10/11/2025: We arrived at lunchtime without a reservation and were greeted very kindly, with great help in choosing as a celiac. We tried Piedmontese dishes that were well presented and well cooked. Friendly atmosphere, nice table setting, pleasant wine selection, good value for money and, last but not least, very convenient parking nearby.
08/11/2025: Excellent. Very friendly service, beautiful venue, excellent Piedmontese cuisine in a refined atmosphere.

11/11/2025: This wasn't our first visit, and we'll be back... for many reasons: the quality of the food and desserts, the decor, and the excellent service! It's a classy establishment that has managed to maintain a very warm and welcoming atmosphere!
10/11/2025: Superb food, the risotto creamed with fondue and black truffle is wonderful, congratulations! The staff is also great.

Choice of two menus with the option of selecting individual dishes. High-quality dishes featuring carefully selected ingredients that allow the flavors to shine through.

14/09/2025: I bought gelato from Livia to take to a friend's house: it was a success.
We tried classic flavors like "Grandma Pina's cream" and pistachio, which showcased the excellent quality of the ingredients, as well as more original flavors like the delicate fig and a cow's milk ricotta enriched with candied fruit, pistachios, and chocolate, which proved to be a true delight.
LIVIA'S GELATO IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, a perfect blend of dedication and top-quality ingredients.

25/10/2025: A place that makes normality its virtue. Everything is clear. The price of the menu, with everything included. Inside the restaurant, there's a display of about a hundred different cheeses that seems like a shrine. Diners are spoiled for choice. We like to give positive feedback on places that operate with simplicity and professionalism while maintaining fair prices. If you're in Saluzzo, perhaps to see a beautiful exhibition like the one featuring Scianna's photographs, this place is worth considering.

When I went to pick up the cake... it was so exciting! I was so moved!! It was nothing short of perfect!!! And when we ate it... it was further confirmation! It was delicious! Thank you so much!!!!

I personally had the pizza (very good), and the food was also excellent.

I don't know if they changed pizza chefs, but on Saturday night the pizzas hadn't risen at all. I make it much better at home. The ingredients on top were good, though...
On the other hand, the atmosphere was very nice, well-restored.

14/09/2025: The atmosphere is unique and absolutely delightful. The cuisine offers creative flair, though unfortunately not always perfectly successful. The quality-price ratio is always excellent, as is the courtesy of the staff. The owner sometimes gets annoyed with her husband (the chef), making her reprimands audible throughout the dining room. Kudos to her husband, who patiently (and professionally) replies in a very low voice.
Definitely a place to return to again and again.

12/09/2025: We waited almost an hour for pizzas after the recent merger with Gusto Divino (a terrible choice). After 53 minutes, they brought us two small plates to share, one of which was dirty. The pizzas were okay, although the menu is particularly limited, and even though all three of us ordered different pizzas, they all had the same ingredients, with a few small variations.
There are many great places in Saluzzo, but this isn't one of the lucky ones.
