16/07/2025: I had a bad experience at a McDrive due to the rude and impolite staff, especially the order takers. Such behavior is unacceptable for a restaurant serving the public.

22/09/2025: I went with my family last week, a very disappointing experience. The food was terrible. My son's pizza was awful; he couldn't even eat half of it, while the rest of us had trout-based first and second courses—a real mess, with disappointing portions. The owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. I strongly advise against this place. A gourmet in name only. Never again!

04/10/2025: As neighbors on the campsite, background music from the restaurant isn't a problem. BUT having to listen to the very, very, very loud music all day long is an imposition on the entire campsite.

07/06/2025: Pessimo! E non è la prima volta che succede! Chiamiamo per ordinare 2 pizze con consegna a domicilio e chiedo per che ora avrebbero potuto consegnarle. Dopo averci indicato un orario per noi “accettabile” (avevamo altri impegni dopo cena quindi, in caso, avremmo ordinato in un’altra pizzeria) confermiamo l’ordine. Dopo 40 minuti dall’orario di teorica consegna, chiamo per chiedere aggiornamenti e mi dicono che non avevano ancora fatto le pizze e che ci sarebbero voluti altri 40/45 minuti!!! Assurdo! E se non avessi chiamato io, non si sarebbero nemmeno premurati di avvisarci! No comment! Se non siete in grado di gestire il numero di ordinazioni evitate di prenderle!

14/09/2025: Old-fashioned pizza that keeps you drinking all night, with an atmosphere that's somewhere between old-fashioned and a Riviera Romagnola piadina. The staff is provincial and improvised. See you again!

20/07/2025: Simple and welcoming place. Friendly staff and amazing pizza. The dough is very well-leavened and cooked to perfection: very digestible pizza. Recommended!

18/05/2025: We stayed in this hotel/restaurant with a group of Alpini on the occasion of the Biella Gathering and we had a great time. Courtesy, hospitality, clean rooms and a kitchen with genuine and abundant dishes. A heartfelt thanks to the staff for the warm welcome!

21/09/2025: Disgusting service, rude and impolite waitress with no desire to work. She makes you feel uneasy and, I repeat, very rude. However, the food is very good and the prices are affordable for everyone, and the place is quite welcoming and clean.

20/09/2025: I ordered takeout, and there wasn't even an option to remove ingredients because I don't eat spicy food and it makes me sick, but you should be able to choose what to add or not. And my order also arrived late, so it was cold.

30/08/2025: Air-conditioned restaurant with a large dining room, a smaller one, and a terrace overlooking the street. The restaurant also offers set menus for both lunch and dinner, featuring Italian and Chinese cuisine. The quality isn't the best, but considering the low price, it's okay. I was a bit disappointed by the Chinese menu, which lacked flavor. The Italian menu was barely acceptable, because I ordered tortellini with cream and ham, and when they ran out, they served me really poor fettuccine.

25/08/2025: I forgot to take a picture of everything, I only took a picture of the first course, which was tagliatelle with cream, mushrooms, and bacon... well, the pasta was completely tasteless and the cream never arrived. Not that I had high expectations, obviously, given the location and the very low price... but neither did I expect the food to arrive tasteless, with missing ingredients, and the little that could be tasted on the palate was disgusting! I really don't think I'll go back. The price is okay, but the quality is very poor, or rather nonexistent, everything was bland, everything was terrible.

17/10/2025: Expensive in the sense that even at the MC you spend a lot with a family and every time something you ordered is always missing, even at the MC drive, and at home you can't complain.
