The menu suggests excellent dishes of local recipes, you are spoiled for choice. Dishes prepared with care and the right quantity. The medium-high prices are adequate for the quality. Good choice also for celiacs. Worth visiting.

27/10/2024: Update October 2024: Yesterday we visited Livia's gelateria for the sixth time this year, 3 times during our summer vacation, 3 times during October. We tasted at least 8 types of ice cream – I cannot describe this flavor experience!!! Every type was wonderful and Livia is creating new types of special ice cream all the time. Additionally she taught me how to prepare chestnuts for dessert. I am sorry that I do not have a caravan to buy ice cream for my freezer at home… I hope to return to this gelateria next year! Thank you so much!!! Today we visited Livia's gelateria for the second time this year. We tasted five types of ice cream – every taste was WONDERFUL. Livia is a warm-hearted and patient person who taught me wonderful things about local products (e.g. Ramassin grape). Furthermore, her German language skills are excellent. When I return to Piedmont I will certainly make a stopover at Livia's gelateria. Thank you so much!

Le nostre scelte sono state agevolate dal menù online detagliato negli ingredienti: il misto di antipasti (nel periodo mocetta col formaggio tete de moine, tartare di fassona e cipolla, bignè ai peperoni con crema d’acciughe e aglio selvatico), ravioles (gnocchi di patate) al castelmagno, i gobbi di Saluzzo (grossi plin) burro e grana. Cortesi nel servizio. Prezzi contenuti: con entree offerta di focaccia e lardo, acqua, caffè moka, 1/2 litro di buon vino della casa 35€ a testa

30/12/2024: Even if you spend very little time inside the restaurant, you leave with a fried smell that remains on your clothes and hair. I don't think I will go back.

19/12/2024: For being the first time (I don't live in Saluzzo) I must say that I found a vast quantity and embarrassment of choice of Sicilian food, I tasted the CUCCIA and it was truly VERY GOOD. Not to mention the arancini with ragù that melted in the mouth, what can I say, I will certainly return to taste all those delicacies... congratulations to Davide and Paola From one of your new customers who will surely become one....

04/11/2024: Excellent beers, super tasty (and quite big) burgers, nice atmosphere, super good service. I don't think you can expect something more than this to have a great night out!

05/10/2024: The Granda pub offers high quality beers of the same name. The food is excellent with lots of options. The staff is courteous and always ready to suggest the beer to pair with the different dishes. Highly recommended.

19/10/2024: Excellence. In everything. The smiles that welcome you are the prelude to the smiles that will be on the faces of the diners as soon as they taste the dishes: carefully prepared, as beautiful to the eye as they are excellent on the palate. I haven't eaten this well in years.

26/08/2024: Per la terza volta in questa pizzeria da asporto perché purtroppo non abitiamo vicini ma a 40km. Abbiamo privato la pizza speciale con sgombro, burrata, foglia di cappero, pomodoro secco e sugo di pomodirini. Davvero deliziosa!!

21/11/2024: If I have to eat a good pizza I go to basil, for us first choice in the Saluzzo area, friendly staff. The only flaw is sometimes the long wait but there can always be a lot of people. The bathroom is also equipped for the little ones, I really appreciated it

08/12/2024: Sunday lunch. In the historic center of Saluzzo. Cozy room, with low, vaulted brick ceilings. Evocative environment. Strangely half-empty (besides ours, only one other table was occupied), fast and courteous service. Piedmontese cuisine with the right creative reinterpretation. Prices consistent with the quality of the food and the elegance of the environment. Advised

18/10/2024: I can tell you, without equivocation, that it was one of the best gastronomic experiences of my life! We ate a raw focaccia and burrata to divide in two (very crunchy and very tasty), the tajarin cacio e pepe (indescribable how good and delicate they were but still very tasty) and the meat plin carbonara (delicious and unforgettable), all accompanied by a glass of Barolo. Then a Rocher dessert (also fantastic). We will happily return several times. So, if you ever pass through Saluzzo, this nice and welcoming place is a safe choice without doubts.

12/11/2024: Il locale è formato da un ingresso e una grande unica sala. L arredo non risponde al mio gusto. Personale gentile anche se all' inizio un pò in affanno. Il menu presenta 4 opzioni per ogni portata e i piatti piemontesi sono vari e non abituali. Ottima la qualità della materia prima.

04/11/2024: Prima esperienza ai due cavalli. Molta curiosità per alcuni piatti tipici locali da provare. Tutto in realtà molto buono ma le quantità di alcuni piatti sono veramente scarse, anche se pranzi alla carta e non a degustazione. Inoltre veramente troppi ma troppi tavoli, non so se ci tornerei.
