27/10/2023: We went in looking for pizza by the slice which is not available. The boy kindly offered us a quick margherita pizza since we were in a hurry. After 5 minutes we need a delicious pizza, light dough. Very honest price. Good boy! Excellent discovery. We are not from Ivrea but if we pass through there again we will stop.

07/03/2024: This restaurant is AWESOME! The food is exceptional, among the best fish restaurants I've ever been to. The raw materials are of the highest quality, and the quality and goodness of the dishes is superb. The service is also perfect, kindness and concern towards the customer. Highly recommended!

The hood was not as hot as requested, but lukewarm. upon returning home I realize that my coat and bag are dirty with apricot jam! most likely, given that our croissants were filled with berry jam, the event was the result of the swinish behavior of the customers who had previously sat at that table! But I say: the staff must clean between one customer and another! Maybe the staff of this coffee shop don't know about hygiene and related responsibilities! One thing is for sure: I will never set foot there again and I will not recommend the place to anyone: it's DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! Madeleine

03/02/2024: Historic ice cream bar in Ivrea located in front of the Dora Baltea. It was closed for a long time and is now open again. I went there with friends for an aperitif and I must say that it was a pleasant discovery: the cocktail was excellent and the dish that accompanied it was plentiful. Fast service. There are tables both inside and outside. The car park is not far away and is divided into a paid area and a free area. From 7pm it is totally free.

14/10/2023: Di solito non faccio recezioni quando vado in un locale, ma questa volta non posso farne a meno. Siamo andati per caso in questo locale viste solo le recensioni più recenti, abbiamo fatto male, con un controllo più completo ci saremmo resi conto di non andare a mangiare al “Leon d’oro”. Quello che è successo a noi, è uguale a una recensione fatta nel 2019 da altro utente. Data l’ora il locale era vuoto, siamo stati accolti dal gestore che ha subito iniziato a magnificare il locale e la sua storia. Locale non curato, molto sporco, polvere e ragnatele, bagni non curati lasciano un po' a desiderare. Cucina semplice e prodotti di qualità non eccelsa: antipasto piemontese di prodotti da discount di bassa qualità, gnocchi alla fonduta, senza gusto, immangiabili, come pure la carne con funghi surgelati. Come scritto da un utente del 2019, “di casereccio c’è solo il microonde, il resto è roba da discount o per la trasmissione dello Chef Cannavacciuolo. Esperienza fortemente negativa, da informare per l'igiene il’ ASL e per gli scontrini la GDF. Locale degno di "cucine da incubo", visto l’andazzo nel tempo, andrebbe proprio chiuso. Consigliamo, a chi cerca dove andare a mangiare a Ivrea, di non andarci.
