16/08/2026: A must-try! This restaurant is quite spacious, with plenty of room between the street-side area, the dining room, and the garden. The setting is lovely. The menu features classic Italian dishes, and they have excellent pizzas for children. They also offer local specialties (such as white chicken salad). The service is quick and attentive.

06/08/2026: I've been wanting to try this Saluzzo restaurant for a while, and last night I finally enjoyed an excellent dinner with friends on the cool, quiet outdoor terrace. You can choose between a meat or fish tasting menu, or individual dishes, which is always a welcome treat. I chose eggplant plin with a brown vegetable stock and a creamy zucchini soup—amazing. Then came a crispy, light vegetable tempura—a real treat. And to finish things off, a refreshing watermelon jelly on a Campari granita with chocolate shavings. All washed down with a glass of non-Piedmontese white wine—I don't remember what it was, but that was excellent too. My companion chose fish dishes and was more than satisfied, too. Delicate, simple dishes, cooked with love, vegetables from their garden, attentive customer service, perfect portions, even for me, who fills up on little, and prices perfectly suited to the experience. I'd seen caponet and zuppa inglese semifreddo on the menu in the past, and I'd really liked trying them. If they bring them back in the future, maybe next summer, I'll definitely be back to try those too.

09/08/2026: We're not from Saluzzo, but we've been to this place at least four or five times since the beginning of the year. We've had a great time: the pizza is good, and the service is attentive and courteous. Unfortunately, last night, an unpleasant situation arose during payment, which we believe was handled unprofessionally and disrespectfully by the owner. We split the bill Roman-style with the family accompanying us. We paid in cash: my husband placed two 50-euro bills on the counter, taking care to add coins to make it easier to give change. The young cashier, however, only returned 50 cents. My husband pointed out the mistake very calmly. The owner then intervened, confidently and arrogantly defending the young man's actions. We were left speechless and, disappointed, left the place. We spoke outside: my husband was sure of the denomination of bills in his wallet before paying, I was sure I'd seen which bills he'd placed on the counter; Other details, which we won't go into here, confirmed our thesis. My husband chose to return with the intention of pointing out that the treatment we had received had been anything but kind and respectful. It was a delicate and unpleasant situation that, in good faith, neither party had purposely brought about. Yet, we customers felt treated dishonestly: we left with our tails between our legs, even a little angry at having paid 40 percent more for dinner. It would have been more professional for the owner to try to listen to our side of the story, putting herself in our shoes and questioning the fact that mistakes can happen on either side. I myself tried to calmly explain these things to the annoyed woman, who took two bills from the register and insistently tried to give them to me. We didn't accept them. The manner and timing were wrong. That was just the time for an apology, which we never received. While we're certain of how things went, there's a slight possibility that my husband made a mistake (that the blue bill he didn't have in his wallet was actually there and he used it without realizing it) and that I made a mistake too (not seeing the blue color of the bill on the counter). We are, however, undoubtedly certain of the disappointment we felt, being treated by dishonest, annoying customers who insisted on pointing out that, perhaps, this time, the mistake wasn't ours.

16/06/2026: I've heard great things about this small, welcoming, and well-organized pizzeria, located near the Musso barracks. The owner, Stefania, welcomed me very kindly. I didn't eat there (I was in a hurry), but the pizza was excellent with fresh ingredients. I definitely recommend it!

05/10/2025: I ordered the cake for my daughter's baptism. I had specific requests for the cake decoration... the staff was very kind and attentive to my needs! When I went to pick up the cake... it was so exciting! I was so moved!! It was nothing short of perfect!!! And when we ate it... it was further confirmation! It was delicious! Thank you so much!!!!

12/06/2026: I've been going to this place for a while, and knowing it's top-notch, I chose it for my 58th birthday... and as always, it didn't disappoint! The staff was professional, attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The dishes, in my opinion, were Michelin-starred, the wine list was adequate, and the place is always top-notch. Coming is a must. I recommend it. Make a reservation.

08/12/2025: We had a Bismark pizza and a calzone and loved them. The Philadelphia croquettes were also excellent, and we tried them in generous portions. The owners were very friendly; it was a pleasure going there.

21/05/2026: I had pizza at this place this evening. It's not bad. They make Roman-style crunchy pizza here. It might not be to everyone's taste. It's thin and very dry. I had a buffalo mozzarella. The cheese on top was almost raw. It was very well cooked and hard on the bottom, I struggled to cut it. As for the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff, there's nothing to complain about. The waiters are very kind and helpful, and the place is nice. I had a pizza, a medium beer, dessert, and coffee, and it cost about €20. A €2 cover charge was also included. The price is average.
