28/12/2025: We had a medium cone and hot chocolate: everything was delicious.
The hot chocolate was served with typical Novara biscuits.
21/12/2025: The ice cream arrived with a very long hair inside it. I called the restaurant to report it, and they told me that since the order was placed through Deliveroo and I'm in Trecate, I had to refund it via the app because they couldn't do anything.
I refunded it via the app, and of course the app only refunded me €4 instead of the €15.
Little concern for customers and definitely poor hygiene.

31/12/2025: A terrible experience due to the owner's behavior. A truly unpleasant person, she attacked us as we left because we had entered the wrong door and accidentally ended up on the outside porch.
She started knocking compulsively from the window, then came out and told us in a truly rude and bitter tone: "They tell me you're not supposed to stay here!"
Once we left, she waved mockingly, given her mocking smile.
Not to mention the pizza and its mediocre mozzarella and the fries that came with it, fried in oil that had seen at least ten other fryings.
Sincerely, never again.
For us, it was the first and last time.
The lady should learn how to deal with customers, given the many other negative reviews about her.

07/03/2026: Truly delicious pizza, and a pizza chef from Puglia is synonymous with good food. A great place to spend an evening with friends.
27/02/2026: It's a small place and almost always packed, so reservations are highly recommended. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, typical of a successful pizzeria with a loyal clientele.
The pizzas are very good, with options for all tastes, and they also offer delivery. The staff is friendly, and the value for money is excellent. A great choice if you're looking for quality pizza without breaking the bank.

28/11/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday.
Frankly, we were a little disappointed for a place specializing in risotto.
The rice was cooked perfectly, but not the creaminess. And the fresh porcini mushrooms were very few.
For €18, I would have expected something better.
The appetizer was decent.
The wine from a local winery was very good.
The bathroom was clean and tidy.
The price was a bit high.
26/11/2025: The atmosphere is simple and informal, making you feel right at home. The classic Piedmontese appetizers are delicious. The rice, however, is the star. There are so many combinations and it's truly delicious. I'd return just to have it as an appetizer, first course, or second course.
The service is very young and a bit slow, but not everything can be perfect. Experience makes perfect.

We are the guys who came last Friday, and we can only heartily thank Mr. Angelo Valazza for pampering us and entertaining us with his wonderful stories. A true icon of hospitality!
Mrs. Valazza's cuisine is simply extraordinary: authentic dishes, meticulously crafted, exuding passion and tradition.
The restaurant is an enchanting place, where you feel like you've stepped back in time, amidst elegance, warmth, and timeless flavor.
The service was impeccable and the atmosphere unique: we felt at home.
We will definitely be back!

04/02/2026: Very friendly staff, excellent location.
The only flaw: the mosquitoes, so many, never happened on Lake Maggiore. They gave everyone mosquito coils and mosquito repellent, but the tables next to us had to be moved because they couldn't eat due to the mosquitoes.
As for the food, the fish is incredibly fresh, I highly recommend it.
We'll definitely be back.
13/09/2025: A charming spot halfway between Stresa and Arona, a very elegant and charming venue with a breathtaking view. I was also surprised by the almost excellent Neapolitan pizza, the generous aperitif, and, surprise, surprise: truly competitive prices. What more could I ask for? Next time I'll definitely try a full dinner and hope the venue lives up to expectations. Ultimately: highly recommended.

19/11/2025: Extremely expensive, Spritz Campari in no world is worth 25 euro per glass. I was late for the Water Bus and was unable to ask the barman about the price before leaving.

09/03/2026: We stopped by on a Saturday; we often drive past, and last Saturday we decided to stop for lunch. NEVER AGAIN. We ordered two pasta dishes with garlic, oil, and chili pepper. They were overcooked and soupy, not spaghetti or linguine, but short pasta that had nothing to do with garlic and oil. For our second course, we ordered two turkey breasts, probably the pre-packaged kind bought at the discount store, with a sauce that was indescribable in both appearance and flavor. I would advise the owners that if they can't provide decent service and a decent meal, forget it. I've had other business lunches that were always between €11 and €13, but this was by far the worst.
28/12/2025: On our drive south, we stopped at this Italian restaurant because it's close to the motorway. We had assumed it would be a "normal" pizzeria, but we were surprised by the very extensive menu. We opted for fish and weren't disappointed. The owner's wine recommendation was also spot on. We'll be back!
