12/06/2026: One of those rare restaurants where tradition is interpreted with respect and intelligence. The management is very young, extremely kind, and cheerful. The menu is limited, but able to satisfy all tastes. Two tasting menus, one more traditional (40 euros) and one fish-based (50 euros). There's no obligation to choose the same tasting menu for all diners (a rare yet appreciated thing). We tried the traditional menu, which was very convincing. The pre-starter, a canapé with creamed cauliflower and anchovy soup with pepper sauce, is the epitome of the cuisine: beautiful to look at, delicate, full of technically reinterpreted references to local cuisine. The mixed traditional antipasto is good, but could still be improved (the Russian salad lacked a pinch of salt, and the cooked salami and anchovies were good but not exceptional. I found the pepper with tuna touching in its extreme simplicity, an exact replica of the essential cooking of Cuneo grandmothers from a few decades ago). Then the menu takes off: splendid ragù ravioli on a bed of béchamel, capunet of Fassona oxtail with vegetables, and zuppa inglese parfait, all delicious and topped off by the smiles of the young women in the dining room. If only there were a restaurant like this in Turin.

A young couple, she in the dining room and he in the kitchen, enthusiastically and passionately present dishes brimming with character, combining traditional flavors with beautiful, innovative presentations. Refined flavor combinations, sometimes daring but never out of place. A must-try.

18/04/2026: Last night we dined at this restaurant, choosing traditional dishes. Authentic, genuine flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. Compliments to Alberto and the entire staff. We highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: Loved the food and ambience so much at lunch, we returned three days later for dinner. Menu offers regional dishes with a discerning eye toward sourcing. Wine selection is very curated. Ambience is outstanding - welcoming, not stuffy, warm, conversation with owner, great music, full of chattering Italians there for full meals as well as heavy snacks and drinks. May need a reservation for both lunch or dinner depending on day. Very reasonable pricing for quality of dishes and service.

14/03/2026: I regret giving this review. I'm only giving one star as an overall rating, without being able to evaluate the food or service because, unfortunately, we couldn't stay for dinner even though we had booked through The Fork. The owner, with no empathy whatsoever, simply told us he was sorry but had ended his partnership with The Fork, but unfortunately the service hadn't been eliminated yet. Then he hastily asked us to leave because everything was fully booked. It was a Friday evening at 8:30 PM. We would have expected at least an attempt to find a solution, since he had caused the problem for us and not the other way around. It's a shame; customers deserve more respect.

16/06/2026: I've heard great things about this small, welcoming, and well-organized pizzeria, located near the Musso barracks. The owner, Stefania, welcomed me very kindly. I didn't eat there (I was in a hurry), but the pizza was excellent with fresh ingredients. I definitely recommend it!

When I went to pick up the cake... it was so exciting! I was so moved!! It was nothing short of perfect!!! And when we ate it... it was further confirmation! It was delicious! Thank you so much!!!!
