22/11/2024: The first ones were sublime, all of them. For the second courses, I didn't take it, but the meat for one was a bit tough, a gigiale. Desserts again excellent. The wonderful environment, very well looked after.

17/11/2024: Locale accattivante dall’esterno tratta portate sia di pesce che di carne con una discreta qualità per quello che abbiamo provato. Avendo cenato nella cantina ristrutturata e’ opinione di tutti noi che a fine cena, in ogni caso, l’umidità si faceva sentire, non ci cenerei più.

27/11/2024: Very good pizza, very fast and kind service. Coffee with fashion is a spectacle. The place has cute and friendly vintage furniture. The only flaw is the entrance glass window: old and not looked after.

18/12/2023: Buona cucina, porzioni abbondanti. Peccato che i coperti siano pochi e spesso si mangia gomito a gomito. D’estate c’è possibilità di mangiare all’aperto coperto. Sono stato negativamente sorpreso dai prezzi che sono aumentati. Servizio non male, proprietario esperto e disponibile. Ristorante situato nel centro Ovada Parcheggio disponibile.

29/08/2024: Always a pleasant escape, but, this visit unfortunately included: -work in progress under our bedroom and throughout the stay. - apocalyptic heat during dinner with the windows kept closed. - crowded spa like few others with a counseling group babbling loudly. For the rest, fantastic staff, always, always, always courteous and helpful. Very good, quality food, well presented. Comfortable rooms, comfortable pool, always beautiful spa. Magnificent view.

29/08/2024: I am absolutely baffled by my experience with this agriturismo. Not only did I discover, on the phone, that both the restaurant and the spa were closed on the days I had booked, but the response from the staff was incredibly rude. When I politely asked if there was the possibility of canceling the reservation for free, I was told that it was "my problem" and that I should "look closer". This type of attitude towards a customer who booked 3 MINUTES BEFORE is unacceptable. This is a clear demonstration of a lack of professionalism, and above all of respect, towards those looking for a structure to peacefully spend moments of well-being and tranquility. I wasn't even given the chance to have a voucher that I could use on another occasion. I booked with expectations that were completely unfulfilled, and paying for a service that cannot be provided is completely inappropriate, disconcerting and almost fraudulent. If you are looking for a hotel that treats its customers with courtesy and transparency, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. For me, this was an absolutely forgettable experience. I paid for an overnight stay that I didn't even use. Disconcerting and embarrassing I reply to your answer: I asked for cancellation exactly 3 minutes after making the reservation. I immediately called your facility to ask for information regarding the various "Spa and Restaurant" packages. At that moment I was informed that both the spa and the restaurant were closed. I was offered the possibility of having dinner in the “Le Botti” bistro with a limited menu. I declined the offer and immediately asked for cancellation without penalties via Booking, which was promptly declined by YOU (not by Booking) This behavior is the extreme opposite of professionalism. Never again.

01/08/2024: We tried the traditional pizza and the gluten-free pizza and both were spectacular. Very good and very professional family restaurant, very quiet for allergy sufferers. If we can we will come back. Thanks a lot!

21/05/2024: Ogni tanto ritorno in questo bel bar, personale gentile e professionale. Qui potete trovare dal buon caffè ai panini/piatti pronti o un buon aperitivo ricco di stuzzichini. Lo consiglio davvero, sopratutto in estate con il dehor esterno
