25/01/2025: Dinner with my wife on a beautiful January evening, the restaurant was recommended to us by an agency in Dogliani. Luckily we went: wonderful dinner, delicate and kind staff, always ready for every request, it's been a long time since I ate so well and I wasn't treated in the same way, top raw materials, wine cellar worth a visit, location welcoming but not heavy, refined and tasteful, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, we will return as soon as possible!!!
Overall: 10 with honors (only because it is not possible to give more)

16/01/2025: Persone stupende. Cucina eccellente, speciale lo Stinco per due con le mele al forno. Cantina e lista vini notevole. Locale unico dal punto di vista architettonico. Must.

Very welcoming room in which there are hygiene products of their production, impeccably managed restaurant, high quality food and truly romantic atmosphere, breakfast as we like it, not a huge serial buffet but selected dishes of their own exquisite production. Visit to the cellar and tasting managed by a truly knowledgeable young sommelier who understood our tastes and recommended excellent wines which we willingly purchased. You can see the family's pride in doing things as best as possible. This season we did not enjoy the beautiful outdoor space with swimming pool, but the beautiful and organized spa made us forget about the bad weather. Really recommended. Strategic point to comfortably visit the Langhe towns.
30/01/2025: I knew the La Torricella restaurant and the Pressenda wines..and I already considered them to be of high quality..This time I gave, and I gave myself, a Spa treatment. Small but very well looked after, and having 2 hours of private Spa is priceless. Excellent welcome from the operator. This was then followed by a visit to the cellar and a wine tasting.. Amedeo's passion and expertise won us over.. the tasting room is always magical, and the wines..🔝.
I will try to return, for personal pleasure and hopefully also for work, because it is a place they deserve... like the people who work there.

29/12/2024: Stumbled upon it by chance for lunch with my girlfriend. Beautiful place, spread over several mezzanine floors, with very nice and discreet furnishings and music. We ordered the rice with gorgonzola, chestnuts and beetroot: exceptional dish!
A glass of very high quality dessert and then the dessert: chocolate cake with raspberries and cream with bergamot and meringue, the latter very delicate.
Excellent and very friendly service.
Reasonable prices which are absolutely worth the very high quality of the dishes.
Promoted and highly recommended!

17/12/2024: A magical long ride, where you immediately feel welcomed and pampered. We had dinner there for my husband's birthday, a triumph of food and wine. Everything excellent! We stayed there overnight. The room was clean and comfortable. I can't wait to go back. Thanks to Nino and all the staff.

€55 euros for the Alba white truffle tasting, it tasted like nothing! No flavor!
I ate a simple pasta with butter.
Another negative flaw is that if it hadn't been for the chef's welcome I wouldn't have given even one star. I saw too many gender preferences, those who wanted staff were treated with kid gloves, others were treated like rags. They didn't worry about anything!!

19/01/2025: In una frazione di monforte, qualche curva per arrivare e parcheggio non molto comodo, ma bel locale.
Per me due pecche: menù cartaceo non disponibile (solo da scaricare ) e senza tovaglie. Facilmente risolvibili..
Qualità del cibo molto alta, anche con abbinamenti e gusti originali ma ben riusciti. Prezzi molto corretti, anche se i ricarichi sul vino leggermente alti.
12/01/2025: Ottimi piatti raffinati e moderni ma con un fondo ditradizione. Per chi vuole uscire dalla tradizionalita' ma senza esagerare. Ottimo servizio. Una buona carta vini. Ottimo rapporto qualità costo.

26/10/2024: Piccolo locale senza grandi pretese, abbiamo ordinato delle pizze scoprendo che erano piuttosto ridotte per il prezzo pagato. Nulla di entusiasmante e sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

09/11/2024: Una sincera trattoria casereccia, al confronto, sarebbe risultata quasi stellata. €325 in due per un servizio in cui i diversi vini del percorso di degustazione sono stati serviti nello stesso bicchiere (commistione di bianco e rosso), leggera resistenza nella sostituzione delle posate, pane del giorno prima. Abbiamo intravisto un piatto di ceramica che possa essere definito tale alla terza portata, diversamente le piatenze venivano servite in sotto pentola di ardesia, con tanto di dita dei camerieri a sfioro sul cibo. Gli antipasti sembravano presi in prestito da un bancone di gastronomia di supermercato e il piatto forte (uovo in camicia con tartufo), servito in una tazzina microscopica con cucchiaino da caffè. Dopo aver atteso il primo piatto, “burro con tagliolini”, abbiamo deciso di non proseguire con il resto del menù, per cui non saremmo in grado di valutare i secondi. Il tartufo invece, nonostante l’annata sfavorevole, ha salvato i pochi piatti provati.
Locale poco caratteristico, rumoroso e servizio improvvisato.
Tutto questo in 3h30. Nice lunch.
22/09/2024: Ottima scelta. Cibo ottimo. Personale cortese. Vino di alta qualità. Unica pecca servizio un po’ lento e avendo menù fisso, per chi non volesse mangiare un piatto, forse non c è alternativa. Ma a parte questo, è stato tutto ottimo e prezzo ragionevole!
