The name is spot on, the portions are generous, and the place is beautiful. As soon as we arrived, they asked us if we wanted to eat inside or outside. We decided outside because it was a lovely, warm evening with a breeze. Within a minute, our food was ready, so it was perfect. Everything was delicious! I certainly wasn't expecting a wedding tablecloth, and Al Rustico lived up to all my expectations! Recommended if you want good food in a family atmosphere.

An absolutely fantastic experience! We were looking for authentic flavors and a local experience, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who proved to be a true expert and an excellent host.
Rather than having us choose from the menu, he took the initiative and recommended a large, convivial platter for us to share with the family: a perfect choice that allowed us to enjoy top-quality local products. We finished with delicious desserts.

Despite the misunderstandings about the arrival time and the rush to get there without finding the kitchen closed, it was an experience worth repeating, both for the food and wine (a Ruchè Castagnole di Monferrato from Esse Erre Agricola), and for the friendliness of the manager.
