Service was a zero.
The cappuccino was decent, and the croissant was frozen, but still edible and reasonably good.
15/08/2025: Absolutely delicious. Definitely 5 stars and the service was incredibly friendly!

14/03/2026: The staff is not very empathetic, it seems like they are doing you a favor... the girl who served me looked at me disgusted because I had a dog... if it's a problem, don't let the animals in... the gentleman at the cash register, I think he is the owner, is also rude, neither Good morning nor goodbye... but if you don't like being in front of the public, change jobs because just looking at you doesn't start the day in the best way... not everyone can do this job and you are the example of that.
01/03/2026: One of the most well-known and popular bars in Asti! Despite the constant comings and goings, it's still a beautiful place! I recommend their amazing croissants 🤤

Family lunch, some of us chose the tasting menu, others preferred the à la carte menu.
Overall satisfaction for both parties.
Traditional + innovative food.
Dishes cooked with love (you can taste it).
Precise and punctual service.
Adequate portions.
Excellent wine list.
Only one criticism (absolutely constructive) is: the BREADSTICKS!!!!!
In a place like this, in Piedmont, I expect good, artisanal breadsticks. Finding those packaged breadsticks broke my heart.
Otherwise, well done to the cook, and I'll be back!

23/10/2025: I was in Canelli for work, and someone recommended "lunch break." What can I say? The staff was incredibly kind and always smiling, and the food was excellent. I tried the shank and sausage, both amazing first courses. The octopus with potatoes was worthy of an Oscar. Very popular place.

The dining room is empty, but we still have to wait outside in the blazing sun.
People seem to be trickling in.
It makes no sense.
Oh well.

22/11/2025: As we were passing by on our way to the Asti Christmas market, it caught our eye, and on the way back we made a point of stopping because we saw some platters of cured meats and cheese that looked delicious.
The service was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine, water, and a mixed platter for six people, and it was very good—not excessive, but perfectly adequate.
We really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
20/10/2025: Wow! This hidden gem in Asti offers an incredible service. Our family of seven was warmly welcomed by the smiling waiter, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The aperitivo con tagliere was an absolute must!

The trio of tartares and the superb ravioli del plin were very good. A negative note for the buttered tajarin with anchovies and pepper cream: it lacked character, and the tajarin were difficult to untangle and eat. It's not a dish I'd eat again.

05/01/2026: Excellent pizza, friendly owners with a long tradition of making pizza. Their mastery in creating, topping, and baking pizzas using an electric oven makes you forget about a wood-fired oven. Plus, it's very close (a 2-minute walk) to the RV park!

29/11/2025: On the evening dedicated to bagna cauda, an excellent dinner was served, featuring top-quality ingredients and service. The dining room features very refined furnishings. In addition to the bagna cauda, special mention goes to the ravioli del plin in broth and the zabaglione.
