13/05/2026: Usually i am reluctant to go to Michelin star restaurants as they are pretentious, oversell and leave you hungry . Not this spot…it hits all the stars, service, food, atmosphere …if you are in the area go here..they work with you for your pure enjoyment,,even met the the chef upon our departure,Pasquale is the best

02/05/2026: I'll start by saying we weren't able to go due to our baby's illness...obviously last minute! They were kind enough to let us know over the May 1st long weekend that they wouldn't charge us anything! That's not a given these days. We'll be rescheduling our trip soon thanks to the infinite kindness of the staff and owners! See you soon.
30/04/2026: Excellent location overlooking the entire valley from Monforte almost to Alba. Excellent facility, always present, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with good wine pairings at more than reasonable prices. The blind wine tastings are wonderful.

04/03/2026: Incredible meal! We took the tasting menu and wine pairings. Gorgeous presentation and absolutely delicious. It was well worth the trip from Turin to dine here. They should have a Michelin star…truly exceptional!

20/05/2026: The food was exquisite! They were special dishes, the kind you don't find in other restaurants. Particularly noteworthy: Tarte tatin ai funghi fonduta di Gorgonzola; Chicche con scalie di Roch; and Spaghetti con crema di piselli (green spaghetti). Excellent!
15/05/2026: The restaurant is very good with nice decor, but the service is extremely slow (over 20 minutes between each course (and coffee)) and not very pleasant (the waitress actually rolled her eyes when we dared to ask for coffee).
As for the main courses, they are very small; if you order the set menu, they are acceptable, otherwise they are absolutely not worth 20 euros.
The pasta with ragù, however, is excellent—the only positive point. Despite the very good food, we do not recommend it given the long wait and the poor quality of service.

28/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday. When we booked, we specified that we had celiac disease, and they said it was no problem. However, when we ordered, we were told there was only one gluten-free entree on the entire menu. The food was very good, but it would be appropriate to specify that only tajarin with sausage ragù was available as a first course. Since we were told there was no problem and that they would change the type of pasta, I expected to be able to order any entree.
The appetizers were delicious, and they offer breadsticks as a substitute for bread for celiacs.
The quality of the ingredients is high. Excellent value.
The dessert was also very good (we had the hazelnut trio).
27/04/2026: Last Saturday we returned to one of our favorite restaurants in the Langhe, a truly unique and welcoming place. We started with a charcuterie and cheese platter featuring a wealth of local products, all exquisite. Next up was penne with lamb ragù, simply exceptional, truly delicious. The dessert was fabulous!
As always, everything was extraordinary: excellent food, impeccable service, and a warm welcome from the owners. A place we truly adore.

10/05/2026: A five-star restaurant, the chef must be a saint for her ability to create flavor and prepare excellent, locally sourced ingredients. I was completely lost in the bliss of heavenly taste.
Everything was beyond excellent/extreme, but especially the stewed rabbit with a side of magically cooked vegetables and the Alba blue cheese gnocchi, heavenly.
I would return every weekend to enjoy the food at that sinful place.
I recommend everyone try it... if you don't, you'll never know what you've given up. The food is truly heavenly.

Trio of appetizers, first course, second course with side dish, and dessert.
Everything was good, but unfortunately, none of the dishes left me with that "wow" feeling.
Excellent value for money.
Attentive and courteous service paired with a beautiful venue.

24/05/2026: A good location in the heart of Montforte. It was fairly easy to find parking nearby, but it's not in a secured space. Service was the best part of the experience. Breakfast was modest, but just enough.

The dishes, part of a rather expensive set menu, were mediocre: poorly balanced flavors and small portions.
The quality-price ratio was decidedly below average for similar establishments.
