14/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere with a beautiful open view of the lake. I'd say the value for money is okay given the location. For two people, including an appetizer and a main course, we spent about €40 per person.

22/07/2025: Vincantiamo was a truly surprising discovery. The pizza is simply amazing, made with the highest-quality ingredients and a care that is evident from the first bite. The meat is also top-notch, cooked to perfection and presented in excellent cuts: a true house specialty. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every moment enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff: kind, helpful, and very professional. The service is attentive but never intrusive.

04/10/2025: Another good carbonara at a reasonable price right on the lake shore. A pinch of pepper and salt was all it needed. The pizza was also good, with good, fresh ingredients. I recommend it.

30/09/2025: Couldn’t fault our experience in any way. It was the only restaurant in the area that charged us a ‘cover’ fee but it was only €2 a person so nothing horrendous. They had one of the best selections of Pizzas in the area that we had seen. Excellent food and excellent service - thank you.

We found a warm welcome, good, authentic, and carefully prepared food, and the option of a fixed-price lunch on Saturdays, so we could enjoy a first course, second course, and side dish. The homemade desserts aren't included in the set menu, but they're definitely worth trying!

23/08/2025: We've been in Brenzone for a week and have eaten at various restaurants. We usually eat out quite often, but today I had my epiphany at "Ristorante Al Vapor"! We had an aperitif, followed by spaghetti imperial – spaghetti with truffles, followed by a pear marinated in red wine and a grappa. You know when you're almost done, and you eat it all out of politeness? Even if it was really good? Today was way better! I've never eaten such an aromatic truffle, never had such a complete experience! I'm simply thrilled, and instead of feeling stuffed, I feel happy afterward!

08/03/2026: Today, March 8th, we went to this little restaurant in Bardolino for the first time, where I ate delicious spaghetti allo scoglio! There were three of us. The waiters were all very kind and attentive. Well done, everyone!

15/02/2026: We had a reservation and the place wasn't full, but despite that, we waited 20 minutes for drinks, and after over an hour of waiting for our food, we left. It was appreciated that we were offered drinks.

17/03/2026: We were there on Saturday evening, March 14, terrible experience... really rude reception staff, especially a brunette girl with a ponytail and light eyes who, when we arrived, neither said good morning nor good evening... she snapped her knuckles and told us to move on to the other register... I didn't say anything because I'm very polite and I work in contact with people too... and I can understand, but this is really rude... When we got to the register, she said to us in an arrogant tone, "TELL ME." We pretended nothing had happened so as not to ruin our evening with our son, but dear spa director, I'll give you some advice... hire professional people. AND DEAR GIRL, YOU ARE FRUSTRATED, TALK TO A PROFESSIONAL. NEVER AGAIN.

09/03/2026: We sat down at 1:05 PM and received our appetizer (a plate to share between three) within minutes, and had to wait until 2:55 PM for our first course. We asked for bread (which hadn't been brought) to accompany our appetizer, but it never arrived. We had to ask three more times until the much-desired loaf arrived, which we finished during the hour and a half wait for our first course. After a third reminder to the waiter, who informed us we had a train to catch and couldn't wait any longer, our pasta finally arrived, cold of course. Bigoli with lake ragù and three small pieces of fish (colder than the pasta) and bigoli with smoked trout carbonara, featuring a nice piece of smoked trout, probably fresh from the fridge (or freezer). We asked for the bill, and the waiter, after a courteous and thorough recap of all the dishes we'd ordered, didn't offer us a discount, coffee, or a liqueur as an apology. Total €87.50 for a dish divided between three appetizers, three first courses, a water, and a quart of white wine. What a shame, an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Avoid!

08/03/2026: Don't be fooled by the well-designed website and location, which deserve 5 stars! Inattentive service and very long waits! The pasta arrived before the appetizers and was sent back twice! The same pasta, unheated, was brought later! An experience not to be repeated. A shame about the location!

18/12/2025: I celebrated my son's birthday at Turkish Kebab and we were treated wonderfully! The food was delicious and the price was more than reasonable; I only paid for what I ate, with no cover charge. The staff was friendly and helpful. A great choice for a party or just a good meal!
