All very good, perhaps a little too pretentious for my tastes but all in all we had a good time

This is the restaurant I’ve been looking for in my short time in Italy - delicious, interesting food without tricky foams and smears, served by friendly, helpful people who want you to enjoy yourself. And without being too expensive! I would definitely eat here again but we are leaving in the morning.

Small, but very comfortable environment. Kind and attentive staff. Very good and exquisite food.

Excellent cocktails 🍸 and excellent aperitif, a particular note goes to the really good aperitif breadsticks The only flaw regarding the external service is that they didn't turn on the lamps that transmit heat and it was quite cold but all in all an excellent experience.

Lunch on 12/23/2023. Very happy location, a few steps from the lake, in the center of Orta San Giulio, reachable only on foot. Very pleasant environment, where time seems to have stopped and wood, starting from the ceiling of the first room, reigns supreme; walls of shelves dedicated to wines to close a nice overall picture. Possibility, in good weather, to eat meals outdoors under the porch. Fairly extensive menu for the type of restaurant, including hot dishes and sandwiches; Piedmontese cuisine but not only. Platter of varied and quality cured meats and cheeses, well-seasoned polenta, adequately stuffed porchetta sandwich, good but not exceptional tripe. Bread, breadsticks and, above all, focaccia that you won't be able to stop eating. The selection of wines is wide, including prestigious labels. Friendly and efficient staff. The price is not cheap but the location also pays off. Rating: 8.5

Un venerdì sera, venuti senza prenotare (sembra non si possa). Personale molto gentile e simpatico, il luogo non è particolarmente grande dentro ma d'estate è molto piacevole viverlo all'esterno che guarda la piazza. Prodotti di alta qualità, tra gli affettati migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Buona anche la giardiniera e le tapas alla piemontese. Se volete cibo e bevande di qualità è un posto che dovete visitare.
