28/12/2025: I chose this hotel exclusively for the spa, paying €217 per night. Too bad the spa, in fact, wasn't usable. All the seats, chaise longues, and loungers were "occupied" only by abandoned towels, with no one present. After over an hour without even being able to sit down for a minute, I reported the matter to reception. The spa colleague's response was that "everything was occupied," casting doubt on my report. Curiously, only after my report was made was a towel removed and a seat vacated, effectively contradicting the employee's earlier statement. The spa was completely unsupervised: overcrowded for its size, noisy, messy, and clearly lacking in cleanliness (I never saw anyone come to clean the floor given the overcrowding). There was no access management, no supervision, no respect for the minimum rules. Calling it a "spa" is misleading: it's more accurate to call it an indoor pool left in disarray. The staff appeared helpless and disinterested: a first female operator constantly on the phone, followed by two young men completely passive in the face of the situation, chatting among themselves. The result: the spa was unused on the only available afternoon of the stay. To be fair, the management offered early access to the spa the following morning. This was an absurd and unusable offer, as it was only available at 11:00 a.m., therefore after checkout. I wasn't looking for a discount outright, but paying for a spa and not being able to use it even for a minute would have deserved at least some concrete compensation. Nothing. The rooms are average, with no added value; the windowless bathroom is a questionable choice for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast is varied but of poor quality: dry panettone and industrial pastries (cream bonbons that look and taste artificial). In short: high price, poor service, non-existent spa management. If you're looking for relaxation, order, and an experience worthy of your money, look elsewhere.

10/06/2026: We came for lunch. Obviously, we chose not to order the business menu, thinking that at least a wine menu would be provided. The dishes were explained verbally to us, and that's fine. As for the wine, you can order the menu. Anyway, the lady's service was pleasant. We had good appetizers. The Albese was excellent, and the peppers with bagna cauda were not recommended (there was no bagna cauda). Then they offered a first course, which we skipped. For the second course, we had chicken cutlets, which were okay, nothing special. It was fine for us, but after dessert, we saw other items served to other guests. Obviously, if you don't print the menu, at least present it on the blackboard. The staff were friendly. The managers, not so much... Anyway, it was fine anyway.

16/02/2026: We discovered the place about ten years ago, a very beautiful location in the Monferrato hills, excellent value for money and a typical Piedmontese menu at a high level, they have a wide selection of local wines, very kind and good-natured staff, since then we come here very often and it feels like home

04/02/2026: On a regional-themed evening, the kids did a great job. The water was supreme, and as God intended, they dominated. And the medals are hanging in the corridor leading to the room...

11/01/2026: Dinner was fine, but I wouldn't recommend staying overnight. The room wasn't clean and didn't look like the photos. Breakfast was very basic and unremarkable. You'd expect more from an accommodation with a good kitchen!

25/10/2025: Ca' Rapulin Restaurant: A beautiful location in a completely renovated old farmhouse. Modern and refined atmosphere. Enchanting view of the Asti hills. Excellent dishes, simple but very well prepared. Excellent service with young, friendly, and refined staff. Congratulations! Highly recommended.

13/07/2026: A beautiful venue in the ancient village located on the hillside near Incisa Scapaccino. The panoramic terrace is spectacular, the aperitif is excellent, with a wide selection of cocktails and a very extensive wine list featuring some rarities (it's hard to find a pure Nascetta or an Abissi Metodo Classico). The cuisine deserves praise, but there isn't a vast selection of dishes, and I think it's better to be able to choose from a well-curated daily menu than to wade through endless menus. The managers put in a lot of effort and passion and are very kind and helpful.

11/07/2026: I've been a customer several times, and without any particular expectations, I've always eaten good pizza in a relaxed atmosphere. Tonight, however, everyone was very lacking in professionalism and, above all, good manners. I ordered an appetizer and a farinata, which were served almost immediately, but for my wife and daughter, we had to wait for all the tables to be served, even those who arrived after us. In the end, despite the reminders, we got up and left, disappointed and bitter about such inexplicable, arrogant, and rude behavior. I will never return to Puffo, nor will I recommend it to my friends. The quality of the food can be improved, but the quality of the people is a difficult task. If you can't do the little things well, I suspect there will be much more superficiality and incompetence when it comes to more delicate matters like cleanliness, food preparation, and kitchen hygiene. While we're in doubt, we won't see each other again, but I trust this negative review will spur you to do better...at least serve the customers who arrived before those who arrived after.

12/07/2026: After a while, I returned. I remembered pleasant evenings and excellent food. In the meantime, something has changed; The whole-wheat dough Margherita pizza, which I remembered as crumbly and light, has become a "shapeless thing," with variable thickness and consequent cooking differences (I'll leave out the €2.50 supplement for the whole-wheat dough); the one with sausage and chips had to be found in some detail... To recap, two pizzas, one medium, a Coke, and a dessert, €43 (2 for €2.50 with cover charge...)... It's not a lot, and it's not a small amount. If the quality had remained as I remembered, considering what I received this time, perhaps a bit too much. I'm writing this because I'd like to be able to return and find the characteristics I expected. Take this as an incentive to rethink your dynamics. P.S. the room at the end of the corridor, now used as a warehouse with lots of boxes in disarray on display, would be appropriate to close it... It's not "a pretty sight".

10/07/2026: By Italian standards, these are far below par. The pizza with nduja was not spicy, and with the pizza with gorgonzola, you could barely taste the gorgonzola. You can also only sit inside.

20/08/2025: Delicious ice cream (especially the chocolate), the location was unique, and the place could have been a bit more attractively decorated. Nice terrace on the roof. Parking was a bit tricky, but all in all, a great place.

20/08/2025: Not to be missed! A small shop along the road. Delicious homemade ice creams and a Moscato d'Asti specialty! And a terrace to enjoy with a beautiful view... when the weather is nice!

10/07/2026: In Viseme, we stumbled upon this small and cute bakery/eatery ❤️🙏. For lunch, we had meatballs and spinach... so simple, but also sooooo delicious! We went back today for a piadina... also delicious, and coffee with cookies, and that was a real treat again 🎊🎉.. definitely pay them a visit sometime..🙏..

09/07/2026: Congratulations on your kindness during the service, despite the complicated circumstances of the crowds attending the performance in the square and, above all, the scorching heat of the day, which could have put anyone in difficulty. The lady (I assume she was the manager) was very kind and courteous, and made our wait worthwhile with a thousand apologies, which were, however, unnecessary. Oh, and I forgot, the pizza is really good!

04/07/2026: A terrible experience in every way. The quality of the food was, in my opinion, truly poor. The worst part was that the next morning I felt very ill, with severe stomach pain. I can't say for sure what caused it, but that was my experience, and for that reason, I won't be returning. The behavior of the older owner was also, in my opinion, unacceptable: I found him extremely rude, intrusive, and disrespectful toward customers, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. During the evening, I also observed what I thought was alcohol consumption by the staff in front of customers, an attitude that I perceived as unprofessional. Finally, the prices are definitely too high for a downtown pizzeria, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. The value for money, in my opinion, is completely unjustified. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. I do not recommend it.
