30/12/2025: It's a shame to give this rating, especially because we recognize the commitment and dedication of every member of the staff, including the chef (whom we wish a bright future). And we can't help but appreciate the location, the attention to detail, and the cleanliness. But when it comes to the food, our opinion changes. The dishes are overly salty, and above all, an attention to form that doesn't reflect the substance at all. Even the white truffle was lost in dishes that were supposed to showcase it. Based on our experience at other Michelin-starred restaurants, this one doesn't quite meet the same standards, except for the price.

21/12/2025: The food was excellent; nothing to complain about, but there was one incident, in my opinion, that was a bit crappy on the part of the staff. My two friends and I chose a tasting menu. The tasting menu page didn't mention adding cheese. Toward the end of the menu, a smiling waiter appeared and asked if we wanted to "try some cheese." I, thinking it was a courtesy, replied that I was full. I asked, "Can I try them, but just a little?" and was told that it was possible. My friend and I were brought two plates with four slices of cheese on top, accompanied by giardiniera and a slice of toasted bread (nothing special). The result? An extra €24 each on the bill (€48) for four slices of cheese. The first time I've been treated like this in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A real lapse in style.

24/11/2025: We only ate at the restaurant, and we highly recommend it. I would say it's not an everyday dining experience, as it's very refined. The ambiance is very elegant and sophisticated, and the carpets effectively dampen the acoustics, which is very pleasant. The service is absolutely professional and very attentive. Every course was exquisite. We went there for my birthday, and it was a wonderful birthday present.

31/12/2025: We came to this restaurant for Christmas dinner. It's a beautiful and unique place, located in the center of Monforte d'Alba. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly, and the food was top-notch at a great price. Highly recommended!

The service was attentive, present yet discreet and graceful. The ambiance completed the experience perfectly. It's difficult to single out one dish or another because every dish, from the amuse bouche to dessert, offers something beautiful.

04/01/2026: Everything was excellent - food, service, location. If I really had to find a flaw, I'd say the lighting and the lack of a nice white tablecloth. Besides being delicious, it's also nice to eat something different from traditional Piedmontese dishes (not that those aren't good, on the contrary!), but kudos to the chef and owner for offering something innovative and exciting. I'll definitely be back.

21/02/2026: We went for dinner. I only have one comment: WOW!!! The location is S.T.R.E.P.I.T.O.S.A., super original: a contemporary revamp of an old building renovated in wood, brick, and metal. Simple, traditional dishes are paired with a wine list that reads more like an encyclopedia. We ordered the egg in cocote, veal in tuna sauce, gnocchi, and tajarin with porcini mushrooms, and finished with a caramel bonet and a barrique grappa, all washed down with a nice bottle of Dogliani. €90. Honest and pleasant. Very fast service. Bread basket with grissoni, focaccia, and spectacular bread. If you pass through Monforte and don't try it, you'll miss out on a piece of the Langhe.

19/01/2026: Located at the top of Monforte, a trattoria pizzeria with ample parking. 50 meters away on the opposite side of the road. I've been there during the week. Not many people around in the evenings, excellent prices, friendly staff, good food, good prices. It doesn't feel like Monforte.
