14/04/2026: A truly wonderful surprise: delicious, high-quality food, excellent wine, and a truly hospitable and friendly staff. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a beautiful location.

02/05/2026: I was in the area and, not knowing where to eat, I asked the first person I came across. He recommended this restaurant, and I have to say, I was very happy. Homemade cuisine, starting with the appetizer of beef carpaccio (Fassona), the first course of agnolotti with roast beef ragù, the second course of mixed fried meats, and finally the house dessert "Bonnet." Everything was perfect, including the welcome, the service, and the location, surrounded by nature and free from noise. The only flaw is that if you don't know where to find it, but Maps will guide you easily, and you can hope for word of mouth, as happened to me.

30/05/2026: Nice place and welcoming staff, but unfortunately the food wasn't to our liking at all. There were three of us, and none of us appreciated the dishes, all of which were seafood. Being from Genoa and accustomed to eating fresh, high-quality seafood, we weren't happy with it. We sent back several full plates, and when we expressed our disappointment, the response was simply, "That's strange." I'm sorry, but I personally wouldn't recommend it.

24/05/2026: A fantastic place...excellent ingredients...impeccable service and top-notch customer service. It's incredible how you can enjoy excellent seafood dishes in Monferrato. Everything is top-notch and the place is meticulously clean. The price? Perfectly in line with the quality of what you get. Recommended? No! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Wide selection of pizzas, delicious arancini and chips, not to mention the cleanliness—always clean—and the staff are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. When you come in, you don't just eat, you feel at home!! Mimmo's pizza is a part of Asti's history!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

11/05/2026: One of the best pizza I’ve tried. 10 of 10. The best in Asti. Super-friendly staff. Delicious. As low price as frozen from supermarket, but restaurant, top quality wood-fried right in front of you. Must try it, no hesitation. Just can stop browsing if you’re looking for Italian pizza and try it :) Dinging in is not their best, it’s only 1,5 tables, but it shouldn’t be a stopper. Highly recommended.

05/05/2026: Noemi and Daniele--->April 24, 2026 We got married at this venue a few days ago, and I can say it was undoubtedly the best choice we could have made. From the beginning, I saw professionalism, organization, and constant communication with Roberta and Maria Grazia. We had a spectacular day, and there were a truly large number of us, which is not a given. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

31/05/2026: Very, very BAD. I went with great enthusiasm. I love old trattorias, and I consider them superior to many contemporary restaurants. Unfortunately, this is NOT the case at the Roma restaurant in Grana. The menu is always the same, so I expected a good result; it's incredible to mess up such a limited menu. Appetizers: sautéed artichokes, cold from the fridge, straight from the jar, but the real BAD surprise was the bagna cauda full of anchovy bones. It didn't taste fresh, horrible, the worst I've ever had. The finanziera, although cooked adequately, was ruined by an overpowering vinegar flavor. The mixed fried fish was a nightmare: heavy, mushy, the wrong size, and above all, the liver was not fully cooked, pink inside, unacceptable. Even the carrots on the side were flavorless; the only pleasant thing was the sweet semolina. I won't talk about the service—I know what you'll find in a trattoria—but their complete disinterest in our enjoyment was perhaps a symptom of their awareness of what a miserable experience a diner can have. The prices are low, but for what we ate, it was far too little. Overall, I find such little attention to the cuisine and such little respect for tradition a real disrespect. I advise everyone against going there; there are some good trattorias in the area.

27/05/2026: We've been there a couple of times on a trip into the Monferrato hills and were happy and satisfied with the food and the kindness of the staff. I highly recommend it, especially if you want traditional Piedmontese food. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back 👍

07/12/2025: A truly positive experience. There were 11 of us and we chose the set menu, which included several very good dishes. We left feeling absolutely full, and the price was truly reasonable. The staff were incredibly friendly, highly recommended!
