19/12/2024: Excellent trattoria (but it really is a high end restaurant). The food is based on the typical Piedmontese traditional dishes, but with a zest of innovation by the owner and chef, who is a really agreeable and nice person: he comes at the table and it is really pleasant to chat a bit with him about his cuisine and the wine and any other subject you like to. The atmosphere in the room is very nice, the tables are dressed in a very elegant way, and the menu is nearly perfect with all the dishes you would expect in this area. All is prepared very well and in a tasty way, and also very nice to see. The waiters are kind and knowledgeable about wines and their associations to the foods, but everything is presented in a light way and without that somewhat snooty formality of waiters and sommeliers in top-level restaurants, but rather with a smile and even some self-irony, so making a pleasant and smiling interaction. The prices are reasonable for the level of quality you get. I will come back!

11/12/2024: We made a reservation in advance and visited Osteria La Torre Cherasco at lunchtime with our child, and we couldn't have asked for a better meal. The service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was a true delight, with the agnolotti being particularly unforgettable for our little one. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The wine list was simply marvelous, offering an excellent selection to perfectly complement the meal. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone – it's a must-visit for anyone looking for exceptional food and service!

And we took advantage of the opportunity - we had been meaning to visit the place for some time, we liked the idea of ​​the soup and we liked the young idea of ​​those who would like to set aside the classic menu of starter, first course, second course and dessert. The location is discreet, for a canteen - sober, but young. The soups, on the other hand, are flavourless and miserable - the savory pie is little more than a thin appetizer. If you take into account the price, 23 euros for two, it's a bit of a disappointment.

05/12/2024: Edit after the owner's response: I apologize for the misinterpretation of the receipt, I was prejudiced by the obligation of having to take at least two dishes plus dessert, we did not pay extra for the additional teaspoons. However, if you want to avoid people who eat only one dish, perhaps it is appropriate to include this obligation also in the online menu and/or work with a fixed price menu. After booking remotely based on the online menu, at the table we found a menu in which we were forced to take at least 2 main courses as well as dessert... No mention of this obligation online, otherwise we would not have booked and it was too late to go anywhere else without a reservation.

The friendly waitress really took her time to take my order (in probably the worst Italian she's ever heard 😉🤣). Everything was clean, the ice cream was delicious and also very inexpensive. 02/10/2023: Restaurant on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere and easy to reach. At the top you can see the neighboring villages with a beautiful view. Ample parking, and lots of greenery where you can take a walk. The restaurant also has a swimming pool, but when I went it was empty, after all it is the end of the season. The food was very good, the waiters always came by twice and carefully managed the children's and intolerant menus. The place is clean with soft lights and you can talk calmly without necessarily shouting. The dinner was for a confirmation, I have the menu and photos of the dishes.
