22/06/2025: We were at Ristorante Vignal on Saturday evening with four of us, and what can I say... a truly impeccable experience from every point of view. From our arrival we were welcomed in a warm, elegant but at the same time familiar atmosphere. The staff was extraordinary: kindness, availability and professionalism at the highest levels, always present but never intrusive. We ordered an appetizer and a second course each, and every dish was a joy for the palate: very fresh ingredients, careful presentation and simply perfect cooking of the meat. A special praise also for the selection of wines: we relied on their advice and they suggested a wine that turned out to be exceptional, paired perfectly with our dishes. It is rare to find a place where everything, really everything, works so well: food, service, atmosphere. A restaurant that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. We will definitely be back and we recommend it wholeheartedly. Congratulations to all the staff at Vignal! 👏🍷🍽️

02/11/2025: We got the tip from a guidebook, but we were very impressed. The restaurant is almost directly on the lake, with a fantastic view and a wonderful atmosphere when the sun is shining. The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and attentive, providing unobtrusive service.

23/10/2025: Closed. The information on Google Maps and their website isn't updated. Closed all day. There's no information even on the doors. Their attitude toward people is disrespectful.

18/10/2025: The fish was delicious, fresh, and very well cooked. I had to return my packages because they were still very undercooked, but they recooked them for me at the proper cooking time. Everything else was impeccable. The staff was very kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was elegant and clean.

19/10/2025: We stayed one night for the Bardolino 10km race. From the welcome, to the services, to the buffet, but above all, the kindness and willingness of the staff to fulfill our every request, everything was truly excellent. Very satisfied, we will definitely be back!!

A spacious breakfast room. Decorated in a rather romantic, typically Italian style, yet modern and with a feel-good factor.

27/09/2025: As an expert reviewer and member of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), we returned to this Roman restaurant at the suggestion of a friend. We probably found the kitchen and staff having a bad day... the restaurant was packed! But let's start with the drinks: the wine list is good, but there's only one red and two white wines by the glass... honestly, a limited selection. I understand that they want to push customers to buy a bottle, but in today's context, to save their driving license, it would be better to expand the selection! Wine was poured at the bar and not at the table without presenting the bottle. A friend asked for a beer and there was no choice, only draft lager and no bottles. The food: Jewish-style artichokes that had little of the original recipe, I would call them assassin-style artichokes... they were dry and overcooked, probably fried in the fryer, and tasted of fish (a friend with a fish allergy asked if the French fries were cooked and not contaminated by fish, the answer was no, so I assume the same oil was used for everything). However, apart from the heart of the artichoke, the rest should be discarded because it was dry. We ordered the first courses, two people ordered the carbonara and the feedback was positive, while I and two other friends ordered the cacio e pepe... definitely a terrible dish, which all three found to be reheated and without the necessary cream, the cheese had clumps and the pasta was overcooked... I left about 70% on the plate, a friend ate it all and his wife left 50%, I called the owner to tell her about the failed dish, she replied that I should have told her about the problem immediately, but she would have remade the dishes for me, I replied that it wasn't the case... but another cacio e pepe was forcibly prepared... perhaps they were afraid that I didn't want to pay for it, another friend who lived in Rome wanted to eat it, but after one bite he left it all there!! Asserting that in his opinion, but also in my opinion, the pasta undergoes pre-cooking... at this point we no longer order anything and ask for the bill, where we find an error in the table settings: we booked for 8 and were charged 9, a venial sin that was remedied immediately, but the bill didn't go smoothly either!! If I were the owner, I wouldn't have charged for the dish and would have tried to keep the customers... I understand that in Peschiera del Garda the turnover of tourists is considerable, therefore, especially in the summer months, there is no shortage of customers!! However, catering done with passion, with the aim of satisfying the customer, is not this!!

20/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in the town center, just steps from the boulevard. Spacious, bright, and clean, it offers excellent dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Beyond the restaurant, there's an upstairs floor with a stunning view that offers a spectacular dinner. The service is excellent, with friendly and courteous young people and experienced waiters. The prices are reasonable for the magical location and the products served. Compliments and recommended.
