31/05/2025: No es fácil comer mal en Italia, pero es posible aquí.
Los ingredientes carecían de calidad: las setas porcinas eran a la vez húmedas y acuosas, y la salsa de tomate de la otra pasta era sosa y poco inspirada. Solo se utilizaron hierbas secas. La comida parecía tan aburrida como sabía. Uno de los cuchillos estaba sucio, lo que era apropiado. El pan estaba tan seco que no se podía comer.
Nos sentamos en sillas de plástico sucias en el jardín.
Al menos el vino espumoso de la casa era aceptable.
Cobrando 2 €. 50 por persona por un "cargo de cobertura" / coperto es absurdo.
Prácticamente nada era satisfactorio; lo único aceptable era el vino de la casa, como he dicho, la razón del segundo punto.
Pagué 14€ por el peor pomodoro de espaguetis de mi vida. Cualquier cocinero aficionado podría haberlo hecho mejor.

31/05/2025: Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe an dem zentralen Platz kein ruhiges Restaurant erwartet wo Mama in der Küche kocht. Dafür aber ein gutes anständiges essen an einem Platz an dem es Spaß macht zu sitzen . Vorspeisen sehr gut , Pizza auch sehr lecker. Sehr gute weinauswahl . Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl das Man uns schnell abfertigen will um den Tisch wieder frei zu bekommen . Saßen gut 2 Stunden dort an einem Samstag Abend. Also klare Empfehlung

19/04/2025: If you do not speak italian do not try to order via telephone. As soon as the young lady hears a word in english she just hangs up without even saying "sorry"..

11/05/2025: Lastresa Restaurant: gentlemen, Good Food is served. The quality of the raw materials, refinement and elegance of the dishes make this place the best restaurant in Stresa. During our week in Stresa we had dinner at this place 3 times. Our regret is that we are too far away and cannot return to enjoy those dishes that are a joy for the palate. A round of applause and applause to his chef and his sous chef. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

16/05/2025: We arrived as a family of 6 adults. We drank cappuccinos, and ordered 2 types of pastries, and 2 flavors of sorbet. The coffee was excellent, the sorbet was really tasty, and so was one of the pastries. The other pastry was also good, but not exceptional. It was pleasant to sit there in the afternoon, and the service of the staff was great - they explained patiently, smiled, and were very polite.

21/05/2025: We stopped at this restaurant after reading it was among the most recommended in Stresa, what can I say, it did not disappoint our expectations! Beautiful location, modern and well-kept... Excellent food, we tried both meat and fish dishes. The girl who served us at the table was very good
20/05/2025: If we exclude the fact that they served spaghetti instead of bavette, for the rest it must be said that the dishes are excellent. The atmosphere of the place, however, does not compete with others tried in Stresa where we found a much warmer and more attentive welcome. But what really clashes with the pretensions of the place, is the service offered by the improvised waitress girl. She should be reminded that before bringing the new dishes the previous ones must be removed, that the cutlery must be brought with a tray (or a napkin) and not by hand and that the wine by the glass must be presented and tasted and that there is a minimum quantity to pour, something that she evidently does not know. In essence, a pretentious place but not up to expectations. Prices slightly higher than average

28/05/2025: Ici on sert de la bonne cuisine italienne typique élaborée avec de bons produits. Le service est très agréable, le cadre également. Les portions sont généreuses. A signaler la fourniture de vraies serviettes en tissu. L'accueil est très sympathique et en français, les prix doux. Sans doute l'un des meilleurs plans de ce lieu touristique....

30/05/2025: Delicious pizzas, it was very busy this evening and the staff honestly indicated that we could sit with 7 people but that it would take longer before we could eat. The wait was rewarded with delicious food. We would definitely come back here

23/05/2025: Un ristorante dove si da il massimo, i camerieri che quasi volano per soddisfare tutte le richieste ed approntare in continuazione nuovi tavoli. Le pietanze davvero ottime, d'altra parte dove c'è tanta gente c'è anche il mangiare buono. Noi in particolare eravamo un tavolo con due celiaci di cui una bimba particolarmente inappetente ed indecisa. Nonostante l'elevata affluenza sono riusciti in tempi brevi a preparare un piatto di pasta senza glutine anche per lei, con giusta cottura e veramente buona. Bravi!
21/05/2025: Sehr feines Essen. Wir waren eine 9 er Gruppe und alle waren begeistert vorallem das Risotto und die Lasagne aber auch der Fisch und Lammkotelett waren sensationell.
Der Service war sehr nett und gut obwohl es sehr viele Leute hatte.

21/04/2025: Lette le recensioni positive,ho voluto provare questa pizzeria. Le pizze sono molto buone, assaggiate: sfilatino, vegetariana e tropea. Personale molto accogliente e gentile.
15/04/2025: Ho trovato il locale tramite ricerca su Google. Mi hanno incuriosita le recensioni e le aspettative sono state di gran lunga superate.
Abbiamo mangiato un'ottima pizza e assaggiato il cannolo scomposto, delizioso. Il personale di sala ha migliorato la serata.
Consiglio di provare il posto per passare una serata piacevole e mangiare del buon cibo.

25/05/2025: The price/performance ratio doesn't match the standard of other nearby restaurants. Offered a salad with turkey strips, but got a salad with two slices of turkey sausage. They can do better. You don't need something special twice. Learned something new again.
23/05/2025: Honestly, run away, the sandwiches are crudely made. They have no taste, and the lady who makes them is very unpleasant.

03/05/2025: (I'm only talking about the restaurant) We liked the vaguely retro structure, and this for me is a quality of the "like it used to be" series. We ate excellent homemade food, very kind staff and prices, what can we say here too... of the past. There is an outdoor patio where you can have lunch with a view of the surrounding mountains, in winter the peak is covered in snow and there is a small ski resort. At 50 minutes from Milan I would say that it is difficult to ask for better... for me excellent
