14/05/2025: Very nice restaurant in a very small village (about 100 inhabitants) with a beautiful scenery (old buildings, a church and a tower) located in a green and beautifull mountanious landscape in the south of Piemonte. The restaurant is in a tastefull Italian atmosphere decorated. The staff is very friendly. They offer an excellent menyu, 4 or 5 courses from wich you can choose among ca. 4 items per course and an extensive winemenu. The diner (all 4 courses) was/were excelent. An excellent price to quality ratio. I can highly recommend this restaurant. And at about 100 meters from the restaurant are 2 EV chargers (22KW), at the parking area before you enter the village.

16/05/2025: Very good food, unfortunately I can't say the same about how we were treated, my wife and I happened upon this place on a Saturday for lunch, while we were sitting, I could hear the girl listing the menu at the table in front of me, when she came to us I already had in mind what I would have liked to eat: pasta with tomato sauce for my wife and with ragù for me ...but, we were told that on Saturdays they don't offer the fixed price menu but the à la carte one. I'll start by saying that I didn't make it a question of price, I simply wanted a plate of pasta with ragù. ...so we chose another dish from the à la carte menu which was also very good and while I was enjoying my panzerotti, at the table next to me the same girl/waitress offered Pasta with ragù or tomato sauce! ...I won't add anything else!

11/05/2025: Buy small cake, as always good and weighed before my eyes. Paid at 35 euros per kg with the only flaw that, on a cake of about 670gr. total costing 23.40 euros, you can't make me pay for the double box (gold colored tray in this case weighing 78gr) always at 35 euros per kg. Gentlemen, the Tare must be done.

24/04/2025: I got a lemon cake for my birthday. A show. The next day I went to get another one.... too good. Friendly and helpful staff. Both the pastries and the pretzels are of excellent quality. I recommend 100%.

23/04/2025: Premettendo che si sono resi disponibili a gestire un commensale CELIACO pur non essendo attrezzati con doppia cucina e che hanno fatto un’incredibile attenzione alla contaminazione (super apprezzato), il pranzo ci ha lasciati particolarmente stupiti. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, una battuta di fassona, una tartare di asparagi con uovo poche, un primo senza glutine con burro e nocciole, un primo di gallotti con acciughe e burro, uno stracotto di fassone, un bunet e una panna cotta con marmellata alle arance. Il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di Peraverga. Molto buoni i primi, il resto abbastanza nella norma, con porzioni non eccessivamente abbondanti, un po’ stoppaccioso lo stracotto. Personale gentilissimo e cortese e attento a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Un po’ strano mangiare senza tovaglia.

22/03/2025: Cocconato è una bella località turistica e questo locale all'ingresso del borgo, oltre a proporre cucina tradizionale, presenta una lunga lista di schiciole, con diverse farciture. La schiciola è una specialità locale, consistente in una focaccia rotonda gustosa e leggera. Con una versione "mega" a testa abbiamo pranzato ottimamente. Tra le quattro diverse schiciole che abbiamo ordinato, mi è piaciuta soprattutto la "regina", con pomodoro, robiola e origano. Il servizio è stato cortese, il conto per niente salato.

13/05/2025: De vuelta a esta joya después de unos meses, y una vez más, la cena fue absolutamente excepcional. Cada plato estaba lleno de sabor, bellamente preparado y simplemente delicioso. El ambiente es tranquilo, moderno y acogedor, perfecto para una noche relajada. Como en visitas anteriores, el servicio fue excelente: amable, profesional, y atento sin ser intrusivo. Este es manos abajo nuestro restaurante favorito en la zona, y seguimos volviendo.  ¡Un verdadero sobresaliente!

13/05/2025: Our Favorite Spot – Consistently Outstanding Back at this gem after a few months — and once again, the dinner was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and simply delicious. The ambience is calm, modern, and welcoming — perfect for a relaxed evening out. As on previous visits, the service was excellent: friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. This is hands down our favorite restaurant in the area, and we keep coming back. A true standout!

18/05/2025: I have been to this place three times. We come here because their fritto misto is really good. The vitello tonnato is also tasty: well cooked and accompanied by an excellent sauce. And the ravioli are excellent, not to mention the sauce they are seasoned with!! The location is really characteristic: checked tablecloths, chairs that smell of home, scents of Piedmont. I recommend it!

10/04/2025: Caffè delle Masche offered me a great experience. The milk wand was always clean, the cappuccino had a velvety milk cream and no bubbles. The homemade cake was delicious and the croissant fragrant. Although the owner may seem a bit grumpy and table service is not provided, the environment is welcoming and refined, far from the idea of ​​the classic village bar. It seemed like a place where quality and atmosphere meet perfectly.

25/12/2024: Small welcoming bar, just like the very nice owner, who organizes events such as themed evenings or karaoke. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor area and offers average prices. Good aperitif. Special note for the owner's beautiful cat, the true master of the place, who adds a touch of friendliness to the atmosphere!

26/05/2025: Everything was very nice and very polite, excellent food products at the table, the only flaw, at least for me, was the lack of light... it was in the evening... a few more watts would have been the best.

11/05/2025: Tried it with the family. Local created from a former farmhouse in the Asti countryside, excellently renovated in rustic style. Typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine with some reinterpretations in the condiments. Excellent quality and freshness of all the dishes offered, abundant quantity, all courses with an encore: 4 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course, fruit, dessert and coffee. The 2 bottled wines included are also excellent. All for a truly honest price. Professional and very friendly staff. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

25/04/2025: A perfect day of celebration spent in this delightful farmhouse with a capital A. The appetizers are excellent, from cured meats to tomino with the hazelnut oil they produce which can be purchased on site. Enjoy the first course of agnolotti with ragù and the delicious cheek with the scent of home! They were very attentive to my child who was served first and with great pleasure he ate the lady's ragù. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!
