14/05/2025: As already mentioned, you can only choose between fish, meat, and vegetarian menus. We had fish and meat. The white wine, initially a bit too bitter, paired very well with the dishes. All the dishes were very good, although the pasta was perhaps a bit too old for the Central European palate. But beware: Only for experienced eaters! If you're not hungry, you shouldn't venture into this territory; it would be a shame to miss out on the delicious food. 😉
Conclusion: Not cheap, but molto buono!
13/05/2025: the restaurant offers a choice of 3 menus, meat, fish and vegetable; it is not really a tasting menu but 5 dishes based on meat and cold cuts without a well-defined logical thread. Some dishes offer good products, others less so, making the quality-price ratio satisfactory, perhaps I would pay a little more to eat a little better.

04/04/2025: Ci sono già stato diverse volte e adesso non vedo l'ora di ritornare, abbiamo un bel pezzo di strada per arrivare ma ne vale assolutamente sempre la pena, posto molto carino e pulitissimo, personale gentile e disponibile come se ne trovano ormai pochi, piatti di pesce preparati divinamente.5 stelle sono veramente poche.

23/05/2025: On the advice of a very kind sales assistant I tried this place for lunch, it was a pleasant surprise, fish menu with good products and good presentation. Welcome entree, tuna tartare appetizer with burrata foam and pistachios, bigoli cacio e pepe with red shrimp tartare, warm bread and finally an excellent lemon sorbet (🍋 a real sorbet with ice cream and liqueur) to accompany a flute of Franciacorta. Excellent service.

26/05/2025: Business lunch I asked for a table, I was alone and I waited 20 minutes, many in the group made them go in front even just two of them lapped me, at the next table he left the menus, with me he recited them in halting Italian and accelerated 78 rpm, I only took the 2 dishes that I understood, no QR no menu, was in too much of a hurry, to waste time for a cover "waiter from expression from who makes me work here?," ... the ordered coffee never arrived, I had to go to the counter

Menu that offers valid alternatives for a business lunch.
It is located close to the fair area.
The Trattoria sign can be misleading as the setting is that of a Restaurant in every part, from the setting to the presentation of the dishes, from the quality of the food to the final cost.

26/04/2025: It was very awkward that one of the staffs kept talking only in Italian while we understood nothing and we even said sorry we don’t understand…
Food was okay but the amount was not enough even for me who can’t eat much anymore after a medical operation. We had to go to a supermarket to buy snacks.
The big pasta bowl is actually not a bowl, it’s a flat plate..

It was a very pleasant surprise.
Entering S'Aligusta is like arriving home.
They welcomed us and pampered us until the end.
Fantastic owners and above all excellent quality raw materials.
Very fresh fish and a wide choice of wines, including Sardinian ones.
And, a very important aspect for me, the flavors of each dish were truly Sardinian.
In short, if you pass through Peschiera, you can't help but eat here!
