06/06/2025: We only had dinner at the restaurant, so I can't comment on the rooms. The location is splendid, well-kept and panoramic. The staff is kind and professional. The cuisine, however, disappointed us, we didn't find it up to the 2 stars. Many courses, beautiful to look at, well presented but some dishes, such as the risotto from the evergreen menu and the rabbit from the menu at the foot of the Alps, were downright inedible. However, nothing made us say "wow" or "it's worth it" or "we'll be back". Very sorry

14/06/2025: I was at the Valminier estate for a class dinner, but I had already been there for a wedding years before. We did the pizza tour. The place is ideal for large groups and for children since it has a nice park where there are also games for children to play. The pizza tour was very abundant and the pizzas were good and tasty, the sausage and broccoli one was excellent. The pizza tour includes unlimited water, a soft drink or beer, dessert and coffee for a cost of €20. Unlimited drinks for children. The service was fast and attentive despite the table being very large. Recommended!

17/03/2025: Capitati per caso con un'amica. Il locale è un po alla buona, ma le pizze… anche quella fritta sono ottime. Anche le altre portate che vedevamo passare, destavano una bella impressione. La ragazza che ci serviva, ha allietato ancor di più la nostra serata, con le sue battute e la sua simpatia. Ci torneremo sicuramente

11/04/2025: Excellent food, varied fixed menu, helpful and welcoming staff, characteristic atmosphere with restaurant-like furnishings and frescoed walls with images of Asti. We took: I had trofie with prawns and saffron, aubergines with scapece and courgettes, a sandwich with cereals and water at €12 with fruit salad off the menu at €3, my partner trofie with prawns, peperonata, seafood salad, wholemeal sandwich at €12 with the addition of 1/4 of the house white wine and pistachio pudding off the menu at €6

05/05/2025: A truly unexpected surprise. Externally anonymous place with no sign, beautiful building: it is a former school. Excellent cuisine, equally good service. Disabled access. 16/12/2024: Pranzo menu fisso 12 euro , preso solo il primo , spaghetti aglio e olio e peperoncino, quest’ultimo inesistente , pasta scotta giudizio pessimo faceva schifo , cameriere che mi ha portato gli spaghetti messo il piatto a tavolo in malo modo . Pagato 9 euro a fronte dei 12 se prendevo primo , secondo contorno caffè e acqua , quindi solo 3 euro in meno per non aver preso secondo e contorno . Sconsiglio e mai più andrò a mangiare in questo posto

11/05/2025: Excellent dishes, the chef Fiore is very nice and naturally good, a mixed fried fish like I've never eaten, really well cared for and cooked to perfection. People who work as well as these are difficult to find.
