24/08/2024: I returned after some time and I must say that the experience was excellent.
Really well created and very good dishes (perhaps the best Tajarin in the area), with quality ingredients, exceptional service in a welcoming environment.
The desserts are absolutely worth trying!
Truly compliments for the menu choices and for the attention to the customer shown (entree, pre-dessert and final small pastry are real gems!).
I will definitely come back!
19/08/2024: La creatività, la volontà di non essere banale, l'estro e la ricerca delle materie prime; questo è quanto ho riscontrato in questo locale. E non è poco. Non sempre ci si imbatte in menu legati alla tradizione ma soprattutto inperniati sulla capacità di creare; non voglio fare il solito elenco di piatti e relativi nomi. Posso solo dire che bisogna provare per comprendere. Bene il servizio , bene anche i prezzi, Complimenti sinceri !

25/07/2024: Ristorante di primissimo livello, riduttivo a mio avviso "battezzarla" come semplice osteria.
Piatti davvero ben eseguiti, gustosi e con accostamenti spesso non banali.
Servizio attento e cordiale, senza essere troppo ingessato, ottima carta dei vini e proposte al bicchiere.
Rapporto qualità / proposta / prezzo direi ottimo.
Il miglior locale di Cherasco, senza dubbio.

15/08/2024: La sera del 15/08 abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata presso questo bel ristorante.
Innanzitutto davvero molto cordiale il proprietario ….ci ha messo subito a nostro agio.
Personale attento e preciso.
Servizio veloce e impeccabile.
Cibo eccellente, di ottima qualità : abbiamo mangiato tutti piatti tipici della cucina piemontese e sono stati preparati benissimo e con cura.
Ho apprezzato molto anche la cura dei dettagli,gli abbinamenti dei materiali,l’arredamento e il bagno,pulito e curato anche lui,con salviette monouso in tessuto per le mani e una specchiera con cornice in legno meravigliosa.
E’ stata davvero una bella scoperta!!!!!
15/08/2024: Buonasera sono andata a mangiare oggi 15 agosto, tutto perfetto cibo molto buono e di qualità, unica pecca ho preso la panna cotta non riuscita, espressamente ammesso anche dallo staff, per cui speravo in uno sconto o almeno nell'offerta di un altro dolce in cambio. Peccato!

17/08/2024: What a wonderfully cool place to have lunch... during our cycling holiday from Onderweegs we came across Osteria Umberto. The salad with pear, tomato cheese, honey and celery was a big 10, delicious, then the ravioli with truffle was so delicious. Enjoyed very nice service
16/08/2024: I think it's quite difficult to find a place where you don't eat well in these areas... anyway we had a good time at Umberto's... traditional dishes and obviously a very extensive wine list...

02/08/2024: As a tourist, we had dinner nearby and then passed this little ice cream parlor. The friendly waitress really took her time to take my order (in probably the worst Italian she's ever heard 😉🤣). Everything was clean, the ice cream was delicious and also very inexpensive.
If you fancy a delicious ice cream, you should definitely stop by here. Grazie mille!

Onesti anche nei prezzi.
Quello che è al di fuori della pizza direi purtroppo scarso.
01/08/2024: Last night I had a pizza with my girlfriend, me with the shoulder and potato croquettes and gorgonzola cream (the shoulder was cooked ham the croquettes were soft and there was no cream but it was simply gorgonzola) my girlfriend's instead it was pears and walnuts, he received PEPPERS and gorgonzola
We had taken takeaway otherwise I would have given them back.
Price too high for the quality

12/08/2024: Impeccable service. They try to speak to us in French and they take great care.
The atmosphere was great when we were there.
The dishes are quite robust, therefore very filling and mainly for workers. A little less oil just for us would have been excellent 😋

Sunday lunch us. on the occasion of the retirement celebration of a family member: warm and familiar welcome, despite being a refined and well-kept place
Aperitif with excellent appetizers: bra sausage, various cheeses prepared in various ways, also very pleasing to the eye etc...etc
Excellent lunch, served at an appropriate time, seasoned with the courtesy and availability of the waitresses, always smiling
And finally a vast, well-kept park, where it is possible to indulge in relaxation worthy of the name
So... what can I say?
It is a place where returning is always a real pleasure
02/10/2023: Restaurant on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere and easy to reach. At the top you can see the neighboring villages with a beautiful view. Ample parking, and lots of greenery where you can take a walk. The restaurant also has a swimming pool, but when I went it was empty, after all it is the end of the season. The food was very good, the waiters always came by twice and carefully managed the children's and intolerant menus. The place is clean with soft lights and you can talk calmly without necessarily shouting. The dinner was for a confirmation, I have the menu and photos of the dishes.

13/08/2023: Ottima cena per carnivori. Porzioni abbondanti e carne di ottima qualità cucinata alla perfezione. Location molto suggestiva in un antico eremo. Cameriera gentilissima. Da provare assolutamente se non si è vegetariani!
01/08/2023: Posto ECCEZIONALE! Si accede al ristorante attraverso un'area esterna con un piccolo vialetto in ghiaia, un prato ben curato e un portico che guida verso l'entrata del locale. L'interno non è grandissimo, ma è ACCOGLIENTE. Quella che ora è diventata una delle sale, prima era una piccola chiesa, e c'è ancora l'altare originale! Pochi piatti, ma di QUALITÀ, e a PREZZI ONESTI. Le persone che ci lavorano sono GENTILI, DISPONIBILI e ATTENTE. Se siete in zona, non potete farvelo scappare.

I recently had dinner at Sushi Wong in Montesilvano and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and freshness of the fish on offer.
