17/03/2025: Expensive for what it is, a risotto for 2 at 50 euros, service charge 8 euros, one of the only ones in Venice that charged us a service charge (knowing that there are already cutlery charges which is normal in Venice) Our hotel Ala una Venezia gave us a 10% discount if we ate at this place because the hotel and the restaurant are from the same family but in the end it makes up for it with service charges ..this is not very correct, the waiters are too glued to our chairs too…

28/03/2025: We took the tourist menu (fish) and the four cheese pizza. Including cover, the bill cost 29€. It is relatively affordable, but the taste is not enough. The salad was already weak. The seafood stir fry wasn't bad. Our quattro formaggi pizza was not liked either. They couldn't balance that much cheese. It was soft in the middle.

16/03/2025: Chilling experience. Ambience, service and above all food. Example of how over tourism has erased all professionalism, leaving room only for profit.

23/03/2025: Returned after many years. Arriving at 8.30pm, given the fact that they had not booked in advance, we asked if it was possible to book on site and we agreed on 9.30pm. Arriving early, we sat down and waited just an hour for the pizza... Mediocre quality with medium quality products but paid for gourmet pizza. I would say the quality is no longer what I remembered years ago. It's a shame, the context is very pleasant, the pizzeria has maintained the furnishings and style of many years ago without renewing itself, but rather worsening in the quality of the raw materials. Good service.

22/03/2025: The only "non-Neapolitan" pizza that I really like.. the place is beautiful next to the mill.. the internal room is very warm and welcoming. Excellent beer, the Carlo V Fantastica, at the top of my Top..fantastic staff in the room and owner too strong (this friend of Sardusu, too much, it's about goods🍻😎👍) Well done and thanks for the welcome.

18/03/2025: The place is nice, clearly everything is artificial, it reproduces the atmosphere of a classic Italian tavern, the staff is very kind and helpful. Quick service, regarding the menu nothing exciting but still pleasant.

02/04/2025: Ristorante comodo per la vicinanza a S.Marco in una piazzetta caratteristica veneziana. La cucina offerta è sufficientemente buona ma con quantità scarse , o meglio poco proporzionate al prezzo. Ottimo il servizio del personale al tavolo, non mi è piaciuto invece lo stile un po’ altezzoso della proprietà.

20/03/2025: Good dishes, especially the ox cheeks and the cuttlefish ink tagliatelle with calamari and cicchetti. Normal portions, not abundant. Possibility of eating pizza too, which we deliberately didn't choose because we wanted to eat fish. Kind and non-invasive service. The place is also frequented by locals.

26/03/2025: I was in Venice for a weekend and I had the pleasure of having dinner in this beautiful restaurant where the elegance of the location in typical Venetian style combines with the excellence of the dishes. The dining room staff is always attentive to the customer, kind and helpful. The quality/price ratio is excellent, the raw materials of the dishes are of excellent quality. Super recommended.

16/03/2025: A restaurant you absolutely must try. Once inside you have the idea of ​​a cold environment, with furnishings from years gone by. However once the service and food arrive, there is no story for anyone. The owner will explain what the fresh fish dishes are and will give you the best advice. The desserts are also excellent (2 variations of tiramisu, classic and limoncello) prepared by a waitress who is also a pastry chef. Well done

I ate divinely: the appetizer was an exceptional octopus, a first course a calamarata with seafood very good, a second course the sliced ​​beef with potatoes good and tasty, the dessert the panna cotta with chocolate very Piedmontese, a good Malbech wine, coffee and yellow grappa barrel-aged a spectacle!!

09/03/2025: Comfortable environment and in the refined maritime context.....the service is very surprising, more than excellent, fork on the ground, a kind girl in 0.2 replaces it, top. the kitchen travels well not for cooking but for raw materials.....scary, the raw and pure lust, and seasonal therefore varies, can increase or decrease the material and top a priori....for this lunch fully satisfied in all fields

09/02/2025: Il locale è molto curato, luci soffuse, pareti scure, un enorme acquario, tavolini stretti, musica soffice e laida, personale preparato e di bell'aspetto. Pare di essere in una capitale europea, non a Favaro veneto. Menù a meta' fra ristornate e bistrot con tutti i grandi classici in carta, dal club sandwich al filetto alla Rossini, dal lobster roll alla Cesar salad. Bella carta dei vini, più di blasone che di sostanza. Orari agevoli e notturni delle 19 e 30 a finché dio vorrà. Molto comodo per chi torna da un viaggio (l'aeroporto di Venezia e' vicinissimo) ad ore improbabili e vuole mettere qualcosa in pancia che non sia paccottiglia mediorientale. Veniamo alla nota dolente. Veramente l'unica, ma veramente dolente: prezzi altissimi. Altro che Londra o Parigi. Andateci, ma preparati. Fa malissimo al portafoglio. Più di quanto possiate ragionevolmente immaginare. Mandi.

23/10/2024: Quando si veniva al caffè concerto nei primi anni ottanta il locale era molto più piccolo ma sempre gestito con le stesse amorevoli cure. Oggi gli spazi sono più ampi ma sempre caratterizzati dalla stessa intimità e convivialitá. Menú ricco e sempre aggiornato. Prezzi adeguati alla elevata quantità e qualità offerte. Merita.
