We had a great experience at Alchemia Bar inside the Ca’ Di Dio hotel. Marco made our Bellini and Aperol Spritz perfectly. The Bellini was made with fresh squeeze peaches and it makes all the difference. Both Marco and Giacamo provided excellent and personable service. Highly recommend

Had a great time here. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout the night. Marco and Jack in particular were fantastic, welcoming, knowledgeable, and great at offering recommendations and pairing suggestions that really elevated the experience. The space itself is beautiful, very chic and well designed both inside and outside, but still feels comfortable and welcoming rather than overly trendy. You can tell they’re putting a lot of care into what they’re building here. Definitely one of those places you immediately know you’ll come back to.

We found this bar via google AI and it hallucinated a bunch of information. I posted the drinks menu here for others :) Despite the hallucination our bar tender was very gracious and made a “paper plane” despite not being on the menu and it was amazing. I had the “mangos job” its was spectacular. Everyone was very welcoming and kind and we had a very pleasant experience. Grazie!

The platter complemented the drinks perfectly and contributed to making the experience even more enjoyable. Alchemia Bar at Ca’ di Dio is a real find. It’s tucked inside a beautiful hotel on the quieter Castello side, a short walk from Piazza San Marco but well away from the crowds. Exactly the kind of spot you hope to stumble on in Venice. I had one of the best martinis I’ve had in ages, perfectly executed and really well balanced. You can tell they care about every detail, on the food and the drinks. Marco took great care of us and made the whole thing feel special. If you want somewhere a cut above the usual Venice spots, this is it. Highly recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I went to Alchimia Bar in Venice and I have to say it was a truly fantastic experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, the drinks were meticulously prepared, and the service impeccable. He managed to organize a wonderful surprise for my girlfriend's birthday, making the evening even more special and unforgettable. You can tell he's passionate about what he does!
