Varcato l'ingresso il bancone del bar con una mensola per tre posti, 6 i coperti nei tavoli alti; a destra la sala con 12 coperti, 16 in quella al piano superiore e anche qui una mensola per tre posti. In sala i titolari Alessandro Carucci e Ilaria Gambino; seguiti dai gentili André e Lorenza. Musica in sottofondo; il pranzo: Vino: - Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli Ramato "Casa Sant'Orsola" az. Fratelli Martini. Pinsa (condivisa): - liscia, olio prima goccia di Mazara del Vallo. TAGLIERI piccoli (condivisi): - salumi (prosciutto crudo Sant'Ilario, prosciutto cotto Capitelli, salame Nobile del Giarolo). - formaggi (Bettelmatt, Shropshire blue erborinato, Taleggio DOP, cugnà). PROPOSTE DI TERRA: - carne cruda battuta al coltello. - tris (vitello tonnato, insalata russa, Robiola di Roccaverano, miele). DESSERT (condiviso): - bomboniere di gelato al fior di latte ricoperte di cioccolato. Caffè a chiudere. Non c'è la carta per gli infiniti vini che a scaffale sono prezzati, ampia scelta al calice, buona quella dei cocktail. 26/01/2025: Yesterday I was at Mulino for a wedding lunch. The service was excellent as was the menu, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I highly recommend it. Compliments Marco and the staff.

12/10/2024: Out of spite for Google, I stopped reviewing places years ago. For the Al Dante restaurant, however, I felt compelled to make an exception. Impeccable service (courtesy and professionalism), a killer selection of SIX starters, which alone was worth an entire meal, and the satisfaction continued with excellent first courses and desserts, all typical of the area. I know it's a little outside the main population centers, but if you pass through these parts and are looking for a valid solution for lunch or dinner, the choice is obligatory.

05/01/2025: Locale semplice e accogliente, personale molto gentile. Ristorante scelto per ogni occasione da festeggiare, cucina ottima grazie allo chef Luca e ingredienti genuini. Carta dei vini molto assortita. Da provare i plin al ragù d’arrosto e la tarte tatin, per non parlare dell’orologio di formaggi servito con mostarda e miele. Conto più che onesto rispetto all’alta qualità proposta.

20/12/2024: Pranzo di gruppo organizzato con menu fisso e concordato per tempo, rispetto ad una visita del 2016 la delusione è stata grande per i seguenti motivi: - porzioni risicate senza alcuna proposta di bis (solo qualcosa per agnolotti) - antipasti abbastanza tristi nella presentazione e nei sapori - il secondo sembrava un piatto da mensa scolastica - servizio mediocre e poco empatico L'impressione condivisa del gruppo è stata quella di aver cercato di massimizzare il guadagno senza pensare a qualità e soddisfazione del cliente.

02/11/2024: What a beautiful discovery in the hills between Alba and Asti!!! A family-run place with local and homemade products. Freshly picked truffles are excellent and served to highlight simple dishes of Piedmontese cuisine.

25/02/2025: Seit Jahren besuche ich diese Pizzeria. Sie haben einen Innen- und einen Außenbereich. Beide Bereiche typisch italienisch. Die Inhaber (er in der Küche, sie im Service) sind sehr nett. Seit ca. 2 Jahren haben sie die Speisekarte erweitert. Er gibt jetzt auch ein paar andere Regionstypische Gerichte. Aber der absolute Favorit ist die Pizza. Seit Jahren unverändert super-gut. Das sagen auch alle mit den ich schon hier war. Sehr viele Italiener kommen aus dem Umland hierher, wegen dieser Spitzen-Pizza. Empfehlenswert ist es deshalb zu reservieren. Ich war auch schon mal im Januar dort und es war ziemlich voll.

10/04/2025: Visiting this restaurant was once again a disappointment in Piedmont for a long time. The only positive thing was the enormous speed in which the food was served. Starters and main courses arrived within 5 minutes - all together, mind you. So we sat in front of a loveless salad, a super thin Vitello Tonnato and the Primi Piattis at the same time. I've never experienced it before. Overcooked spiral pasta from the supermarket with ragu - but it was a tasteless tomato mess. When it comes to prices, you'll want to compete with the gourmet restaurants. Salads and starters all over 10 euros, primi piattis 12-15 euros. We decided not to eat any other food.

07/04/2025: Good morning, I don't want to give judgments or anything else considering that it is always objective that there are those who like it and those who don't like it, but I can certainly say that I have lunch in many characteristic locations and with a bill of 80 euros I have had better lunch

14/01/2025: Excellent pizzeria, young dynamic staff. Large spaces although on weekends it is advisable to book in advance. The pizza is digestible, especially their specialty: 4-grain pizza without yeast.... the only pizza that can be digested immediately. Compliments.

28/11/2024: I nostri amici di Asti ci hanno invitato in questo ristorante in occasione del Bagna Cauda Day. Locale elegante in un contesto di antico casale. Menù senza sorprese se non che era buonissimo. Tutto è stato perfetto dall'inizio alla fine. Lo staff era professionale ma anche allegro e scherzava volentieri con gli ospiti seduti ai tavoli. Nessun problema per il nostro setter al seguito. Bravi, 10+.

09/02/2025: Yesterday, passing through Asti, we decided to blindly rely on this pizzeria for a take-away pizza. The experience was overall positive. The pizza was normal: soft dough, not excessively salty and above all digestible, which is always a plus. The place is run by a team of very cheerful and helpful young people. The environment where you can stop to eat is very simple and basic, without any particular decorations or design. If you are in the area and want a simple pizza with no surprises, it could be a good choice!
