11/08/2025: Servizio al tavolo ok, personale gentile e veloce, unica nota negativa, i prezzi. Prendo una lattina di Schweppes e scopro che costa 5 euro, quando per la stessa il 9 giugno ho pagato euro 3.50. Non so quando possono cambiarsi i prezzi per la stagione. Ma lo trovo un po esagerato. Purtroppo l'idea di alzare i prezzi é terribile e a pagarne le conseguenze siamo tutti.

13/04/2025: We spent one night at this place, but without using the restaurant service 🍽 (so I can't judge it). I'll start by saying that in the past I've had the opportunity to try a wide range of different accommodations... from cabins and refuges... to very modest guesthouses and hostels (the latter even in places like the outskirts of Budapest 🇭🇺, Riga 🇱🇻, Tallinn 🇪🇪 and Vilnius 🇱🇹...). Therefore, in light of this... I won't even dwell on the countless small and large flaws (to put it mildly...) of this property, regarding the condition of the rooms 🛏 and the spaces 🛋... just read several previous reviews 📝 (which I fully agree with) to get an idea. What really struck me was the ABSOLUTE LACK OF TACT AND COURTESY of the staff (with the exception of the youngest girl 👩🏻, who kindly and jokingly—it must be said—showed us to our rooms). After checking in, around mid-afternoon, the owners asked us if we planned to eat there in the evening ✨; after we replied that we preferred to "take a walk around," we got the impression that our decision had annoyed them, to say the least. Furthermore, before leaving, the older lady 👵🏻 asked us (with a stern look 🤔...): "Where are you going?"... After explaining our intentions, the same lady added: "Because we're open here until midnight 🕛". After reassuring her of this, we went out for dinner. The next morning, ready to check out at around 8:30 🕣, we found the reception and the ground floor completely deserted, in addition to the main door 🚪 locked 🔒 (therefore with no way to exit independently). After a few minutes ⏳, despite our initial surprise and perplexity, we looked for and, fortunately "crossed paths" with another lady 👩🏻‍🦱...who, in a decidedly annoyed manner 😒 (this time it was certainly not just a simple impression) replied: "You could have let us know earlier, I'll call the owner now." After a few minutes, the owner 👨🏻‍🦱 actually came down (obviously just getting out of bed 🛏) and with the same cordiality greeted us like this: "Early birds, eh?" Perhaps he hadn't considered that we might simply have intended to make the most of our day. We then rushed to pay the bill (not so modest, by the way) and leave the property. From the first to the last moment of our, albeit brief, stay... I didn't see the slightest smile on the faces of the staff (with the exception of the young woman, I emphasize this once again) nor even the minimum amount of courtesy that any restaurateur/hotelier should show (if only to continue to have customers). We almost (and actually, let's remove the almost) felt embarrassed 😳, if not guilty, for having dared to leave the hotel 🏨 (and perhaps, as mentioned, to get the staff out of bed...) at 8:30 🕣 in the morning. SIMPLY HUNTING 😱. When we left, we all breathed a sigh of relief. To quote Dante Alighieri: "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here." Jokes aside...obviously ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED 👎. 23/06/2025: Como habíamos estado en Caffe Lago (ahora el limonero) antes, decidimos volver a visitar para un aperitivo cuando estuvimos en Stresa. No nos decepcionaron. Tomamos el ferry de Carciano a Isola Bella y paseamos por el frente, pasando por algunos puestos de venta de muchos tipos de recuerdos. El gerente y el personal que encontramos eran muy educados y serviciales. Muchas las habíamos visto en visitas anteriores. Nos sentamos en la pequeña terraza y al otro lado de la carretera en la zona cubierta que daba al lago. Nos decidimos por jamón y melón, ya que no queríamos una gran comida. Para acompañarlo tomamos cervezas. Todo fue excelente, así que les hicimos varias visitas. Volveremos.

07/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale durante una visita alle meravigliose Isole Borromee. Il pranzo è stato ottimo, sapori straordinari, personale eccellente, luogo da favola. Consigliato a tutti, se, oltre alle bellezze del luogo, volete provare i buoni sapori del posto.

10/03/2025: Sono andata a pranzare in questo ristorante con vista. Il servizio era ottimo come d’altronde il cibo, che era squisito, niente da dire!!! complimenti allo chef!

25/04/2025: Ci sono stata oggi con la mia famiglia ,ci siamo tornati dopo due anni , abbiamo ritrovato lo stesso staff , abbiamo pranzato in terrazza con una bellissima vista lago ,il maitre Luca molto ospitale,gentile come tutto il personale .Locale pulito .Cibo ottimo complimenti allo chef e a tutta la cucina . Prezzi adeguati perché c'è da tenere conto che la merce deve essere trasportata con le barche ... Lo consiglio !! Ci torneremo !

25/04/2025: Peu accueillant, prix excessif, le plus mauvais déjeuner que l’on ait mangé en Italie. Très déçue, seule la vue ne faisait pas défaut.

20/04/2025: Dejeuner le midi en famille. Service sympathique . temps moyen ce jour là donc peu de monde vers 13h nous avons ete servi vite et bon. Escalope milanaise. Ils ont des chaises hautes. Belle vue sur le lac
