We went for a mushroom lunch (mushrooms 🍄‍🟫🍄‍🟫) A group of friends who go mushroom picking... I'm sorry, but unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for the entire lunch 🙄 Between one course and the next, almost an hour of waiting... Then they apologized, for goodness' sake... but we spent the whole afternoon at the table... 😬🫣 Its location is really beautiful, facing Lake Rimasco... Next to it, there's also a camper area... You're practically at the foot of the great MONTE ROSA... in Valsesia. And if you continue, in just 7 km you'll find yourself in Carcoforo, 1304 m above sea level, where the road ends... Definitely worth a visit for those who love the mountains.

This review is for the campervan parking area. We spent a night here while passing through... an enchanting place in a beautiful valley on the banks of a river and a lovely lake. Comfortable pitches with electricity and the option to open an awning. Bathrooms, showers, and toilets. Friendly, friendly staff (especially the guy) and helpful. No internet connection, but luckily the phone line works. It could be improved because in over 24 hours, no one cleaned the bathrooms. There was no hot water, as promised, either in the bathrooms or for washing dishes. And the price paid was €18, not €15, given that high season started in July (as stated on the information signs). Otherwise, it would have deserved 4 stars. All in all, the place is wonderful and deserves it.

We had dinner at this restaurant and were very impressed by the hospitality and kindness of the staff. There was a small mix-up with a plate of gnocchi, which unfortunately turned out tough, but the situation was handled impeccably: we were offered dessert and the dish wasn't charged. My trout dish, however, was truly excellent. Aside from the undeniable quality of the cuisine, what struck me most was the way the mix-up was handled. Sometimes things in the kitchen aren't perfect, but it's not at all a given to find people capable of fixing it with such elegance, attention, and respect for the customer. We'll definitely be back!

Il laghetto has made a great comeback thanks to the expert care of Lilly—kind and professional—and the entire staff. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with good spacing between tables. The menu offers an excellent mix of local and innovative. We sampled excellent local cheeses and tried various versions of trout, but a special mention goes to the venison fillet with polenta; a simply spectacular dish. For those who prefer a lighter meal, there's no shortage of salads; desserts are homemade. The lake can be reached by leaving Valsesia at Balmuccia. A 10-minute detour that's absolutely worth it. Excellent value. We'll be back often!

Lunch during the week with a group. We were greeted with a smile, the food was excellent, and the price was fair. I'll gladly return.

The service was impeccable and the food was good. The new management, which started in December, is working well. The owner is brilliant: she's a smart girl who manages to keep up with everything, even today, a Sunday, with so many people. We'll be back.

New management very recently, we had a perfect dinner, there is also a camper area that will open around Easter, weather permitting, the very kind owner let us stay for the night using the restaurant's parking lot even though she couldn't give us any service (water loading, unloading and electricity) in spring and a show recommended so 100x100

The food was excellent (the marinated trout was superb) and plentiful, and the Bonet (the only dessert I tried) was also excellent. The staff were very welcoming, kind and attentive. A wonderful experience. The price includes 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 2 second courses, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, 1/2 liter of wine, and 1 water.

We had a great experience under new management! The menu features dishes that are a little different than usual, but they're very good and the portions are generous. Prices are reasonable. The place is well heated, which is a plus. We'll be back.
