04/10/2025: We walked in without a reservation and were seated immediately. Besides, the place is tiny, more like a hallway than a restaurant, completely unsuitable for a group needing even a modicum of living space. And the prices? Crazy! From 9 to 15 euros for cold sandwiches (and when I say cold, I mean they looked like they'd just come out of the refrigerator). Meanwhile, we witnessed the kitchen show! Sandwiches made with bare hands, the same person clearing the table touching their phone without even a hint of washing their hands. As if that weren't enough, as soon as we started eating, the waitress asked us to move tables to make room for someone else. They sat us at a tiny table where we looked like sardines in a can; the chairs were so high we almost had to kneel to get a bite. In the end, we discovered that the people they'd moved us for hadn't even ordered! They were still waiting for the rest of the group. Kudos to the organization... We paid dearly for three sad, cold sandwiches, accompanied by chips as dry and bitter as our experience. Chaotic management, illogical prices, not recommended.

The prices, in my opinion, are too high: simple cold sandwiches range from €9 to €15. The food arrived relatively quickly but was completely cold. While waiting, we noticed they were preparing one of the sandwiches without gloves, and the same person was meanwhile tapping on their phone and clearing the table without washing their hands. After a few minutes of eating, the waitress came over and asked us to move seats, which was quite annoying considering we had already started eating. They moved us to a tiny table where the three of us had to squeeze together to stay seated, and the chairs were so high that we had to bend quite a bit to get a bite of our €15 sandwich. When we finished our dinner, we realized that the people who had been seated at our previous table (who hadn't reserved) hadn't even ordered their food yet and were still waiting for the rest of the group. We left having paid far too much for three cold sandwiches with dry and very bitter chips, I do not recommend it.

26/10/2025: We ordered Valtellina pizzas, specifying the ingredients: arugula, bresaola, and parmesan. We received a piece of bread as hard as shoe soles, topped with fish-flavored sauce, two slices of cooked bresaola (or was it roasted?) and a crumpled basil leaf. Tip: the recipe is easily found online. The home delivery service was excellent and punctual.

16/11/2025: If you're really hungry, stop by. You can eat and it's not bad either, but don't look around. The place is really dirty and poorly maintained.

09/11/2025: The place is old and shabby inside. There is no paper menu for choosing dishes, but a small anonymous poster with little written on it. The service is still friendly. The dishes are sparse and the raw materials are not of quality. The prices do not reflect the gem.

14/11/2025: I got a dessert (panna cotta) that was leftover from the monday before. I instantly became sick.

03/10/2025: The best place for breakfast and lunch. Kudos especially to the dining room staff, who are incredibly talented and professional.

12/10/2025: Excellent. Nice, clean atmosphere, and excellent kebabs. Their bread is very well made.

19/08/2025: I don't want to do it, but I do it. I don't know why I paid 18 for two pizzas, one with tuna and onion, the other a kebab. Without even a receipt. I noticed when I got home. They were from support.

28/08/2025: I recommend this place to everyone. I've tried many dishes, including the udon, rice noodles, steamed meat and shrimp ravioli, and the chicken with bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Everything was delicious, and best of all, they prepared everything quickly, taking only twenty minutes, since it was takeout. Very reasonable prices.

09/06/2025: I recently visited the Osteria and was truly impressed. A simple yet elegant place, where a welcoming atmosphere reigns as soon as you step inside. The dishes? Truly exceptional. Each course is prepared with care and passion, with authentic flavors that captivate you from the first bite. The tagliatelle all'arrabbiata was cooked to perfection, well-seasoned, and bursting with flavor. The roast beef was incredibly tender and melted in your mouth. The side dishes and desserts were equally impressive: everything homemade, authentic, and plentiful. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They make you feel immediately at ease, right at home. And a special mention goes to the owner, a delightful person who pays attention to every detail. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into everything he does. The value for money is also excellent: you eat well, you spend the right amount, and you leave more than satisfied. In short: a true, honest osteria, where you'll gladly return. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: Never order pizza there again... Prices are made up by them and aren't written or read anywhere before ordering. For example, a Margherita pizza with cooked ham and fries will set you back €10, so that's €9.50. Does that seem normal to you? Are we out of line? Shame on you.

27/09/2025: 10 euros for two glasses of wine that didn't even reach halfway, and they didn't even give us anything to munch on, not even a couple of chips. But to those they knew, yes. Shameful. It's the first time this has happened to me. Crossed out.

08/11/2025: Coffee at the counter + wait €1.40 And it wasn't even the best. On the plus side, the staff was very polite.

07/10/2025: We came to this ice cream shop to get gelato with a young woman with a disability, and since we had an emergency, we politely asked to use the restroom. We were told we needed to get a receipt first, even though there were four of us, with two people already seated at the table ready to order. We had no intention of leaving without consuming anything, but the request was based on a specific, urgent need. After a 7-8 minute wait, and despite having immediately made it clear that it was an emergency (and having also asked the people already seated to stand up to order at the counter), we managed to pay and receive the bathroom keys. Unfortunately, by then it was too late, and the woman had already made a mess. P.S. We were four adults aged 25, 47, 50, and 74, and we had no intention of running away... Thank you so much :)
