Excellent restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. The owners and waiters are always kind and helpful, and the background music is soft and pleasant. The food is excellent, with original, well-balanced flavors and ingredients. Definitely worth a try, and above all, a place you'll happily return to for a treat!

Second time at Fassushi in Ovada, and as a meat lover, I can say it's an excellent restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The service is excellent, and the staff are knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.

For those who love raw meat, this is a fantastic experience. I recommend trying several courses, as there are some unique and truly delicious pairings. The waitresses are very kind and helpful. Compliments for the cuisine. The restaurant is located in the beautiful cellars of a building; the decor isn't the best. I recommend it.

Lunch for two; we chose the full menu for €120. The food was excellent, and the value was good. The service was attentive and thoughtful. I expected a little more from the location, but the important thing is to eat well! Highly recommended!

Overall, the food quality is good, although I didn't particularly like the rolls because the only flavor I could taste in either was rice vinegar. The service was horrendous, especially between the appetizers and the first 45 minutes of waiting. The icing on the cake was a €2 cover charge per person, which was reasonable, but I didn't read about it on the menu, and a dessert that was charged €1 more than what was stated on the menu.
