14/01/2025: Capitati per caso, abbiamo poi scoperto che il titolare e' originario di un paese vicino al nostro, e di avere amicizie comuni nell' ambito della ristorazione. L' ambiente e' bellissimo, ricavato da una chiesa sconsacrata, arredato con gusto e classe, il personale ci ha accolto con gentilezza, siamo stati ben consigliati sui piatti ( avevamo voglia di tartufo, e qui e' il posto giusto ), e anche sul vino, Daniele ci ha raccontato il territorio e i vari produttori meritevoli, carta dei vini notevole, per me e' molto importante.... Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

22/12/2024: The environment is comfortable, warm and intimate: perfect for spending a Sunday with the family immersed in tranquility. The owner is really very kind, as are the waiters, always available, qualified and smiling. The menu offers typical Piedmontese cuisine; the food is excellent: the quality reflects the price. I recommend the pumpkin gnocchi with Bra sausage and porcini mushrooms.

26/02/2025: We went to this place for the first time today for lunch....we were in Acqui for a health exam and didn't know where to go for lunch because we are from SV, we relied and trusted Google....well what can I say...very nice and welcoming place...owners excellent people...good food and wine 🍷 good....from the starter to the dessert everything was good...I highly recommend it...😊😊

21/02/2025: Real restaurant, which has an excellent quality/price ratio, the owners are kind and always available. Farinata and bagna cauda are my favorite dishes, but I repeat you still eat well in an environment that makes you feel at home.

19/02/2025: Piccolo ristorante situato in un dedalo di viuzze del centro di Acqui; ottimo servizio,veloci e precisi.Abbiamo preso Assaggio monferrino come antipasto (dividendolo in due) composto da vitello tonnato,flan e battuta,tutto ottimo;tagliolini al ragù della Nonna e ravioli di carne al Dolcetto d’Acqui,vecchia ricetta Piemontese,praticamente una volta cotti vengono sommersi dal vino,fuori pentola…pasta lavorata a mano…ottima! Dolce :Tatin di mele con gelato e caffè. Ci hanno offerto due chiacchiere con il caffè e prima del pranzo un piattino con caprino & composta di mele con focaccia. Il tutto ben impiattato e con cambio di posate.Prezzo:56€ spesi benissimo! Da tornarci!

09/02/2025: Ristorante graziosissimo e caratteristico, rustico ma raffinato. Il personale è gentile ed efficiente, il servizio impeccabile e veloce. Il menù vario, anche per vegetariani, buonissimo tutto. La qualità dei prodotti offerti è alta, veramente un ottimo ristorante. Bravissimi tutti, cucina e servizio. Da tornarci assolutamente.

26/11/2024: Dopo una domenica pomeriggio passata al freddo causa sciopero dei mezzi pubblici, di ritorno in Liguria da Alessandria, siamo capitati alla Pizzeria Osteria Due Elfi. Nonostante l'orario (ore 22) siamo stati accolti cordialmente (alla faccia di un altro locale che aveva già chiuso il forno alle 21.45!) e ci sono state servite ottime pizze e ottimi dolci, il tutto a un prezzo ragionevole. Locale carino e ottimo per una serata informale e cordiale.

22/12/2024: This summer, my wife and I had lunch in this excellent place. Last week we returned to the Langa, remembering "Moncalvo". The location is still beautiful, but... the food has changed... disappointed by the lack of chef Luca, the excellence and promise of Italian cuisine. We won't be going back again!
