15/06/2025: Dopo che il Puny la lasciato dobbiamo fare i conti con i figli. Il pranzo e stato assai buono con l'antipasto di salumi vari di qualità, il primo di riso gratinato al forno con crostacei e il gelato ai frutti di bosco. Buon timorasso 2023 a tutto pasto. In accompagnamento al gelato Piccolit collio. Caffè buono e cognac altrettanto (Gabriel et Andreu 1973). Un appunto alla pasticceria secca offerta: moscia e secondo me rafferma. Un elogio allo chef Mattia Murchio, uomo non diplomatico, e fin troppo. Ma generoso, simpatico e leale. Mi ha offerto un distillato alle rose mentre io gli esponevo le mie critiche. In definitiva, locale ok, ma attenzione alle critiche. Non sono accettate. Ancora un encomio allo chef Mattia che ha saputo magistralmente accogliere l'eredità del padre, Stefano, con il quale io ho interloquito per più e più anni. Una raccomandazione per le sorelle di Mattia: il cliente ha sempre ragione (inteso nell'ottica giusta).

25/05/2025: Beautiful restaurant, excellent food (monferrato appetizer and asparagus and cuttlefish risotto). Delightful staff who served us very well. Slightly high prices, but for the service and the products used it is certainly worth it. If you pass by Ovada you must try it.

17/06/2025: We had lunch at the trattoria (they have a restaurant and trattoria next to each other). The fixed menu for 15 euros is very generous and also includes water and wine. We took a menu, a mixed boiled meat (generous and quality) an extra drink and a dessert paying 43 euros in total. Highly recommended both for the food and the environment (friendly staff and fast service).

24/06/2025: We stopped in Ovada for a bike break🚴🏻‍♀️informal restaurant as we like it, run by a Genoese couple... excellent fish-based dinner with a final dessert... the lady was nice and available for good suggestions. Recommended

16/06/2025: Excellent, quiet, with a wide range of quick meals, quality pastries, and very friendly staff. In the small town hall square, few parking spaces. Nice outdoor area.

10/05/2025: We returned for an outdoor aperitif!! wow 🤗 always the 🔝 and recommended for breakfast and break meals! Very friendly staff, definitely recommended!

15/05/2025: On our way to the seaside with our camper we stopped in Ovada to spend the night (there is a free parking area with loading and unloading) and we had dinner in this restaurant. The pizza was wonderfully tasty, very good! Good choice of beers. We arrived at 9:30 pm and were served quickly. We will definitely stop here on our next weekend at the seaside!

23/06/2025: A beautiful farm turismo in the quiet Camino. The surroundings are beautiful, but not suitable for people who like a bit of liveliness. Go there especially for peace. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine but do not expect over the top luxury. Our room was very small, like a small attic room, but very cozy and clean. The bed slept well. The swimming pool was lovely and there is always the possibility to eat or drink something at the bar, so that you do not have to go looking in the afternoon (which is sometimes the case in these quiet surroundings).

23/06/2025: Very nice farmhouse suitable for everyone, even those with children. The rooms are rustic and very welcoming. The spa is fantastic. The food is excellent and I won't say anything about the wines. The friendly staff is very helpful. A flaw for some is perhaps that there is not much coverage for cell phones, often you remain isolated. However, the atmosphere is one of pure relaxation.

29/05/2025: A really nice and intimate little place. Excellent food, wines and service. I also really like its location, in a street that is not at all pompous and just this quiet and with a slightly decadent charm that contrasts with a modern but cozy place.

25/05/2025: Great service, the place is small but comfortable, we went on a Sunday for lunch with our 1 and a half year old daughter, they have a high chair. The lunch was tasty and the prices were very honest. Promoted 🤗

12/05/2025: Cozy place in the heart of Ovada, in a really pleasant square, perfect for outdoor lunches or dinners. The menu is varied: pizzas, burgers, wraps, salads... I tried the pizza and it was really good, with fresh and tasty ingredients! A nice and well-kept place, which I gladly recommend to anyone passing through Ovada!

23/06/2025: It has recently changed management, we used to go there before and it was very good but the current assortment of the display case is unbeatable, plus the owner is very kind and professional. At the moment chosen only for breakfast but I won't resist much longer to try the aperitif. Congratulations... more than deserved!!!
