06/08/2025: I ate there several times during a business trip, both for lunch and dinner. Very fair prices. A restaurant like in the old days with excellent home cooking. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent experience.

06/08/2025: A delicious meal at a good price. The service was exceptionally friendly and English-speaking. We felt very comfortable and returned home full and happy. The air conditioning was available, but the main room was extremely cold. The conservatory was pleasant, although quite noisy due to the fans. Therefore, one star deducted for the ambience.

22/07/2025: Vincantiamo was a truly surprising discovery. The pizza is simply amazing, made with the highest-quality ingredients and a care that is evident from the first bite. The meat is also top-notch, cooked to perfection and presented in excellent cuts: a true house specialty. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every moment enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff: kind, helpful, and very professional. The service is attentive but never intrusive.

26/08/2025: A beautiful little hotel with an owner who loves her job. She speaks Italian, English, and German. The rooms are super clean, and if you're lucky, you'll even have a lake view. The pool and whirlpool are also very nice.

17/08/2025: Spent 5 days here on holiday. It was a lovely hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We ate there a few times in the evening, and it was also very good. The hostess is very friendly and speaks good English and German. It's nice and quiet in and around the hotel. The hotel is located on a small village square where there's also a pizzeria where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. Definitely worth a visit.

27/08/2025: Without a doubt. I thought it would be much better, given the name (since 1960...). We booked here because we couldn't find anything else open... They told us they'd put us outside in the garden, and we agreed, thinking that given the temperature outside, we'd definitely be fine. We got there right on time and immediately noticed the first flop: the garden is actually an outdoor area with synthetic grass. It's incredibly hot, and there's only one fan at the beginning, in the center. We're fine... We sit down anyway and look at the menu. We're immediately intrigued by a selection of five appetizers for €35 each. I ask what the five dishes consist of: there were gratinated mantis shrimp, octopus meatballs, stewed cuttlefish, smoked salmon. Oh well, let's hope they're worth the price, we say... There was a celiac in the group, so we ask if they can accommodate her as well. They assure us there were no problems, so we wait. The five appetizers arrive and we notice that everyone's au gratin dishes and meatballs have been replaced with grilled mantis shrimp (without the au gratin), and the octopus meatballs have magically disappeared, replaced by tasteless pieces of herring for everyone, despite the fact that there was only one person with celiac disease. Oh, we're off to a good start, we say to ourselves... Too bad the unbreaded mantis shrimp lose their deliciousness, the stewed cuttlefish... Well, no art or skill, not to mention the tasteless pieces of herring... The salmon, on the other hand, was good, no complaints there... The mussels and clams were also good, but for €35 in total, the five dishes were largely insufficient! We then order the first courses: seafood risotto and tagliolini with lobster, very expensive for everything. The risotto was overcooked, the fish was plentiful, but for a restaurant like this, we certainly expected better. The tagliolini with lobster were decent, but all the seafood was lobster itself, served sliced, but without the shellfish utensils to scoop out the meat. We're not satisfied! Enough! We'll stop here, without ordering a main course or dessert, eager to leave as quickly as possible, given the heat (which the synthetic grass didn't help at all). Bottom line: the price was very high (€273 for four appetizers, five first courses, water, and a coffee...) Never again!

17/08/2025: It says here you're open, but you're on vacation. Please update this!!! The place was yours, but if that's the case, I apologize for the error. I didn't actually get to the door, but the red cordon in front of the door and the lack of lighting obviously misled me. I'm adjusting the star rating to four, if only for your prompt response; I'm sure the fifth will arrive as soon as we have a chance to visit you.

11/08/2025: I got a takeaway pizza and it was very good and for what it's worth as a brief experience I saw the place and it is very well kept, definitely worth spending an evening there, very kind and professional staff, especially the girl at the cash register deserves a mention!

10/06/2025: A great restaurant! You're greeted warmly at the entrance and shown straight to your seat. You can't see the inside of the restaurant directly, but don't let that put you off; once you enter the courtyard, you'll immediately feel at home! A wonderful outdoor area with a small fountain invites you to linger. You're immediately given a basket of fresh bread and homemade olive oil. It's definitely one of the best oils I've ever tasted. We bought two bottles on the spot. The pizza and tiramisu were delicious, as was the white wine. Highly recommended - we'll be back!

07/08/2025: Het eten was goede kwaliteit, ook in de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De bediening is vriendelijk, het bedrijfsmodel lijkt erg op omloopsnelheid per tafel gericht. Dat is jammer, want het terras met uitzicht op het meer is fantastisch en doet af aan de sfeer. De beoordeling zou op ruim voldoende moeten staan.

30/07/2025: I had reserved a table for my husband and me on the evening of July 28, 2025. The restaurant was full, but the reservation wasn't particularly important; we were assigned a table without even mentioning our names. The food was served quickly, and the drinks and bread arrived very quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the food either. The food was good, no doubt about it. However, the atmosphere was too rushed for us; there was a constant coming and going, and the tables were very close together. Since the restaurant is located directly on the busy promenade of the old harbor, it simply seemed very hectic. The service was professional and friendly, and at the end, we were given a self-service bottle of limoncello. We prefer a quieter and more comfortable seating, especially for longer, preferably somewhere off to the side where people aren't constantly walking past. For this reason, despite the good food, I would choose a different restaurant for us next time. But that's simply due to our subjective experience.

14/08/2025: The menu is simple and varied, perfect for those looking for fresh, simply prepared fish and seafood. The service was excellent; we came with two young children, and the welcome was truly friendly and attentive to our requests. We will definitely return!
