28/09/2025: We've never experienced anything like what happened tonight in this restaurant in our 30 years in Jesolo. We were treated like dirt by the waiter. He was very reserved towards my wife and me from the start, even though we were there for the second evening in a row. We had fish, pasta, and a salad. Okay, but really nothing special. For dessert, I asked for a tiramisu and ordered a portion, but it never arrived. We weren't even given a second glance. Finally, I politely asked for the bill, without a hint of reproach. After paying in cash, the waiter took the money, didn't give us another glance, didn't say a word, and left the table. I can't explain the situation at all, especially since, with my rudimentary Italian skills, I tried to order in Italian out of respect for my hosts. What remains is disbelief. Other reviews have already suggested that Germans aren't welcome here. Whatever. In any case, one can only warn against this restaurant. Even if it looks quite cozy at first glance. If you want to ruin your holiday evening, go right here.

27/09/2025: We ended up at this restaurant because of the rain. The decor was nice, and we were able to sit down to eat. After a while, a waiter came over, took our drinks, and placed the usual "bread basket" on the table. Since we'd been out for a long time, I took a piece (the bread was very dry on top). I noticed that there were red spots on the bread and looked in the bread basket. Apparently, this basket was already at another table, where they were apparently serving red wine (we hadn't ordered any). When I complained, the waiter simply wanted to wipe the bread with his apron. I looked at him confused and said I didn't want it that way and would like a new one. From that moment on, the waiter was extremely annoyed and brought our food and was otherwise very rude. If we hadn't already ordered food, we would certainly have left the restaurant sooner, as this behavior is completely unacceptable in my opinion. It's also possible that we were having a bad day, as there are certainly good reviews, but we wouldn't go to this restaurant again. You have to know for yourself.

14/02/2026: Unfortunately, there were some rather significant mistakes (or at least they were for me): 1- Radicchio pizza: the whole radicchio leaves, even cooked, are difficult to eat because they are tough and difficult to chew/swallow. Tip: It's best to use only the inner (more tender) leaves and, if necessary, cut them into shorter pieces so as not to significantly disrupt the appreciation of a seasonal vegetable. 2- Three out of four glasses had a strong "freschín" odor, possibly because they were washed with dishes or cutlery used for eggs or fish; tip: check before serving and use detergents or additives (e.g., vinegar, lemon, or hypochlorite) if necessary. 3- Two euros and fifty cents (€2.50) for a cover charge is excessive for this type of setting and its service.

16/03/2026: I have nothing but praise for this place. Such kindness and professionalism are not something you see every day. The waiter was extremely attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent. I would also like to highlight their homemade wine, which was fantastic. The restaurant is located away from the main tourist area, so we had the feeling of being among locals, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a lovely restaurant with delicious food and, above all, a peaceful place to enjoy a coffee, I highly recommend it. We will gladly come back again! A perfect 10/10!

22/06/2025: Estamos muy contentos de que decidimos venir aquí durante nuestra corta visita a Venecia. El restaurante está en una zona más tranquila, pero a unos 5-10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Estábamos sentados afuera junto al canal. Parecía un lugar donde los lugareños comen también. Los servidores eran amables, la comida era genial! Tenían una buena selección de mariscos y cocina veneciana.

30/01/2026: I came here with high expectations, made a reservation in advance, and specifically chose Christmas Eve dinner, the earliest being 7 PM. Unfortunately, it was windy and rainy that day 😂 (or perhaps the terrace was closed), so I couldn't visit or dine there. The atmosphere was steeped in history: the restaurant's interior retained a lot of Venetian-style decor, with mahogany furniture, exquisite tapestries, and sparkling crystal chandeliers, as if the air was filled with the lingering charm of 19th-century aristocratic social life. It had a strong retro feel reminiscent of Venice's Golden Age. The service was professional and top-notch, with a touch of Italian theatricality, which was quite distinctive. As for the food, it was a standard Michelin-starred meal. The most outstanding dish was the fish in the main course, which truly showcased their skill in handling fresh seafood. The truffle risotto, while generously filled with truffles, lacked the unique flavor of truffles. However, the final panettone was rather ordinary; this finishing touch to the festive atmosphere was underwhelming, probably a mass-produced version from a large company. Top-notch atmosphere and service! Of course, the bill was also top-notch 😂 It's a matter of opinion. The food was a bit formulaic and lacked something, making it less cost-effective. (Personally, I value the core functionality of a restaurant more.) But if you're going for the historical background and scenery, it's worth it.

Welcoming and very clean place, very kind and super professional staff, you can enjoy excellent pizzas 🍕, cooked to perfection, first courses of land and sea, second courses of land and sea, grill, all excellent, made to order, the fish dishes 🐟 are the restaurant's strong point (delicious), very good homemade desserts, excellent wine list 🍷🥂, and good beer 🍻🍺, try it and believe it! Highly recommended

08/02/2026: Unfortunately, the beach service was very disappointing. We had paid for three sun loungers but initially only received two. When my husband politely pointed this out, the staff member reacted irritably: "Yeah, yeah, calm down, I'll bring the lounger right away," accompanied by eye-rolling and visible impatience. This set a negative tone from the start. The third lounger that was finally delivered was, unfortunately, covered in bird droppings and dog feces. Since there were several clean, unoccupied loungers nearby, we tried to discreetly exchange them. The staff member immediately approached and asked, somewhat challengingly, what was wrong with the other lounger. When I pointed out the dirt, I was met with more irritated sighs, head-shaking, and eye-rolling. This struck me as provocative and lacking in customer service. For a paid service, I would have expected more friendliness, professionalism, and flexibility, especially regarding such a simple issue as a dirty lounger. The entire interaction felt rude and dismissive. It's a shame; it significantly spoiled our day at the beach. I would not recommend this service.
