31/03/2024: Exquisite Langhe restaurant immersed in an elegant villa in the green countryside of Monforte d'Alba. Refined food of excellent quality from starters to desserts. The bread and breadsticks are also delicious. Prices clearly in line with the food offered. Recommended

31/03/2024: Comfortable and visually satisfying environment, disarmingly courteous staff, in particular the sommelier (if I'm not mistaken, Mr Mauro) and the attentive and thoughtful owner, they warmed our hearts. High level food with exceptional research into raw materials. Delicious too with our little dog. If you want an oasis of peace this is the ideal place. Anita

04/04/2024: Dine in a medieval tower renovated in an exceptional way, inserting glass and steel inside, a few tables on each landing, original and unique furnishings and accessories, connections with other parts dug into the rock ... Truly "extraordinary" location in which food and very good wines - for me - have taken a back seat.

28/03/2024: Excellent restaurant led by Giulio, a local well known wine specialist. A good place to try the wines of this region accompanied by suitable dishes. The wine cellar is a separate miracle! Thanks for the advice with wineries and Barolo Chinato.

02/04/2024: We spent the Easter weekend there with a visit to the cellar, 5 glasses and platter tasting, 3 course dinner, overnight stay and breakfast: a wonderful experience from all points of view! Very kind and knowledgeable staff (a special mention for the guys at the restaurant and Amedeo during the cellar visit and tasting) comfortable and suggestive location on the Langhe hills with panoramic views, spectacular wine and food ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED

23/02/2024: Avendo casa in Alta Langa oramai conosciamo tutte le migliori trattorie e i ristoranti di zona. Ci siamo spinti fino a Monforte per allargare la cerchia e I REBBI è davvero fantastica: hanno un meù diverso dove la tradizione e l'innovazione si incontrano e si incontrano molto bene. Da provare il carciofo ripieno, in stagione, perchè è superlativo. La trattoria è gestita da una giovane coppia che ha deciso di restare e speriamo aprano la via a molti altri giovani perchè le Langhe possono dare moltissimo. La sala è bella, ben arredata, ma piccola: bisogna prenotare. I ragazzi sono molto bravi e gentili. Carta dei vini infinta. Il conto medio, ma la qualità si paga. Torneremo a provare il menù estivo.
