But what really struck us was something else. During the evening, an inconvenience arose. The way the owner handled it—with thoughtfulness and an unexpected gesture—left us speechless. Almost embarrassed, because today we're not accustomed to such humanity and kindness. In an age where the customer is often a mere number, here you sense that behind it there's someone who truly cares about what they do and whoever comes through their door. That's not learned professionalism—it's character. And that's a rare commodity. We'll be back soon...and no longer alone.

We appreciated the recommendations for the daily specials; from appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. The best dish we tried was the tagliolini al nero with prawns, delicate and delicious. Stefano, regarding the conversation about the paintings and other works in the dining room, noted that the painting in the hallway is by the artist Tino Stefanoni. See you soon, Claudio
