01/06/2025: We did the stay plus the tasting. Visit to the cellar with wine tasting very nice, the offered cutting board and the wines very good. The stay was less high level. There is no soap for taking a shower, the toilet dripped making an annoying sound during the night and the lack of blackout curtains woke us up at 7 in the morning.

05/05/2025: Super recommended guided tour with wine tasting. We liked the 30 Euro one, with superior wines. In addition, a well prepared, tasty platter with local products.

05/10/2025: An unplanned lunch stop while just passing through Callianetto was a pleasant surprise at Ciabot, where, even without a reservation, I was lucky enough to find a table. Two appetizers and a main course were very good, simple in their simplicity, with friendly and fast service. I'll have to return because the menu was all inviting, but my stomach wasn't big enough! Special mention for the green tongue... Spectacular!

04/10/2025: The magic of dining! Unpretentious, sincere cuisine that takes you back to ancient flavors, the bold ones that gently caress you... A quiet place to gather with friends or family. The dishes are traditional with a touch of something extra, perfectly executed and beautifully balanced. Daniela is a cook, a host, a traveling companion who knows how to guide you with cheerfulness and discretion, and with the genuineness of an old friend. One of those places you want to return to again and again. Thank you so much, Daniela, see you next time!

22/08/2025: We went for dinner and were treated wonderfully throughout the evening. The menu varies depending on the cuisine, but the owners always try to accommodate your requests. We ate really well and had the Recco focaccia, the agnolotti, a delicious beef diaphragm, and delicious cream ice cream with sage. The best thing about the evening, besides the delicious food, was the pleasant company of the owner, who was always available and friendly. Overall, this is a highly recommended place for a simple evening, different from the usual, but still capable of leaving you with great satisfaction and smiles.

31/08/2025: I have known and frequented this place for years, this evening I was very disappointed, the only nice thing was the Italian girl at the cash register who apologized to me and I explained what had happened, I am allergic to mushrooms, and I already said it when I ordered because I asked if they were present in the vegetable ravioli, I order the rest, including the eight grilled jewels, and no one tells me anything, neither the owner nor the other waitress because we had asked for information from both of them, they bring them to me, I eat two pieces and find a mushroom, (they don't put them in all restaurants and since the waitress hadn't told me I thought they weren't there) I have it sent back and I wanted to change the dish imagining that they would just pretend to remake it, but after two minutes she tells me that they had already remade them and that it was not possible to change, I eat almost half the dish and another piece of mushroom appears, probably they tried to remove them but 1 the dish for me was now contaminated 2 it is not correct because if I tell you that I'm allergic, don't bring it to the kitchen, remove the 2/3 pieces that are there and bring it back to the table, a severe allergic person dies, anyway in the end I got up and went to pay because I had to immediately take the antihistamine that I had at home, the girl at the cashier was very sweet and apologized for what happened and didn't charge for the dish. I explained to her what had happened and she was incredulous too... you have to be careful because I'm not a severe allergic person (I don't go into shock) but a severe allergic person risks their life. You have to write down the ingredients of the dishes since the waiters don't speak Italian well and don't understand what you ask for.

23/07/2025: We've been coming here for 10 years now and it's always a guarantee. Highly recommended for quality and prices. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, someone had already cleaned our table without asking. TOP. Do as we did, grab a tray and try everything! PS: I'm Neapolitan, I know a good, fragrant dough, and this is it.

08/07/2025: We arrived at the pizzeria, which has outdoor seating because it's a takeout option. There wasn't a free table, and the owner set one up in seconds. We ordered their specialty, a turnip and sausage sandwich. It was good. I was curious to try the rest... we waited a bit, but it was worth it. Everything was great!

Appena entrati, siamo accolti con calore e professionalità dal personale, che ci fa sentire subito a nostro agio. L'ambiente è accogliente, elegante ma senza eccessi, con una piacevole atmosfera che invoglia al relax. Il menù offre una selezione variegata, che spazia dai piatti della tradizione locale a proposte più creative. Ogni portata che abbiamo assaggiato è preparata con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, e i sapori sono davvero equilibrati. Anche il servizio è sempre impeccabile: il personale è disponibile, sorridente e pronto a consigliare i piatti con entusiasmo, senza mai essere invadenti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente ottimo, considerando l’alta qualità dei piatti e l’attenzione ai dettagli. In conclusione, è sempre un'esperienza che ci ha completamente soddisfatti e che sicuramente ripeteremo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un ristorante dove mangiare bene in un ambiente tranquillo e raffinato.

05/01/2025: Locale semplice e accogliente, personale molto gentile. Ristorante scelto per ogni occasione da festeggiare, cucina ottima grazie allo chef Luca e ingredienti genuini. Carta dei vini molto assortita. Da provare i plin al ragù d’arrosto e la tarte tatin, per non parlare dell’orologio di formaggi servito con mostarda e miele. Conto più che onesto rispetto all’alta qualità proposta.

El primo de mi esposa vive en Asti y lo recomendó, así que todos fuimos a cenar aquí. La comida, el servicio y el ambiente eran muy memorables.

14/09/2025: A very good wine shop that focuses on wine from the immediate Monferrato region. The price is vary from the every day to the slightly better than every day and upwards towards the special. Expect red, white, sparkling and a very knowledgeable team who will talk you through the producers, the growers and the grapes. You can also come here for late antipasti while drinking a bottle or a few glasses. I really think this place is underrated. Lots of atmosphere inside of a traditional brick building with plenty of parking on the outside area although driving feels like a compromise.

13/08/2025: When we're in the area, a stop at Mr. Paolo's is a must. A family atmosphere, quick service, and good-quality ingredients and pizza.

30/08/2025: Discovered through reviews while traveling, we stopped here for dinner and discovered a place where courtesy and customer service are the order of the day. The food is good quality. It's a shame that in the evenings, on weekends, it gets too crowded, the tables are too close together and too large (for groups of 7-8).
