03/09/2025: Terrible experience. I came to this bar with my boyfriend and two friends: one ordered water and mints, the other a bottle of water, while the two of us didn't want anything. The blonde waitress spoke rudely to us, saying, "This is a bar, drinks are mandatory." So I asked for two sweets and was told the minimum order was €1.50 (unheard of). Since I didn't have cash, I asked my friend to get me a bag of chips, which we then split. When we sat down, the owner (I presume) came over and asked my boyfriend what he wanted to order. I explained to her that we had already gotten the chips and were sharing them, but she responded very rudely, telling me to shut up and that she was talking to him. I started to get nervous and asked her if it was "illegal" to share a bag of chips, and she said yes, adding that the bar is her house and that it was up to her to decide whether I should speak or not, even going so far as to say offensive things about my mother when I walked away and threatening to call the police. At this point, I waited for her to call them, and rightly so, no one came. What was she supposed to say? "Hi, the customer ordered a bag of chips for two"? Do you think they would arrest me? Oh well. After several insults, saying I'm rude, a liar, and disrespectful, she even approached me with a threatening air. When my boyfriend and I split up, she even told my friends, "If she didn't have any money, you could have just said so." Now I want to know, after the whole drama over a bag of chips, if I had come to you and said, "I don't have any money," would you have left me sitting? No. Someone who has no money doesn't go to a bar. I had money, but I prefer to spend it in bars where the staff is more polite and kind. This behavior was unacceptable in my opinion: we felt treated with disrespect and without any professionalism. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful place. Not to mention the prices, which in my opinion are too high.

03/09/2025: My experience at this bar was unfortunately very negative. I was with some friends and one of their boyfriends: I ordered a bottle of water, my friend a mint water and a bag of crisps, while the other two had no intention of consuming anything. At that point, the staff approached us in a rude and unprofessional tone. Subsequently, a senior employee insisted that we needed to consume at least €1.50 per person. An unpleasant discussion ensued: instead of handling the situation with courtesy, they became arrogant and aggressive, even going so far as to threaten to call the police for no valid reason. The scene escalated further, with offensive remarks directed not only at my friend but also at her family members, and even approaching my friend as if raising their hands and saying "shut up." Such behavior from the staff is unacceptable in a business that should welcome customers with kindness and politeness.

24/11/2025: The store was messy and dirty. It's a shame because it wasn't a good experience.

27/10/2025: I've been to the MD supermarket, but I didn't have a good experience at all. The supermarket is dirty and the staff is rude. I don't recommend it.

08/04/2025: I came and wanted to stay overnight A man ran out, perhaps the owner, and immediately began screaming and swearing. The question is why it’s impossible because there is a parking sign, as I understand it, he swore at me in Italian.

30/07/2025: Un service pas terrible, des serveurs qui tournent à vide Un pavé de saumon avec quelques légumes se battant en duel pour 20 euros… Par contre rien à redire sur la pizza, la pâte est vraiment excellente ! Le prix du pain excessif bref

17/07/2025: Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir hatten Pizza, Nudeln und Pommes mit Hähnchen. Sogar den kleinen Gästen hat es gefallen. Lediglich beim bezahlen mussten wir lange warten so dass wir an die Kasse gegangen sind.

20/07/2025: Bad experience. We ordered two simple coffee creams and paid €8 in total... without a receipt!

19/07/2025: I go in with my girlfriend and order two coffee creams. When it comes to the bill, I'm shocked to discover: 8 euros total. 4 euros for a perfectly ordinary coffee cream, and to make matters worse, no receipt issued. Simply speechless.

25/09/2025: We ate here three times because we were staying at the campsite. The pizzas are absolutely delicious! Especially the one with burrata and dried ham. We were served quickly each time, and while we waited, our children could play in the large playground next door. Perfect if you have small children! There's a lovely waitress who was very nice with our children. So, this restaurant is definitely recommended.

08/09/2025: Ordered 2 lasagna, cold the first and the second time. If you tell it at the bar they complain it was good and you need to pay everything. If you refuse they argue to call the police. First and last time here.

13/07/2025: I don't recommend it, you can get all dirty with the rude pizza chef.

05/06/2025: The bread, baked with great care by the owner in the oven, has a lot of meat in it, and you can choose the sauce you want, so it's really delicious. Koreans, if you pass by here, be sure to stop by.

19/10/2025: A place in the center of Novara, the place itself is small. However, the aperitif, compared to Ferrara's bars and surrounding places, is very competitive, especially with a platter like this, you would have spent much more. Service was done at the table.

17/10/2025: We came yesterday for breakfast with my friend. The croissants were good, but the coffee was already muddy after three seconds, and the cappuccino had a foam full of bubbles, milk, and coffee dripping from the cup. Also, we ordered a bottle of water with two glasses, one of which had chocolate on the rim... the lady who served us wasn't very polite. It's a shame, because the location and setting of this place are excellent.

17/04/2025: If you are in the hospital, don't eat junk food from vending machines, come here, healthy food at fair prices, the owner is also nice

08/04/2025: squalid toast not even warmed up well, with hot tea...usually a slice of lemon is offered, not here. The bartender is argumentative, makes strange speeches and treats customers like annoying idiots. Knowing it before, we just couldn't get into it
