01/11/2025: The atmosphere is pleasantly retro and spotlessly clean. The dishes are truly delicious, made with quality ingredients. I'd been there many years ago and met the old owners again; I was delighted to savor the traditional flavors again. A true Piedmontese osteria! Well done!

30/10/2025: The food is good, but unfortunately the name trattoria no longer makes sense. You eat à la carte and it's quite expensive. Two people, including two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, water, 1/4 cup wine, and two coffees, cost €73, which isn't cheap.

29/10/2025: Friendliness, cleanliness, and a warm welcome are the hallmarks of this excellent place for a coffee or lunch. Convenient parking is available in the town center.

10/11/2025: We loved it; we had a shrimp appetizer with guacamole, tender octopus tentacles, and crispy fish. The staff was friendly and polite.

26/08/2025: They say on Trip Advisor they have vegan options, but they don't have any. The usual vegetarian option, but they removed the cheese. I'd say we're a bit behind schedule for 2025. In fact, when they removed the cheese, the pizza wasn't good at all; it was dry and tasteless. The service was good, kind and friendly. If only they'd offer a vegan option; the pizza would be even better for those who are lactose intolerant or have allergies. It also says gluten-free options, but there were no options here either. It's a shame, because it's a nice place.

02/11/2025: Tired place, chaotic service, and disorganized waiters (slippers and a sleeveless down jacket that he didn't take off upon arrival from outside). Dishes piled high on the table without clearing, food quite greasy despite generous portions and reasonable prices. I'd rather spend €5 more per person on Corso Alfieri Torrerossa and everything changes. I don't think we'll be back.

09/10/2025: A stop on our walk turned into a delicious lunch. Friendly service (owner?), good wine, and excellent local seasonal dishes. Highly recommended.

11/08/2025: It would be an excellent restaurant serving typical Piedmontese cuisine... but it is closed for holidays until September 10th...

31/10/2025: We were there today, October 31, 2025. We had lunch outside at the tables facing the town square. The weather was perfect. The service was prompt and courteous. The hot and cold appetizers were special and delicate in flavor. The tagliolini with hazelnuts were superb! The braised meat was exceptionally tender and tasty. The hazelnut cake with zabaglione made by them (like the fettuccine and the bread), all with an excellent local Bonaeda. I'd say I made a good impression on my four guests! Highly recommended as a restaurant! Worth a try. Thanks for your attention. Marco Tesio

24/10/2025: I have to be honest, a group of friends and I booked a table at the Gelsomino restaurant and had lunch. The place looks nice, but honestly, neither I nor my fellow diners were thrilled with the food. The service was barely adequate, not to mention the confusing selection of dishes, from the tasting menu to the à la carte menu.

04/09/2025: The best sushi in Asti, it's on par with more well-known establishments. I recommend making a reservation, however, as seating is limited and the place is small.

02/09/2025: Better sushi's in the city, it's the one that cost less though.
