04/01/2026: We always enjoy returning here to eat during our holidays. The place is truly charming and quaint, with a splendid view of the Monviso Alps. The staff is friendly. The place is a bit small, but that's precisely why it maintains a pleasant and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is good and authentic, with a homely flavor. The menu isn't extensive, but it's consistent with tradition. The prices have increased slightly over the years. It's a place we always enjoy returning to.

01/12/2025: A warm welcome. Because it was fully booked for lunch, we only had antipasto later in the afternoon. Delicious!!! A great place.

08/01/2026: I discovered this restaurant while searching online and found myself immersed in a charming and quiet place. The location is strategically placed to enjoy a beautiful view, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful and tastefully decorated: small and comfortable. The delicious food, friendly service, and excellent service made this lunch a wonderful memory. I'll be back.

14/11/2025: After an afternoon spent with friends at a local winery, when we asked for a restaurant, the owner recommended it and subsequently booked a table. The restaurant is located on the main street of the village of Calosso in a very scenic location. The restaurant, simple in its simplicity, is very well-maintained and very clean. The cuisine is typical Piedmontese. Dishes are well-cooked and beautifully plated. The authenticity and quality of the ingredients used are evident. The service is quick and attentive, with no long waits. The wait staff and the owner are very friendly. The only small flaw is that the dining room, without soundproofing, can be quite noisy at times. I highly recommend this restaurant. Having only dined there, I cannot comment on the rooms.

20/12/2025: Now, after the COVID period, I'm skeptical of every place. The reason is the revaluation of places I used to like, which, in my opinion, have deteriorated. I went to Mariuccia for the first time months ago, but out of superstition, I decided to wait until the second time. Today's lunch was excellent, and I can only say it was excellent. An ideal location for ceremonies, it doesn't compromise lunch/dinner with friends, couples, or a few close friends. The simple dishes offer excellent Piedmontese dishes at fair prices. The wine list is excellent. Now it's one of those few places I like. Few but good. Worth a try.

25/10/2025: Dinner for seven of us, and we tried several dishes to share. I found the grilled octopus, mixed antipasti, and seafood pizza tasted bland. They were beautifully presented, but I would have appreciated a little more flavor. The octopus leaked, and I didn't like the vegetables that accompanied it. What I enjoyed most was the mixed fried fish: dry, varied, and plentiful. The idea of ​​serving it by the meter was a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bill, yes, was a bit steep.

A truly enchanting spot surrounded by greenery, the owners were incredibly kind and made us feel at home. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a refined and welcoming atmosphere, with a modern yet understated design—perfect for a dinner with friends, an evening as a couple, or an elegant dinner without being overly pretentious. The menu offers well-crafted dishes, striking a fine balance between tradition and creativity. I started with beautifully presented and flavorful appetizers, which immediately inspired me to continue. The first courses were tasty and well-seasoned, with fresh ingredients and distinct flavors. The second courses, especially the meat and fish ones, were also carefully prepared and truly successful. I liked the wine list: it offers an interesting selection of Italian wines and a few international options, all well-suited to accompany the various courses. The staff was friendly and attentive, ready to explain the menu and recommend the right pairings without being intrusive. Overall, I found the quality/price ratio excellent for what I ate and for the overall experience. I left satisfied and with the feeling of having discovered a valid address to repeat.

The staff's welcome was impeccable, professional yet warm. The spacious and well-maintained spa is the ideal place to relax and be pampered: clean spaces, a tranquil atmosphere, and an excellent selection of treatments. Lunch, served on the terrace with a splendid view, was a truly enjoyable experience, with refined and beautifully presented dishes in an elegant and relaxing setting. A place we'll definitely return to, to unwind and indulge in a moment of well-being.
