20/08/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, with an immediately comfortable feel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to customer needs. The pizza is truly excellent, with a soft crust and, most importantly, not burnt. The service was fast and organized.

14/09/2025: Having returned to this place on different evenings after two years, I've found it to have improved. The beautiful setting in an ancient village pays off, the place is run by young people, clean, quiet, with fast service, good-quality food, and a good wine list. Good value for money.

06/09/2025: A positive experience at Piola del Borgo. My wife and I dined there, trying their trio of antipasti, a charcuterie board, and a focaccia, all top-notch. The drinks we ordered—one non-alcoholic and one with prosecco and elderflower—were perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff very helpful. A great place to return to.

05/06/2025: Wat een fijn restaurant. Fijne, pure producten. Voor mijn vrouw de Vitello tonato en voor mij de verse pasta met ragout. Daarna voor beiden de perfect klaargemaakte tagliata van de grill. Erbij voor beiden een glas Barbera superieure. Na warme chocolade gebak met twee bolletjes fris ijs. Na koffie met een digestief. Bediening zakelijk maar vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom uitstekend adres wat even buiten de stad ligt. Wij zijn hier nog een maand en komen daarin zeker nog terug.

28/09/2025: Everything was almost perfect: excellent food, friendly service, fair prices... the only flaw was the cheese board, which costs more than a first course, but is essentially a small sampling of the cheeses and doesn't justify the higher price compared to the main courses. Increase the amount of cheese and you're perfect!

11/09/2025: We ate here on the last night of our 14-day trip to Liguria and Piedmont. A truly worthwhile ending! Perhaps the best vitello tonnato I've ever had. And my wife loved the insalata caveau. Then we had delicious ravioli with a regional cheese sauce. And a vegetable side dish: perfectly cooked carrots, simple yet incredibly flavorful. We finished off with a delicious sundae and coffee. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

27/08/2025: My husband and I, the place was beautiful, the service was incredibly slow... we ordered two appetizers. My goodness, I've had better for Piedmontese people. The tartare smelled bad, the veal with tuna sauce was stale, and the rabbit with three slices tasted like nothing. The invisible gnocchi were floating in cheese, and the grilled meat was tough. You ask for cold water, and it arrives hot, excellent, and the wine gave us heartburn. We didn't order dessert because more than half an hour passed between each course, and honestly, I lost my appetite. Never again!!!

23/08/2025: Black Sheep is the best! From the fryer to the burgers, it's a blast! Try the skin-on fries with cheddar and bacon. But the best was the Black Sheep burger with crispy onions...to die for! Everyone was super fast and helpful, especially Mr. BEPPE who welcomed us!

12/07/2025: I organized a class dinner this week, and what can I say? We had fun, ate well, and received excellent service. The owner even arranged for a DJ to get us dancing and having fun! I highly recommend it, especially for the excellent food. They offer sandwiches with quality meat, well-seasoned pizzas, and craft beers. They also have first and second courses and various appetizers. Given the beautiful evening, I also booked for my son's 18th birthday because Black Sheep also hosts parties!

14/09/2025: The pizza is very good, light, and well-seasoned. The consistency and cooking are perfect. The selection is more than varied. A huge bonus is the staff: a young team of very friendly and professional people! I wasn't familiar with this place, but I'll be back and recommend it.
