It was our first time here and the experience was truly enjoyable: delicious, carefully prepared dishes, attentive service, and the warmth of the owners who make you feel truly welcome and pampered. 07/07/2025: I put 5 stars only because you can't put more, I ate one of the best cuts of my life, I felt at home, the waitress was really good and nice, the chef a real magician and friendly even at the cashier exchanging a few words about the reason for my visit to Acqui Terme with therefore also advice on what to do during the day. Truly special
28/06/2025: Excellent dishes and perfect portions (I would even say abundant). Menu with various Piedmontese specialties. Staff really very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very close to the center and close to a parking lot.

20/09/2025: Just steps from the Bollente fountain, with tables right on the piazza in the summer. A good selection of Piedmontese dishes and more. A good choice for avoiding touristy spots.
12/09/2025: Excellent experience. We were passing through Acqui Terme on our way back from vacation and ended our meal on a high note at this restaurant in the town's main square. Everything was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

10/09/2025: It was a spontaneous but perfect choice! Spectacular location, sublime food, and... well, service. I haven't been served this attentively in a long time. The ingredients are exceptional, the wine list is well-stocked. If I had to find a flaw... Even thinking about it, I can't. The owner is a delightful person, who entrusted one of the most important tasks, table service, to a wonderful English lady. I was completely satisfied. I recommend it.
03/09/2025: What a fantastic restaurant! High-quality and incredibly delicious food. The service was also incredibly friendly. The restaurant's atmosphere is also wonderful. You dine under the arches on the first floor. We had a fantastic evening. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

05/08/2025: I visited this trattoria today, looking for a place to enjoy Piedmontese dishes. I was delighted. The rich flavors were evident, each dish boasting its own unique flavors. The Fassone tartare topped with mushrooms was excellent, the goat's cheese toma was bursting with flavor, the plin pasta with roast gravy was explosive and not at all industrial, the mushroom risotto was an explosion of porcini mushroom aromas and flavors, and to finish, I'd never tasted such a creamy lemon sorbet. I highly recommend trying it.
