courtesy and quality of the food could be criticized... terrible experience! one star for the environment because it was cold, evidently they also turn off the heating around 7pm...

13/01/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, but the gnocchi were absolutely not fresh: hard and "old" with the slightly acidic sauce. Ok, on Monday lunchtime the cuisine is not yet well assorted after the weekend, but a little attention is needed. I only ate them because I don't like throwing food away.

07/03/2025: I was in Alpe di Mera for skiing and I had the opportunity to try the Rifugio Camparient. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and nice. The owner was very rude, during the period in which I was in this hotel there was also a school on a trip, the kids were very polite and the owner insulted them and continued to complain about them without them doing anything. The location of the Hotel is convenient for the slopes. Also, some snowshoes were lost by the staff. I would recommend a little more attention

08/02/2025: Terribile, uno dei posti peggiori dove abbia mai mangiato! E pure caro! Ho preso mezzo polletto arrosto con contorno di patate: le patate erano di pietra, il pollo almeno del giorno prima…immangiabile! Poi abbiamo preso anche antipasto completo a 11,90 € e il piatto era praticamente vuoto, 4 cose delle dimensioni di un cucchiaino ciascuno, manco fosse novelle cusine…ah già, è pure un self service! Mai più, e solo per i prezzi assurdi meriterebbero seri controlli, anche per la qualità del cibo somministrato.

01/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati a questo ristorante durante un transito autostradale, per un pranzo diverso dal solito in autogrill. Il posto è comodo, appena fuori l’uscita Carisio, e dotatosi ampio parcheggio. È possibile consumare un pasto ordinario o scegliere anche la pizza. Noi abbiamo scelto due pizze contadine, molto buone e ben digerite, 26€ in due con acqua e caffè. Il servizio è molto veloce.
